This book is full of short stories and inspirational quotes regarding the importance of teamwork. It seems like a book to be placed on the table and browsed through when you need a pick-me-up, rather than a book that you sit down to read to gain further knowledge. I enjoy books of inspirational quotes/stories so enjoyed the book, however, there was definitely nothing that I haven't heard or seen before.

The book had some good motivational stories when it comes to Teamwork and GREAT quotes. Wasnt quite what I expected, but I did take some good things away from it.

I have read a couple of John C. Maxwell's other books and he's defitnely got a lot of great information on leadership development.

Suoer easy ready ir you're looking for something quick and simple. Took me about an hour to read.

I don't consider myself a fan of Maxwell, however this was a good compilation of stories that led to an easy-to-read guidelines for the leader one wants to become. Excellent present for entrepeneurs
