I had this textbook for a University Organic Chemistry course and the textbook did not help at all! It was really confusing and hard to follow. After reading a chapter, I was left with an overwhelming, confusing mind state. Even looking back on a read chapter, it was still appearing fuzzy in my brain. The text book did however use a lot of examples and illustrations, but failed to show the reader how to apply them in other terms - the rest of the textbook had to be searched for a solution. It was difficult to follow and use for a course.
