This "no fluff" guide had all the NTK foundational competencies of ethical and effective practice in ADC. This comprehensive resource had relevant concepts in an easy to understand format. The practice tests were difficult, however the vignettes were a valuable tool in exam preparation. Bought flash cards, however if you cannot purchase both, this guide is the better choice. I recently passed my ICRC exam and credit Mometrix my success. I will be passing the guide/flashcards on to a colleague to prepare for the exam.
