This book is extremely helpful from explaining every day things we do that can cause back issues, to how to do them correctly, like getting out of bed or lifting something. I know these things, but sometime need a reminder because I find that I will do things wrong in order to do them quickly.

There are some great exercise, explinations and photos of things to do to strengthen, relax and prevention for the back. I love Swiss Ball exercises and there are some great descriptions of how to use it for the back.

I liked the descriptions of the symptoms, causes, preventions and treatments.

This is great, especially if you are getting older, like I am, and wanting a refresher on how to keep your back healthy.

Amazing book for everyone above 30. I got my first ever back pain at the age of 31 and easily solved the issue by reading this book and practising the exercises.
