Meet the honorable, fierce, and loyal men of The Clan MacDougall and the beautiful women who captured thier hearts.

Laiden's Daughter (Clan MacDougall #1)

She believes men are not honorable nor are they kind-until she meets one that changes her heart forever.
Betrayed by lies told before her birth, Aishlinn is raised by a harsh and cruel stepfather. Her life is forever changed one horrifying night when she is forced to flee England for the safety of the Scottish Highlands. Rescued by a fierce band of highland warriors, Aishlinn soon learns that honorable men do exist. She finds a strength she never knew she possessed and it will be tested to the limits when she is forced to make a heart-wrenching decision… allow the English to kill those she loves, or surrender for the crime she committed.

She is everything he never knew he wanted in a woman….

As a fierce highland warrior, Duncan McEwan has survived numerous battles, bed countless women, and survived a horrific storm at sea. He has scaled mountains and even survived hand-to-claw battle with a cat-o’mountain. But none of that could have prepared him for how his life forever changed one fateful spring day when he rescued a lass from a freezing stream. He will do anything to keep her as his own and will risk everything to keep her out of the hands of the English.

Findley's Lass (Clan MacDougall #2)

She had won his heart without trying… and he can only pray for the chance to give her his.

When Findley McKenna returns after his battle with the English to offer Maggy Boyle a home amongst his clan, he finds only death and destruction instead of the young widow who has stolen his heart. The only thing left of her home is the burned out hut and decaying bodies of the auld people Maggy has taken care of for the past three years. With only a prayer, his Highlander heart, and a bit of bloodied plaid to cling to, Findley will crawl through hell if he must, in order to find Maggy and her sons and avenge the massacre before him. She had won his heart without trying, and he can only pray for the chance to give her his.

How can she place her trust or her heart in the hands of a man she barely knows and maintain her freedom and keep her secrets hidden?

Maggy has secrets, and her own hell to crawl through, before she can give her trust or heart to any man. Fearful that the uncle of her late husband will force her into a marriage with another cold and vindictive man, she goes into hiding to keep her true identity secret and her adopted sons together. After her home is destroyed and her young son kidnapped, those secrets begin to unravel, one agonizing thread at a time. How can she place her trust or her heart in the hands of a man she barely knows and still maintain her freedom and keep her secrets hidden? Findley McKenna is her last vestige of hope at keeping both.

Wee William's Woman (Clan MacDougall #3)

They call him Wee William. Though he stands nearly seven feet tall, with arms and legs the size of tree trunks and hands as big as buckets, there is nothing wee about him. His scowl alone is enough to make most men's bones rattle with fear. And women, rather than swooning, tend to run in the opposite direction.

The giant Highlander is a self-proclaimed bachelor who has sworn for years that there isn't a woman in all of Scotland worth shaving his beard for, and for good reason. Years ago, after a bonny young lass broke his heart and left his dignity in shreds, he swore never again to put it in such peril. As a testament to his sincerity, he vowed never again to shave his beard.

Then he met her. In a single heartbeat, Wee William was lost. Forever lost to a brown-haired beauty with gray-blue eyes brimming with tears - a woman in need.

USA Today Bestselling Author, storyteller and cheeky wench, SUZAN TISDALE lives in the Midwest with her verra handsome carpenter husband. All but one of her children have left the nest. Her pets consist of dust bunnies and a dozen poodle-sized, backyard-dwelling groundhogs – all of which run as free and unrestrained as the voices in her head. And she doesn’t own a single pair of yoga pants, much to the shock and horror of her fellow authors. She prefers to write in her pajamas.
Suzan writes Scottish historical romance/fiction, with honorable and perfectly imperfect heroes and strong, feisty heroines. And bad guys she kills off in delightfully wicked ways.
She published her first novel, Laiden’s Daughter, in December, 2011, as a gift for her mother. That one book started a journey which has led to more than twenty published titles. To date, she has sold more than 750,000 copies of her books around the world. They have been translated into Italian, French, German, and Spanish.
You will find her books in digital, paperback, and audiobook formats.

Just finished the three novels in this bundle. It includes Laiden's Daughter,Findley's Lass and Wee William's Woman and you can buy them separately or bundled. I enjoyed all three but then I love stories set in Scotland. If you like historical romances, these heartwarming stories are for you.I like romances that make you care about the characters and that include plot not just lovemaking scenes and these fit the bill. Wonderful way to relax.

I absolutely loved all three of these books. The books were fast moving, the characters were like real people and the writing was marvelous. This is the first time I've read this author and she can make a reader laugh, cry and want to keep reading to find out what happens next.

In Laiden's Daugther, there's the typical handsome, strong, perfect man who rescues the abused lass but there is so much more to the story. Their love grows slowly while she learns to trust men again. The interaction between the two is engaging, funny and quite entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed Bree, Isobel and Angus.

Findley's Lass saw somewhat of a similar story as the first book with the same strong characters, great writing and complicated characters with secrets they had to keep for the safety of themselves and others.

Finally, in Wee William's Woman, another strong, brave Highlander who never thought he'd marry comes across a woman in a dreadful situation. The story unfolds around Nora and then moves to Bree with some surprises and twists along the way.

In each book, strong secondary characters and remarkable descriptions of the people and locations make the reader feel as though they're there, living the story. The interactions between the Highlanders when they're teasing one another sometimes made me laugh out loud. The vernacular was terrific and very well done.

The only issue I could see were misplaced words every once in a while. A thorough proofreader would be able to clean it up. Other than that, I can't say enough good things about these books.

A wonderful Series...

‘Laiden’s Daughter,’ was a very good read and the first book in The Clan MacDougall series. The storyline and characters were brilliantly written! I greatly admired Aishlinn’s courage, strength, and drive. Having survived, much of her life, under the cruel and harsh care of her step-father and brothers... she still manages to kept a kind and tender heart. After fleeing the Earl of Perth, she finds herself in the care of Duncan and his men.

‘Findley’s Lass,’ is the second book in The Clan MacDougall series and it was an incredibly intriguing read. The children were a delight! All of her boys are such strong, fierce, and loyal boys... and Maggy, equally loyal, fierce, and protective, as only a mother could ever be!
Having met Maggy and her boys, while searching for their stolen cattle, Findley cannot help but do everything he can to offer all he could to Maggy and her makeshift clan. He has been unable to think of nothing else.

‘Wee William’s Woman,’ was bloody brilliant! In this book, the third in The Clan MacDougall Series... you get 2 HEA’s! Our leading ladies and braw men, are all wonderfully written. Wee William has, by far, been my favorite character! He just has a way of winning your heart... and he is a sly one. Though I don’t think Bree and Nial get their fair share of in the story telling; they nonetheless leave quite an impression!

Oh dear. It appears that these books lacked an editor. They are repetitive, clumsily written, and full of spelling errors; the back part of the foot is a "heel", not "heal", and one gets married at an "altar", not "alter". The characters are one dimensional, with lots of beautiful women with low self esteem, and Scottish warriors with muscled chests. They're excellent at keeping things to themselves, when a good heart-to-heart talk would have settled things and resulted in much shorter - and less ridiculous - books.

The third book abandons the bad guy early on; he disappears for the better part of the story. Towards the end of the book, the author veered off into a completely new storyline that bore no relation whatsoever to the main plot.

At least I got the three-book set for next to nothing.
