I had high hopes for this book, but I'm so happy that I didn't have to pay for it. There are some valuable insights in here, but as another reviewer said, the layout and the way the information is organized and presented is terrible. Very few people want 792 pages of black and white text. I would think that with all of the studies out there concerning adult learning theory, reference books and/or textbooks would have evolved into much more user-friendly forms, with more colorful graphics.
With the availability of materials online today, I'm sure that the majority of the companies featured in the book have some (if not all) of the information available through other means that purchasing this book.
Only recommend if you are going for your PMP Certification. Or enjoy incredibly dry textbook reading.
Very good case studies book from Harold Kerzner. Sometimes it is a challenge on this book because the companies he talks are not necessarily huge international enterprises so it is hard to make comparisons. But is a very good book.
