Holly Hood is a prolific romance author who specializes in crafting stories filled with dysfunctional characters, layered drama, and small-town secrets. From paranormal romance to dark mystery suspense, her work fearlessly explores love triangles, supernatural connections, and the complex dynamics of family drama.
Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, and now residing in Sylvania, Holly began writing as a child to navigate a difficult home life. What started as an emotional outlet through diaries, journals, and play scripts evolved into a passion for storytelling that allows readers to experience raw emotions that might make them "want to punch someone in the face or cry."
With nearly 30 published books to her name, Holly has captivated readers with popular titles including The Ink series, Run, Anonymous, Perfectly Hopeless, Sad Pancakes, Castles, Neighbor, and Even Wilder. Her writing stands out for its unexpected twists, touches of humor and sarcasm, and refreshingly non-traditional endings—she's not afraid to kill a character when the story demands it.
When not writing, Holly embraces her creative spirit through various art forms including drawing, clay work, crochet, painting, and 3D printing. She also enjoys cooking, baking, reality television, and music.
Holly's newest project, The Serpent Series, launches with "When Serpent Sleeps," available on Amazon. Connect with her on TikTok @readhollyhood or Facebook @authorhollyhood to follow her writing journey.

The plane crash left Eve wondering if she was dead and her father's condition leaves her reeling as she learns more about the family she now calls hers. She feels so close to finding out what Marcus is tryin to tell her....but will she figure it out in time?

Oh my god what a cliffhanger at the end. The story continues where Eve is in the hospital. Her brother recovered with a few fractures. Her dad is in a coma. Her mom blames her and refuse her to visit her dad. She refuses to see Evan until he explains what happens. You get to know how cruel Carlo is. her brother comes in her dreams and tells her what to do. Eve is strong and wants to fight with Carlo. You love Evan more. You understand why Kenny is the way he is. I loved the story. Read it within a day. I can't wait for book 3. Please hurry.

This is the second book in the 'Wingless' series and what a ripper it was! It picked up exactly where Wingless finished.

In this one we learnt more about 'the family' and were introduced to a few new cast members.

I was hooked on this from page one. In fact I stayed up late last night trying to finish it as the ending looked to be being explosive. Sadly I fell asleep but I did finish it today and what an ending! Another masterpiece Holly and another cliffhanger! All I can is keep em coming.

Great read.

loved the book..I will admit a little confusing for me because it jumped around, from character to character but it's not hard to get me confused easily..lol but I loved the fact it was a different love story verses the everyday romance ...keep up with the great work.

Very interesting and the writer keeps you guessing on the motives of each character. I am still at a loss on who is the good character and who is the bad character. Very intrigued!!
