Please note that this short novella contains scene with F/F, F/M/F
To be honest had this book not been so short, I would have probably dnf it! I'm not a fan of books with scenes that include more than two people or two females. Not because I'm a prude but because it does nothing for me, and reading a book like that would be pointless.
That being said, kudos to the author for writing such a bold and unapologetic book! The heroine or anti-heroine had no redeeming qualities, I didn't like her right of the bat and that never changed. Yes she had a difficult past, but none of this justifies the person she is.
On to the sex scenes, I found them rather clinical and the dialogue rather rehearsed.
For example: "F*ck her mouth! Do it hard!"
The MC was constantly shouting orders like a drill sergeant, I found it unnecessary. I get she's into control, but she was the only person shouting, it just didn't ring true.
And finally the big reveal at the end. It was just entirely too dramatic, it was interesting getting POV's from all the characters, but I found myself asking,
"but why?"

I am seriously on a roll with these WTF books, this one is no different and I loved every bit of it. At times V annoyed me with her 'my shit don’t stink' attitude, but then we got to know more about V and it all falls into place.
This shortie was erotically charged, told mainly from V’s POV, we experience the hunt, the seduction and the pleasure. She likes control and she loves to fuck, doesn’t matter what you have between your legs, if you know how to use it than your fair play.
I wouldn’t call the ending a cliffhanger per se, I am just happy there is more to cum, I wanna see the man or woman to bring this girl to her knees…

Wow! That was my first reaction after the beginning paragraph all the way until the last sentence!! This book is gritty, provocative, and just down right sexy! I love the main character V for her candid, raw, angst that just drips from every though and emotion she guides the reader through! Simply, I loved it! This is not a book for the goody-toes shoes out there, but I have to say for anyone that enjoys pushing the envelope and going against the grain, USED is for you! I was very pleasantly surprised with how much I actually enjoyed this novella and I cannot wait for the rest of this series to come out! Way to go Kate Lynne, this blew me away!! :D

This is one of those books where you look at the cover, read the blurb, and ask yourself ‘what the heck is going on?’ All I could grasp is that one, there is no happily-ever-after, two, V’s probably a whore, and three, this is going to be one bumpy rollercoaster ride where you have no idea what’s going to happen next.
For those of you that know me, I absolutely, desperately need HEAs in my books, I’d prefer that the heroine isn’t a common whore, and thrill rides make me grumpy. So why on earth would I pick up this book??!! Well, I have no darn clue! It’s one of those that creeped up on me and since it was so short, well, why not give it a whirl?
From the start, the writing gripped me. It didn’t matter to me that there wasn’t much plot development at first; the character description of V, the thoughts she has, and her unapologetic way of life completely captivated me. I actually wanted to know what made her this way, dig deep into her past, and I think that’s what drove me to read on.
“You think I’m the fucking devil, I can see it on your face. I’m just a broken girl who’s fucking the world like it has fucked me. In my humble opinion, I’m fucking it harder, faster, and longer.”
Straightforward, blunt, unapologetic right? And pretty soon, I read why. V definitely went through some hardships in her life, and had her heart crushed in the cruelest way. Her response to it was painful for me to read…I got where she came from, but her actions were extreme.
“One shot for her, right between the eyes, and two for him. In his mouth, the weapon he used to love me and lie to me, and in his heart, where I’d never been at all.”
In the aftermath, she runs. She travels, sleeps around, and moves on again. Until she meets the sexy bartender, Savage (yes, that is his name), and one of the bar girls, Eryn. They work out their night together and what follows really, really shocked me, and it wasn’t just when the past repeated itself. It was when I got to read all three of their point of views at once, to know what they were all thinking when V pulls the trigger. After finishing, I feel like I know even less about her; there’s an even darker side of V that borders on insanity and addiction and I have no clue where it stems from. Maybe her past warped her mind? I don’t know.
In the end, the blurb stuck to the story. There is no happily-ever-after, she’s still an on-the-run whore, and I have no clue what’s going to happen to her next. It will be incredibly interesting to see what life has for V next, and though she covers it well, she’s still got a speck of humanity left in her heart. A job well done, Kate Lynne, for creating such a complex, twisted, and wicked character.

