Started reading this since Bob and I are going to see Vanya and Sonya and Masha and Spike at the Huntington - a play that riffs a bit on Chekhov, whom I have never read.
Ending up only reading The Seagull - may come back to read the others another time. I enjoyed it, but I think it is more fun to see it acted upon the stage; the play at the Huntington was great and definitely an advertisement to see rather than read plays!
