As a First Reads winner of a copy of this book, I'd like to recommend this book. I'm a mental health professional who works with children and families who have experienced or been exposed to trauma. I'm looking forward to using this book as an example of healthy ways to express feelings externally. I consider this book a wonderful addition to my ever-growing bookshelf!
