Really liked this one! Some great tricks and hints in this book to let stuff go! I really struggle to let go of things that sometimes it leaves me in a rut. I will be trying out some of these ideas for sure 🤭

Not as good as the previous ones, as it was much less practical and more dubiously spiritual.
