I cannot get enough of this book!!! Each time I finish reading it, I immediately want to start reading it again.
May 16, 2022: LOVE this book!!! Sterling W Sill continues to have such a profound influence on my life.
June 16, 2021: The wisdom of Sterling W Sill has blessed my life throughout the years, especially his books on leadership and his book, "The Majesty of Books". I recently learned about this book, and it was definitely a must read...and must have my own copy. It arrived on Monday, and I could not put it down. I knew that as soon as I finished it, I would want to read it again...AND again. It is a must read for anyone who loves poetry AND anyone who does not yet love poetry.

Not for me. This author has very different values to my own. He is very nationalistic and sees war in a romanticized way. Holds the view of "divine right of kings" as expressed in his speech surrounding politicians and the wealthy. Lots of focus on material gains. None of these things are how I view the function of poetry.
