This book was published in 1996. I just finished rereading it, and the messages in the book are just as applicable today. It is filled with ideas I want to not only use when our charter school opens but with our Board members now. I've met the author, Barbara Glanz--attended one of her workshops here in Salt Lake and had dinner with her. She is definitely a person who walks her talk.

Very interesting book. I love pages 158-159 that explain the Chinese symbols for "to listen" and "people." This was so enlightening, I just wanted to share these pages with the wold.

Enlightening book....enjoyed it!
