I have read this book and work with Jen Anderson as a coach. I think the book is great and highly recommend Jen as a coach. She is amazing and has made a huge impact on my business and my personal life. Her book has practical tips for upgrading your career. Her coaching is structured to my needs and style and practical as well.

Great balance of practical tips & and over-arching theoretical framework for finding your "perfect work" that aligns with your talents, interests, knowledge and values.