4 TWISTED STARS
Used by Kate Lynne is one of those books that just completely shocks you. The heroine, V, can only be described as CRAZY!!!. This is not your typical HEA book. All I can say is that this book will leave you saying WTF did I just read.
V is just plain dark and twisted...she basically uses people for her own self-gratification and pleasure but there is a reason why she does it.. Does it justify it? Not at all, but its HER reasoning. I like how the author was able to pack and squeeze information on V's past in this short novella. As for the ending, I can only tell you its so INTENSE and I didn't see that ending coming. I was left saying OMG and WTF!!!

When I first heard about used I was really excited to start reading because its clear its a twisted story. I heart the fuck out of twisted shit because to me it's closer to reality. It's a very quick read, I read it all in under an hour but don't let that deter you because in that short time you will be so thoroughly mind fucked and dripping that you probably won't be able to handle more all at once. When I started reading I was so completely drawn in to V that I felt her. I was her. I was living this book. It's hot. Oh my god is it HOT! I feel like I need to insert a whole bunch of orgasmic babble just to let you all know exactly how hot this book was... OH GOD! YES! YES! YES! FUUUUUUUUUCK! ... now triple that times ten and it was still hotter than your solution. Throughout all the sexiness we get small glimpses into V's past and then BAM! You get so thoroughly fucked in the mind that you're squirting from every orfice of your body and wondering what the fuck just happened. I just want to go and dry hump the shit out of Kate Lynne's leg to show her my love and gratitude but ill withhold because it probably wouldn't be so dry. Five HUGE amazing stars from me.

4 Stars ****Erotically Twisted Captivating Kept me on Edge
I don't smoke but after reading this I feel the need to light one up! My jaw is still wide open, WTFs are still floating around my mind and my mind was more than Used (like the title infers) my mind was F**ked 7 ways to Sunday. Even though the blurb gives you a glimpse at a psychotically damaged, twisted heroine, you don’t realize the extent of her crazy nor can you prepare yourself for the ride Ms.Lynne takes you on.
You may think 50 pages? Not that long of a journey right? WRONG! Although a very short read, each page consumes you, gets your heart, hormones, and intrigue pumping. Ms. Lynne’s writing will put you in a trance. There is so much rawness, raw passion, rage, hunger for control. In happily ever afters, sex is portrayed as romance, love, lust, passion. As the blurb states this story is not a happy one, the erotic sex is not romantic rather an act of power, dominance, an act of predator luring in her prey.
Warning: the sex is NOT vanilla. Imagine walking into a sauna, the steam fills the room, when you add water you get more steam right? Every sex scene, water is constantly poured constantly filling your kindle screen with steam; like being shut in a sauna room is becomes a tad overwhelming at points. Yet, love every second of feeling the overload of eroticism. You may think you have V panned out, damaged girl uses sex to feel the void? *Cue Buzzer Sound* NOPE!
”People are never what they seem. Use or be used; there are no other options…I look like an angel, but I’m built for sin. And I sin, oh how I sin. Lust, greed, gluttony, pride; you name it, I’ve done it.”
This is V. Like people she encounters, we the readers are a part of her mind games. She keeps you at bay, we don’t learn her full name we learn the aspects of her she wants us to know. V draws you in, you can’t help but judge her, yet you can’t help but be enticed by her. This heroine is no heroine she is the devil in a woman's body. But V does not try to hide behind a façade, she is honest about her flaws, her twistedness.
We learn towards the end the ignition that lit the flame of V’s fury which ultimately put in motion this spiral of games V involves herself in.
Is this woman justified, I’d say sure.
Does it make it acceptable, NO.
The ending will bring things full circle. You finally understand the way V was talking at the start of the story, sure she still comes off crazy but now you fully comprehend how her motives work. I am curious as to if V’s past catches up to her. If karma pays her a visit. If a soul that isn’t broken, but is missing, if she can find hers. I will definitely be reading Confused next.
The only downfall to this story is the length. However, a novella is short that’s why it is classified as such. I haven’t been a big of novellas but Ms.Lynne I will read every novella of V you put out there! More please!

