Wasn't able to find anything that covered diet (category, portions, recipes) and exercise (type, durations) specifics authored by a professional until I came across this. Covers changes across the 3 stages of pregnancy. Would be lost without it!
Really informative read on how to manage your weight during pregnancy. The sections that break down information about vitamins I found really helpful and well written. The recipes suggested in the book sound yummy and will be trying out some soon. The only thing I didn't like about the book was that it contained a few handy hints or quotes sections that seemed a little patronising and I felt the book would have been better without them.
was really great to read about weightloss and pregnancy, once always worries about doing anything restrictive while pregnant. Good information and advice.
