Of all the Black authors I have read, including Iceberg Slim, Donald Goines, Chester Himes, etc, Harris is the King of the the genre. He writes of the life of an incredibly evil and ambitious young girl who rose to the top only to fall down in a most ignoble manner. This book is a must read for fans off Urban Drama.

This is probably the quickest read that was ever written! My bestie's mom let me read it and I swear I was probably done with it in around 45 minutes flat. Not for the meek at heart, this book is about Whoredaughter, who uses her body to get everything her heart's desire, which leads to a tragic ending. If you can find a copy of this, lucky you for starters because it is definitely hard to hard, so get it and be prepared to be pulled into the sex fueled world of a little girl who uses what she got to get what she wants.