5 Holy F@ck What Did I just Read-Stars
I got gifted a copy by the author and never ever would I've expected such loaded 50 something pages!! I'm still confused; wth did I just read. I mean you'd think '50pages, how can they rock' but let me tell you, they did rock and shocked me in a really strange way. I was hooked from page one!!
The author's way of writing put me in a position as if V personally would sit in front of me, with a cup of coffee in her hands, telling me very calmy her messed up fairy tale. V is some twisted chick and I can't say I don't want to read more, because oh boy, I so want to read more. I wish this book would have been a whole novel. It's really hard to sum this book up, without spoiling things in it, but Kate Lynne gives you some necessarry flashbacks that you understand why V is so batshit crazy!
Let me intruduce you V ....
"For all the intents and purposes, let's just call me V. I'm twenty-two year of age, ... I've been there, done that, won the piece of shit award and put it in a box with the rest of my dirty laundry... I looke like an angel, but I'm built for sin. And I sin, oh how I sin. ... I'm beautiful on the outside and a dark pit on the inside. ..."
But nope, V wasn't always like that ... life just f@cked her over big times and like a switch there was no going back anymore.
V used to be this sweet innocent girl that despite losing everything she loved, she survived and she did live again. Until she gave her heart away with sweet 18, just to get rewarded by getting it shredded into millions of pieces.
"He knew what he meant to me. He fixed me. He took away all of the hurt." ... until this very day, then she shredded his heart.
After that, there was no sweet V anymore, this girl was literally dead. She never stays in one place too long and destroys the ones that cross her path.

Don't expect a prologue or epilogue because there is really none. Those 50 something pages may seem to be ripped out right from the middle of a story, and yes, I agree but it still felt whole to me. I was seriously craving for more. I want to read more of V and want to know who is He, he who watches her; I want to know who else will suffer from her poison, whose lives she rips apart with one BANG.

'Used' is told from V's point of view, she speaks to the reader. She's a loner and travels the country looking for people to screw over. She's broken, sexually agressive, dominant, bossy, hot and extremely dangerous.
The book feels like a prologue to more, i really hope it is, i want to see a male lead and a HEA for V, but i don't think that'll happen :(

I picked up this book, unsure of what to expect. I'd been told that it was... different from others.
They weren't kidding.
I've never read anything like this. It's incredible, it's brutal, and it's beautiful in a sadistic kind of way.
The end threw me for a loop. I sat there with my jaw hanging open.
I suggest this to anyone who likes erotica and having their mind f'ed with.

Wow! Just wow!!!! I'm not going to do a "FULL" review on this book just quite yet due to the fact that I'am part of her Blog Tour and will indulge you more at that time! All I'm going to say is if you want a twisted story with one hell of an ending and V definitely goes out with a BANG, then this book is for you! Foul mouthed, hot, tattooed crazy chick who has a dirty mind? Mmmmhhhhmmmmm! I'm really speechless and at a loss for words. This book is disturbingly amazing and I cannot wait to do my full review on the blog tour!!! So, you better go read it! ~stay tuned!

Let me just get into this. I'm not one to sit and read any book from start to finish in one sitting, novella or not, it just does not happen but when I was asked by the author, who just happens to be one of my favorites (under another Pen Name), I was so excited that I literately could not wait to start reading and then, I could not put the book down!
This is the FIRST book I have ever read that had me saying WTF!! WTFFFFF? Legit! From start to finish, your pulled in as the characters. I'm very picky in what I read and how characters are portrayed. V is her name, she's HOT, SEXY and does whatever she wants with no permission of others! I could not stop reading this book, and I didn't! It was so real, I really could not sit still nor could I get enough!
The sex is something else! WHOA! Hot damn, the book actually turned me on as I read it, NO JOKE! Then, the end hit and I was like ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!??!!!! Then I wasn't turned on anymore and actually paranoid because it was late at night and I was still "in" the story. (If your a true book lover, you know what I mean).
I will not make this a spoiler review because I want everyone who loves this kind of story to read it. Everyone will have there own opinions about it and I cannot wait to read reviews as they pour in.
This is by far the raunchiest, dirtiest twisted up story EVER, well, that I have ever read! This is brilliantly written. Doing this review was not easy due to the sheer fact of shock that still has not set in! As I write this, I want to read it all over again!
I have said it once and I'll say it again, this author has an AMAZING future ahead of her! Her work is so phenomenal that I cannot express my passion for her writing deep enough!

