Graduation is fast approaching and with it the threat of Selena looms closer and closer. But the question is leave? Or fight? Jonathon will do anything to keep Kylie safe even if that means entrusting their lives in their greatest enemy next to Selena, The Coven. Graduation has hardly ended when the Pulmers and The Coven are on the road with precious cargo in tow. Kylie is not at all pleased with this arrangement. Hiding in the woods in a tent from Selena doesn’t make much sense to her. Kylie knows that Selena is after a fight and if Selena wants a fight that’s what she’s going to get. Loyalties are tested, temptation is around every corner, and not everyone will make it out alive.

After i read Fallen (book One) i was so stoked, i saw that it was the first book so i decided to look up when the next book would be out. Just my luck the second book was already out, so i bought it on my kindle and immediately dug in. Let me tell you I COULD NOT put this book down. I was on the edge of my furry purple chair, chewing my fingernails in suspense. Whats Selena going to do next? In this book Selena does what ever she can to get to Kylie, even trying to make her fall in love with someone else. Poor Jonathon. Selena just wont stop, but neither will Jonathon. He will do what ever it takes to protect Kylie so will his family. But will it be enough? Will Kylie let everyone she loves sacrifice everything just to save her life? Loved ones die, hearts are broken, through so much emotional damage Kylie and the gang learn how to be happy again. The book Forbidden ending in a way that had me mad at the author until i read a little sneak peak at the third book. Thank you Micalea Smeltzer for writing a story that captivates the heart and soul of teenagers and book addicts like me. I will be forever waiting for the third book ;) I recommend this Awesome Blossom book to Book addicts like me

This is an awesome second book in the series. Selena must be the world's worst ex best friend....and only a vampire could hold a grudge that long for Gods sake. Although there are a few editing errors in the ok, the story is very well written and made me feel the emotions of the main characters. Doesn't have the best ending but will withhold judgement until the next book...she doesn't really die does she?

Forbidden, the title of this novel, really matches the name. There is so much happening. Things are changing, Kylie is on the run. And there are so many new villains. This book has me even more excited than ever.

I have go to say that I really liked Kylie in this novel. She is extremely spunky and strong. Man, Kylie does go through a lot in this book. Her character growth in this book is amazing. She has grown far from the oblivious seventeen year old girl to a fully mature women. And what I love about her is that despite the pain and suffering she goes through, she still loves with her entire heart.

Jonathan in this book has won me over. I love that we get to see a more vulnerable side to him. Also, he is still badass. However, he isn’t creepy or anything of that sorts. He is an awesome book boyfriend. His love for Kylie is really unfathomable. I love that he always put her first even when she does some pretty awful things.

The secondary characters in this novel are a really great addition. I love the Pulmers. They are so kind and more awesome than ever. Even the Villans and other additional characters. We get to see some pretty cool twists about characters that we have already thought we knew about.

The world building and action in this book I have got to say is my favorite. I totally loved the romance. It was sweet and adorable. There were many scenes were I literally swooned over. The chemistry between Kylie and Jonathan is still there. I love that they explored their soulmates connection even more. Okay, now back on track, I really loved the expansion of the vampire world. There are some extremely interesting things revealed. I also love the action in this book. It is so much more intense. Things are getting heated, more battle scenes, and more vampire fights.

Overall, I really loved this book. It is much better than the first one. So for those who might have felt the first book is a bit dull, the second book is really good.

Breathtaking

All I can say is omg! This was breathtaking to say the least! I had a bad feeling about Isaac! :-( so sad but she's finally gone! But what now? Is fate taking what has been plan in her own hand? Hmmmm I guess we'll see, I'm am saddened tho at all they lost. Why does being in love with a vamp I mean soul mate have to be so dangerous?! I will say read all these books about Jonathan and his human soul mate, it is a truely interesting story. Good books lol

I read this book, purely out of curiosity to see how much more of Twilight is repeated.
As expected it has all of Twilight plotline in this one as well.
- Mc's "best friend" who is in love with the MC (Jacob wannabe)
- MC strings him along even as she is saying he is "just friend".
- Jacob wannabe fights along side vampires to protect MC.
- Hero proposes, MC accepts.

The only differences between Twilight's eclipse and new moon and Forbidden are.
- Jacob wannabe is not a warewolf, even though he is still vampire's mortal enemy just like Jacob.
-

All in all this is another Twilight fanfic.
