Sassy, plus size Callie is down on her luck, but not on love…if she will finally let the two men of her life in.
Jay and Eddie have lusted after their curvy mate since the day they met her in high school. What started out as a rivalry between the two quickly died under Callie’s resistance, forcing them to work together in their quest to possess all of the buxom beauty. Their days are tense, but their nights under the same roof as Callie are tenser.
Can Callie learn to let go of her two best friends in an effort to gain two soul mates? Can two alphas get past their possessive nature and learn to share on a permanent basis? Hold on to your seats because things are about to get heated.
I was born and raised in Charleston, SC, but now live in the hottest place on earth: Orlando, FL. I have three beautiful children who keep me running non-stop. When I'm not juggling life and kids, you'll find me huddled away somewhere writing my next book or happily reading someone else's. Like most authors I've come across, I'm a coffee addict, own far too many books than I can fit on my shelves, and I go to work in my pajamas a lot.
While I love Christin's books, I wished this one had some action in it. Having kindle unlimited though makes it worth it. I read easily 10 books a week.
Curvy Callie is sweet but struggling to find a job. And it's sad to know that she's been denied every one of her job apps or interviews based on her weight. But Jay and Eddie have it worse because they want Callie, she's their mate and at the same time they don't truly tell her what the mate means to them concerning her. They've been her best friends for years and yet she's a bit oblivious to their affections. I wished there was some parts in the story about her past boyfriends cause you kind of get the impression she's a virgin because every time she's had a date the boys make sure that these men know she's theirs. So when the sex finally happens well it was just fast and furious leaving her boneless. LOL Which is a good thing
Couldn't stand Callie - she wasn't the sharpest knife in the kitchen drawer - pretty dull to not catch on. And the two Alphas - waiting 10 years to make their move. Yeah right!!! One of the worst plots I've read for a PWP novella.
I didn't buy the story that these three instantly switched from platonic room mates to sexual mates. I didn't feel any love on Callie's part and definitely no sexual chemistry between the three. So the menage just fizzled out.
I really don't know what to say about this cause I really liked the characters, but I didn't connect with them,it didn't pull me in like I thought it would, there was just something missing. I do wish the writer had taken more time and expanded it more.
Loved this one. Love the menage thing going on. Totally enjoyed this series. The books just get better and better as we go. Each one has a different twist to it. Love the style, even if some of them are quite short. All good things come in small packages !
This was just ok. I get that wolves mate for life and that alphas don't typically share, but I've read many books where it was done better than this. There was too much conflict between the two men for a successful triad/ménage relationship to actual work. Overall it was ok.
Friends-to-Lovers gets me every time! Eddie, Jay, and Callie were friends who became more. The dynamic between Eddie and Jay was a struggle but the love they have for Callie is undeniable! Very nice!
This book is great but is not as intense as some of the others in this series. I still thought it was incredibly hot with a great story. I would recommend this book to anyone.