I was given this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Let me just get into this. I'm not one to sit and read any book from start to finish in one sitting, novella or not, it just does not happen but when I was asked by the author, who just happens to be one of my favorites (under another Pen Name), I was so excited that I literately could not wait to start reading and then, I could not put the book down!
This is the FIRST book I have ever read that had me saying WTF!! WTFFFFF? Legit! From start to finish, your pulled in as the characters. I'm very picky in what I read and how characters are portrayed. V is her name, she's HOT, SEXY and does whatever she wants with no permission of others! I could not stop reading this book, and I didn't! It was so real, I really could not sit still nor could I get enough!
The sex is something else! WHOA! Hot damn, the book actually turned me on as I read it, NO JOKE! Then, the end hit and I was like ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!??!!!! Then I wasn't turned on anymore and actually paranoid because it was late at night and I was still "in" the story. (If your a true book lover, you know what I mean).
I will not make this a spoiler review because I want everyone who loves this kind of story to read it. Everyone will have there own opinions about it and I cannot wait to read reviews as they pour in.
This is by far the raunchiest, dirtiest twisted up story EVER, well, that I have ever read! This is brilliantly written. Doing this review was not easy due to the sheer fact of shock that still has not set in! As I write this, I want to read it all over again!
I have said it once and I'll say it again, this author has an AMAZING future ahead of her! Her work is so phenomenal that I cannot express my passion for her writing deep enough!
I highly recommend this book for all of you filthy, twisted, sick bi*ches out there! 5 STARS most definitely but if I could give more, I'd give 20!

By this point you shouldn't even be caring about that though, you're only thought is how the fuck to get yourself off because your so damn horny from the sexual angst going on in Club Thirteen. The bartender is 'cute' and oh, the slutty waitress outfits will get you every time. I don't care who you are, male or female, if you can't admit to checking out the same sex every once in a while, you're not in touch with yourself and should be a fucking hermit.

V is a user of bodies, both male and female. It's all about DICK and PUSSY when it comes to sex. There are no emotional attachments here people so don't get your hopes up for a happily ever after. You're looking in the wrong fucking book for that frilly, glowing sweetness.
It's my hope that you will give USED a read and appreciate what a raw and achy story it is, but more importantly, I want you to get so fucking used by it yourself that you have to take a break just to get that much needed "O" and then let me know how it went. This is a no holds barred book and if it doesn't leave you feeling some kind of inner attachment to V and her turmoil, then fuck! I don't really know. Maybe you should read it again. HA!

Review of Used by Kate Lynne
What the FUCK.
You read that right, total WTF type book. It’s been two days since I read this one and I am still stunned. It isn’t like anything I have ever read in the genre before. I would say it was a breath of fresh air, but that is just wrong so I will say again what the FUCK.
Used is insanity on crack dipped in crazy sauce with a side dish of holy shitballs. I read the blurb; I knew it wasn’t going to be a sweet romance with some hot sex. I’m not dense by any means, but it STILL managed to throw me for a loop. This book gives new meaning to the phrase bumpin’ uglies.
V is one crazy bitch. She tells you basically from the first second you meet her in the book, but you won’t really believe it. She takes what she wants without regrets and moves on to the next thing in her path. I would compare her to a hoard of locust leaving a wake of destruction in their path. (And no I am not being overly dramatic here.)
The smut is beyond hot and ranges from F/F to M/F to F/M/F to F. Even though the entire time you are thinking this shouldn’t be hot, I shouldn’t love this scene, wow V is one sexy bitch- it is hot and you do love it! The whole time V is taking what she wants from the sexy waitress and the cutie bartender you don’t even realize she has just completely used you too.
Used is crazy good and demands your attention! You absolutely must pick this novella up and let V take you down the road to insanity. I can’t wait to see where this series goes. I give 5 stars for a creative, sadistic storyline and 5 wet panties for the kinky-fuckery. Kate Lynne is an author to watch for sure!

Umm. My initial thoughts upon completing Used? What. The. Fuck. Nothing more, nothing less. It took me a few hours of letting it stew, marinate if you will, before I could comprehend what I had just read.
If you asked me to describe Used in one word, BLUNT would be that word. Blunt; uncompromisingly forthright. Yeah, that sums it up. Well, it sums up one aspect of it. That aspect being V. We don't learn the protagonists whole name. She is just V, and V is all she wants to be. A nameless woman.
We don't learn much about V at first. Other than she is sexual. In the rawest sense of the word. And the sex in Used? Whoa. Again, I use the words blunt and raw. Maybe throw in some words like wet, hot, erotic and adventurous.
Used is a short read. Very short. I think it clocks in at 50 pages, but they are 50 super charged pages. This chapter ends in a place I never would have guessed. The blurb eludes to no happy ever afters here, and it 'aint lying honey.
After mulling it over, I think I really kind of loved Used. It surprised me, nearly shocked me. So it gets a higher rating for that. V's honesty within herself is something I enjoyed as well. I love a great damaged character and she is just that, but she knows it. She knows she is nothing more than the fucked up chick people see her as. I dug that about her.
My only qualm is that I think the length hurts it, I would have liked to have seen a little more development in this installment.

