I think this book would be most useful to someone who was looking to enter into the business of tea, rather than a casual drinker that wanted more in depth information about consuming teas (myself being the latter). The info is still fascinating and I came away with tidbits I certainly didn’t know before, but this wasn’t quite the tea read I was looking for.
