I have learned from this book that you can achieve anything that you want in life. We must learn to let go of the past before we try to move on with anything in life. By setting small and large goals and taking one step at a time anything is possible. As Jinger stated “A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step”. Small goals help to build the foundation of the bigger goals. You should always have a mission statement for all the goals that you are working toward. You should also read your mission statement everyday so you can stay focus and work on making the necessary changes each day. Visualization also helps you to stay positive and motivated, when you envision the result. If you’re one that is stuck in mediocrity stage and struggle to move on to the next phase by writing the “don’ts” and “wants” it helps to decipher the necessary approach to take. One of the favorite quote from Jinger is “A well-lived life is not a destination but a process”.