Ok so we meet V right away and doing what she loves best.... Seducing a man! A married man at that but V doesn't care! V is confident, dark minded, a slut, and she also reminds me of a honey badger....she don't care (excuse my slang), she takes what she wants! We only see this side of V for a while as she meanders through life doing as she pleases and not giving a fuck about a damn thing! Eventually V gets herself into a situation where a bit of her past is revealed and it sheds some light on her motto: "Used or be Used." That's really all I can say without giving too much away. Not really sure how to review this one. A very short story. I realise there must be more to follow from this, but it didn't make a lot of sense whilst reading it.. The ending changed the book into a darker story.
V...the main character, as I'm reading the book, I feel she is shouting at me all the time, which is off putting.. anyway I'm sure others will feel differently but this time around it wasn't for me.

A sex crazed huntress out for pleasure and revenge. The main character, V, is a Black Widow of sorts. A very twisted and dark story. In a nutshell, that bitch is crazy!! A quick read that will hold your interest to the end.

The synopsis for this novella totally drew me in from the jump. Just from reading that I knew I had to read it to find out more. I knew just from that blurb that it was going to be a twisted story and I just needed to know how twisted and how twisted it was going to be and for what reason. I say bravo on that synopsis because it totally did the job it was meant to do.
V is confident and doesn’t take shit from anyone, loves to be in control, loves to sleep around, never stays in one place for too long, smokes, has a vulgar mouth, knows she’s beautiful, and is very dominant in the bedroom. She is completely fine with the way her life is and she doesn’t plan on changing it for no one.
I don’t think I have ever read a character quite like V, EVER! I just know that as I was reading it my mouth was just agape the whole time. You never read about woman like this in stories. It is a bit refreshing because it’s supposed to the norm for a woman to act a second way; it’s a double standard when it comes to men and women sleeping around. I give V props because even though she is a whore and knows it she does it with a bit of finesse if you will.
V does her usual routine of going to a bar to basically pick up someone to fuck and then move on. This particular night she meets a woman by the name of Eryn and a man by the name of Savage that both work for the bar she is at. The three of them engage in some very hot, raunchy, holy hell is this really happening sex. Everything seems to be going great, until it doesn’t and it takes a turn for the worse. The shit that transpires totally took me by surprise and I NEVER; I repeat I NEVER saw it coming. Once this incident takes place you find out why V is so fucked up in the head and you kind of understand her a little bit, but you are only given a taste so of course you are left wanting more. You feel bad for her, but at the same time you are like “this bitch is CRAZY!” This is why I don’t have one-night stands!
What I didn’t expect was to get three POVs near the end. Kate Lynne allows you to get perspective from each side so you know exactly what each of the three characters are thinking, especially when tragedy strikes unexpectedly. It also just adds to the twisted, mind fuck of the story. The way the story is written just holds your attention from the get go and holds you from beginning to the very end and then even more so after end has ended. Your mind will be totally fucked up afterwards and you will have more questions than you did in the beginning, but that just leaves you wanting to really get to know more details about V and her philosophy of “Use or Be Used, there are no other options.”
Amazing short read, and I promise when you read this you will say to yourself “what the hell just happened…..more please. I need more.” And if you have had one night stands before or do have one night stands after reading V, you may think twice before jumping into another one.

Ummm.... Let's see... I'm a bit speechless about this. Where do I start? Maybe first I should say that I had no idea what I was getting into when I started reading this. This novella packs a punch in just fifty pages. The author has succeeded in creating one of the most selfish, ruthless, cunning, disgusting, shocking, enticing females characters I have ever read about. Twenty-four year old V, the main character, is an anti-heroine. Most readers probably won't like her. I'm still not sure how I feel about her. We know right from the start that V is not a nice person and she actually admits that she's a rotten human being.
"I don't feel guilty about the things I've done in the past to get to where I'm at and I'm not sure that I ever will. I look like an angel, but I'm built for sin."
This book left me with so many questions. I really wish it was longer. The last ten percent I never saw coming, and I was left with my mouth open. Reading this was as though I was driving along the highway, and then in the blink of an everything spins out of control and I'm hurdling down a cliff. The love scenes are plentiful and hot, but this is not a romance novel. This book is not flowers and rainbows, its sex, darkness and the demons that V carries around with her. If you're planning to read this be prepared for a mindf*ck!

