In the second book of the Covenant Series, Micah and Sarah finally get to discover who they really are to each other. Ms Boone makes it clear that in this situation, Sarah's pure love for Micah causes him to change. Both her love for Micah and her faith, have caused Micahs world to collapse in front of him. Hope starts to ignite inside of him. It is a story of the redeeming power of love. The ending was a cliff hanger, not expected at all. I praise Ms Boone's writing, her characters are authentic and experience emotions we all do. As always, Ms Boone leaves us wanting more and believing in love , in all its forms

I love this book. Azure Boone has such an awesome writing style. This book from the series is just as good as the first book. I love how the characters are portrayed. The story is such a great one that I can't wait for the final book. Well written. A must add to your tbr list. I definitely recommend reading this book.

I thought for sure Micah fell of the sanity train in the first book but now I have a better understanding. He really isn't crazy well not in mind sense but crazy being a satanist. I really enjoyed this book, hate how it ended but am dying to read the third part. Really curious to see what happens to him and her.

Such a good second book. This book will make you really think and feel while reading it. There are equal parts hot and emotional. I actually teared up and found myself needing to walk away at one point. I just cant wait for the next book.

It's a pretty confusing but engaging story. I think he had sex left over and he lacked more action but in spite of that he was eager to read the next one.

LOVE AZURE BOONE!!!!!

This is a fight between Light and Dark. This is a unique story about Satan's people trying to get God's people to renounce God or they will send the hell hounds to kill their families and generations to come. Micah is Master Seven and has brought Sarah Child to his home . She has given him her heart , body , BUT,,,not her soul. That's going to be a problem. Can love win out??

I love all Azure Boone books. BUT,, this has to be my favourite of all. OH!!! And she can write HOT HOT scenes!!! You can't go wrong.

Better than book 1.
We finally discover Micah is some sort of fallen angel and doesn't believe in God and we find out why. Sarah must renounce God or she dies. Sarah's actions were a little questionable. She is told a group of angels were coming to kill her unless he renounced God, but she doesn't even attempt to run. Maybe she felt that they would find her anyway, but I would have at least left town. She just accepts her fate. This book was chock full of religion and spouting off scripture, which turned me off. A little less would have worked for me. Also, there was way too much un-needed sex at the most inappropriate times. I actually skimmed those scenes which is rare for me. It did get interesting when Sarah and Micah were brought before the court of angels. That was probably my favorite part of the book. Micah starts to gain faith in Sarah's God for the miracles he's demonstrated and Sarah and Micah develop more of a connection, so by the end I was more intrigued.

I really thought that this was going to develop into a BDSM story with a difference - but it didn't. Instead the Author brings the age old religious argument - who is better God or the Devil. Good vs evil - who will win? Lets see how she concludes this story in book 3
