Snatched Up By My Sister's Husband For The Summer
The end of a work conference meant a night of fun for Journee and her best friend, Laila. Allowing Laila to take her out of her comfort zone, Journee’s pulled into a night that she would never forget. Letting her guard down, Journee decided on taking a different route in finding love. wheww chile.
Talk about needing to be in a ward somewhere. This was a crazy read. But interesting none the less. I would’ve liked another 5 pages to fill out the end.

It was okay
I enjoyed reading this fast paced novella. The epilogue was too fast paced because in one week she got promoted, they had the father funeral, the friends were pregnant, he opened anew club and he moved. I think it should’ve been at least 6 months for all of that minus the dad’s funeral

Great Read
To each his or her own. No matter what type of relationship I have with my sister. I couldn't and wouldn't deal with a man that had not only been with her but married her as well. I thought the moment that Journee found out Onyx was married. She would've left him alone. Especially once she found out who he was married to. True enough Kayla and Journee seem more like enemies than sister's. It was to the point that Journee knew Kayla was married but didn't know who her husband was. Onyx had all rights to want a divorce from Kayla. She is the one who messed up their marriage and what she did was low down, dirty, disrespectful as hell, and unforgivable. However Kayla wasn't getting the picture. She was doing everything thing she could to get Onyx back but the things she was doing was pushing him away further and had him hating that he was ever involved with her. I don't know why she thought stalking Onyx and destroying his property was going to change his mind. Kayla had a if I can't have you know one will mentality. Her father was in the Hospital barely hanging on and Kayla silly ass didn't seem to give a damn. She really lost her mind when she found out the other woman Onyx was seeing was her sister. Kayla was willing to kill to keep Onyx from leaving her. I felt like Journee should've left Onyx alone. There's just some things you just don't do. Sometimes things are not as simple as they seem!
The title may turn some off but as the story evolves you may change your mind or at least question yourself… Are there certain circumstances where what you’ve always thought was wrong may be right?
Not condoning it nor could I do this but it’s fiction so I read it😅 If you’re into ratchet drama you’ll love it - if violence is a trigger this may not be for you. But this is not as simple as the title makes it seem…
Emotions, chance meetings & 7 degrees of separation can lead to some unusual situations… Observing how Kayla, Onyx & Journee, their moms and their besties Zip & Laila react & deal when faced with this crazy situation as well as other life issues.
Lots of crazy twists!

This standalone was so lit. Kayla was a true nut case, like what u have done to ur husband was gonna get him and keep him. Acting like she too good for the family and everything. Onyx was book bae he went after what he want and that was her sister without them knowing from the beginning. U did good on yet another book and I’m looking forward to reading more of them. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read

This book caught my attention within the first few pages! Kayla was something else. I can’t even call her crazy. Kayla was indeed mentally unstable. Not just from her failing marriage, but from years feeling like her parents favored her sister over her. Onyx filing for divorce hurt her, but finding out her husband was pursuing her sister made her snap. Morally it was wrong on both Journee & Onyx part, but I would like to see where things go between them!

Wow! Kayla was delusional! She figured since she would forgive Onyx if he cheated on her, that he should forgive her for actually cheating on him. It's one thing to cheat, but to get caught in the act is way worse. Journee deserved some happiness in her life. I'm glad Onyx came in her life when he did. Kayla tried to put up a fight and even tried to harm her sister, but she still lost in the end. She lost Onyx and her life in the end.

Loved it
Kayla needed psychiatric help from long. She hated her sister since they were kids. That is just crazy to me. I could never hate my siblings. I know her husband had enough. She cheated and expected him to stay with her. I am happy that he moved on even if it was with her sister. Great Read!

Kayla was crazy as hell to think her husband was going to take her back after he saw her with another man in his bed on their anniversary so he sent her divorce papers and she lost it and to but icing on the Cake he has feeling for her little sister that Kayla is jealous off.

Kayla was a whole hot mess out here. You never know what you have until its gone and Kayla proved that...journey and onyx had a spark from the beginning but onyx knew he omitted the truth. This book was good. Kayla was crazy. Sorry, her life ended, but she was the driving force behind it happening. Journee never intended to hurt her sister. It was a night of fun that turned into something serious. I understand that because that's how I met my husband.

This book was such a good read, but oh my God Kayla I had to put the book down a couple of times because I don’t understand why they kept her around first long as they did. She was truly deranged I needed to be locked away in somebody’s crazy asylum. This was a great read.