I'm definitely looking forward to book two to witness how V's story progresses, and I have no idea where the author will take this series.

What a Mind Fuck.
If your looking for HEA, Love, and Romance...then this isn't the book for you. It's an erotica novella that packs a HUGE punch, no doubt about that.
Used is V's story to tell. She talks of how she never stays in one place for too long. She doesn't do relationships or love. She ends up in a bar meets Savage aka "Mr. Bartender" as well as Eryn the waitress. There is plenty of Sex and I mean plenty.
From the very first sentences your thrown into SEX. I honestly wasn't expecting it to start that soon. From reading the synopsis I knew it wasn't going to be like your average story, I just didn't realize it would be like this. It's unlike anything i'm use to reading. It's good and bad at the same time.
V is the type of woman that doesn't bullshit around, if she wants you she will straight up tell you so. She's dark, crazy, sexy and a piece of work. Although everyone seems to be drawn to her. That ends up being their biggest mistake.
Savage is the bartender that V flirts with to get what she wants, but walks away without a second glance. You can tell he wants one thing and one thing only... Pussy!!!
Eryn is the beautiful and sexy waitress that grabs V's attention. She's definitely not at all what I expected.
Okay so here's the thing...like I said this isn't what I normally read. I was hesitant at starting, but in the end i'm happy I did. It certainly had me giggling like an immature school girl, my eyes were bulging out of my head, and my face was even scrunched up at some parts. It packs a punch and I certainly wasn't expecting the ending. Talk about a HUGE plot twist.
I would also like to add I had my husband read it as well. He wanted to know why I didn't just watch a Porno. Lol. His facial expressions were extremely entertaining to say the least. He was even thrown off by the ending. So that says a lot especially since my husband DOESN'T read.
With all that being said I rate this a 4 out of 5 stars.

This book was selected as part of the Kindle App Random Robin. It means that I purchased the work and I'm just giving my thoughts on it. My extended thoughts can be found on The Review Board.
Disclaimer: Baby spoiler and not suitable for children, people who hate a lot of cursing, and aren't fans of explicit porn scenes.
The first chapter started out pretty exciting. V had gotten over on some unfortunate fellow and was leaving from the West Coast to New York.
After chapter one, I felt like someone interrupted the flow of the story, inserted some cheesy porno music and all the characters (V, Savage, and Eryn) turned into porn stars.
There is so much emphasis on the sex acts that the narrative starts getting lost in the shuffle. The author must have realized this, too, because she crafts this "sudden flashback" that sets the tone for the ending action of the story.
For me, it takes away from the effectiveness of V's character. It makes me wonder if that type of action is her signature m.o. This twist makes her seem more sloppy than sophisticated with her motives and movements.
At the end, the author decides to reintroduce Savage and Eryn. I think the flow of the story could have been improved if their points of view (thoughts) were interwoven throughout V's narrative. One example was when Savage stumbled upon Eryn and V. His internal thought process would have been wonderful to place in that section. For me, these segments being placed at the end served as a replay of already recurring action.
Despite the non-stop action and almost flawless spelling and grammar, it just wasn't enough to fill in the gaps relevant to plot and full character development. I did expect more.

Used is V’s story she's an interesting, twisted character, not one I have met before, and she has a crazy and shocking story to tell. V tells you what she is thinking straight from the beginning. V is very blunt, and you know straight away that there is now holding back for this girl. While reading it I didn’t know if I should love her or hate her, but by the end, I can say that I loved her and her attitude.
I loved the storyline; which I was lucky enough to beta read, definitely not predictable I’m not going to say anything more about it as this is one of these stories that you have to read knowing nothing about it to get that full open mouthed experiences while reading it. The whole time I was reading it I was thinking F*** this is crazy but in a good way. I had the same feeling even after finishing it for the second time.
The story flowed really well, it was short and to the point, Writing was descriptive, and bold, but wasn't over the top. The sex scenes were very good, really hot, and very sexy. I love them, like the writing I didn't feel they were over the top. Told from V’s POV, but I did like the extra POV’s from 2 of the other characters at the end.
Overall I really loved reading Used, I was hooked from the start. Loved the twist at the end, so never saw it coming. I can’t wait to read what Kate Lynne has next in store for V and where her story goes. I’m looking forward to going on that journey with her.

