Lee and Ryan, away for a long weekend to try to accept the terrible events that have plagued their lives, both learn that despite the horrors they have endured, they still have the most important thing—each other. Acceptance is sometimes hard, and understanding their lives is even harder, but a few words from an old man transforms their outlook and gives them new reasons to move forward and bury their pasts.
Sarah Masters is one of three pen names I write under. Sarah mainly writes m/m. Natalie Dae writes het erotica, while the third, Charley Oweson, writes thriller/horror/suspense books with no sex.
I really enjoyed this serial... I am reviewing the whole five parts in this review....
I loved following Lee and Ryan's story, the poor loves went to hell and back before they finally got their HEA. I have cried through most of the serial. I am surprised they both came out of the other side whole and sane....
Sarah Masters took us on one hell of a ride with these guys. The whole serial was gripping, I read them back to back as I needed to know what happened next... I also wanted to see the homophobes loose and the good guys win....
