Acting CEO Dana Meadows is doing everything possible to please her grandmother, and win the respect of the company employees. She wants to do this with out the look of nepotism. Even though they get alone like oil and water she works with British coach Kent Fraser. Will this lead to disaster or success?

An acting CEO, Dana Meadows and British consultant, Kent Fraser are attracted to each other while he's coaching her to be the type of leader that sets an example for her employees. Good storyline.