Honestly, I don’t know what I think about that “ride.” I can’t even tell you how I felt about V since it would give the book away. I know
I would not trust her to be anything in my life. When I first started reading it, I had no idea what I was reading. The girl is honest with herself about who she is…to a point. If only in her head. Whether she is sane or not is for the reader to decide. She has been around the block and has experiences more than any 22 year old should ever have to experience. Life has not been easy and what makes it harder is when you have no friends and no family to fall back on.
V is so destructive. She is crazy. The events that happen at 75% of the book I did not see coming at all. “What just happened???” I asked myself. I had to go back and reread the previous page! I could not believe it!!! First the way V just doesn’t care. She says and thinks she is the one in control, but I think she is the one that lacks all control. Great character development.
It was a good and crazy read. How did all of it just turn around like that? Scary and I am still thinking just how scary that ending was.
This book was written mostly in V’s POV, but we get 2 other characters’ POVs at the end of the book. I think the author made a good decision by doing that.
The author said that there are at least 2 more books in this series.
I honestly have no idea how this series is going to end. NO IDEA WHATSOEVER!!! I need book 2 now.

Honestly, I don’t know what I think about that “ride.” I can’t even tell you how I felt about V since it would give the book away. I know
I would not trust her to be anything in my life. When I first started reading it, I had no idea what I was reading. The girl is honest with herself about who she is…to a point. If only in her head. Whether she is sane or not is for the reader to decide. She has been around the block and has experiences more than any 22 year old should ever have to experience. Life has not been easy and what makes it harder is when you have no friends and no family to fall back on.
V is so destructive. She is crazy. The events that happen at 75% of the book I did not see coming at all. “What just happened???” I asked myself. I had to go back and reread the previous page! Have you heard the expression about being unable to look away from a train wreck even though you know you should? That's how I felt taking a look into V's life - I should look away but couldn't. There's something darkly fascinating about this character and how she chooses to live her life. She has to be one of the brashest female characters I've come across in, well, ever. She will poison your life as promised.
I didn't hate V as she expected - rather, I was entranced and almost hypnotized by her. She has this tough exterior shell but inside is a wreck and vulnerable, which I think is why I didn't hate her. USED may be a quick read, but Kate Lynne doesn't waste one word in introducing you to V's world. By the end, I felt as though I had read a full-length novel rather than a novella - THAT much happened.
Most of USED is narrated by V, but you also get a look from two other characters' point of views. I believe V can be a bit delusional about her exterior - I don't think she fools everyone like she believes she does. There has to be someone who see right through her. The ending is quite chilling and sets up for the next novella in a way that makes me want to grab it right away. Luckily, I have a copy of CONFUSED waiting for me!

I'm undecided on even the point of this book right now??
It's one of those where nothings clear except I can't stand V!
She's the coldest character I've ever read... but I have a feeling that, that's the whole point - I'm meant to hate her!
In which case this might well be the cleverest series I've read in a long time! We'll see!
Okay, so on to book 2...!

What just happened? :O
I was so intrigued about this book. Just from the first pages i like very much. I like the way is written. That somehow this book is made to speak to you. It is nice. And more that it is the fist time that i've read something like that. I'm a little sad because it was to short. I wanted to know about V and her past. And i thing, that even it is a sexy wonderful psycho girl, i still like her. It is that madness?! :) But that's what this book makes you fell.
It is kind of a great short story and the actions are drive you crazy:) Can waited to read the next one. Read it because you will love it to :)

OMFG…I don’t even know where to begin. Mind blown out of the damn water and then some! Used is definitely no fairy tale with a happily ever after. Instead, it’s a twisted story of love, hatred, betrayal and distorted images of right from wrong. The sexual situations are beyond hot and kinky, and are a huge part of V’s character. She uses her sexuality to her advantage, basically wrapping men and women alike, around her little finger. They’re struck by her beauty, having no idea what she hides underneath.
V is the girl you never want to bring home to meet the parents. Her life is one big crapshoot, and she doesn’t sugar coat it by any means. She’s a brutally honest girl, who takes what she wants and feels no guilt about it. Her past embodies what she is in the present, and that’s a time bomb ready to explode!
The ending left me absolutely shell shocked…didn’t see that one coming at all! Kate Lynne has a great series on her hands, and it’s going to be epic seeing what happens with V, and the kind of trouble she gets herself into next!
