A fantastic edition that explores the Old Testament Christologically in a way that doesn't put you to sleep. Attention is given to historical and text critical issues but this is not the main focus of the book. CPH did a phenomenal job with this. Anybody interested in the Old Testament should pick it up. Do note the Kindle Edition is not paged correctly, but this shouldn't present a issue for most.

I have used this book for a seminary class on Old Testament Introduction. Excellent resource, thorough yet not laborious. A fine resource for continued use by all students
