My 8 year old recently borrowed this book from our local library.
In this book, you learn about the main characters of the lego movie. Who they are and what their talent may be or what part they play in the movie. The pages are set up with the characters name at the top, then followed by a bio of the character. There are also colorful illustrations that go along with that character being described.
The book has large print and very easy text. My son had no issues with reading the book, or understanding the information give. Being the huge lego fan he is, it was a book that he had to read.
This is a cute story that introduces most of the characters in the Lego Movie. It doesn't go into too much of the plot, but makes sure that children will be interested in seeing more of the story.
Read this while sorting some EZ readers at work. It introduces many master builders, and having seen the movie and played the video game, I thought I knew all the characters. If I was a very young child obsessed with the Lego Movie, I would probably love this book. Minimal story.

Boys 8 and 3 loved it. Unikitty is their favorite!!!! It was short and sweet which worked out well for this tired mom staying up late trying to achieve everything. :)
Vitruvius and a handful of other words are too complicated for level. Words like circus and ancient don’t follow letter sounds they are taught at this level.
One of the strangest books I've read. You must have to be into Lego's to get into all the strange characters. My 2 year old likes Lego's so she liked this book. I wish it had more of an actual storyline though.
