This book is written primarily for law students taking a course in unincorporated business associations, and is also suitable for lawyers and judges seeking a fresh perspective on corporate law problems. This highly readable volume may also be helpful to students taking a basic course in corporations or business associations, as it provides a more expansive treatment of the law of agency, partnership, and limited liability companies.
There were quite a few typos but this definitely helped explained things in a manner that was easier to understand than most casebooks or my professor, so I'll take it.
Rife with typos and misprintings, to the extent of one error every twenty pages or so. Completely unacceptable for an academic publisher, especially in a sub-250 page book.
