I am passionate about helping people cope with change at work. I am a globally recognised thought leader in change and transformation, driving the change profession forwards, encouraging practitioners to develop their skills. At the same time, I am at the forefront of building a broader capability for change for everyone affected by change at work. I passionately believe that an ability to cope with high volumes of continuous change reduces stress and improves working lives.
To support my work, I continue to challenge my own thinking, advising on the strategy and structure for transformations for the private and public sector globally. I am a Chartered Management Consultant, Chief Examiner for the Neuroscience for Change and Agile Change qualifications at APMG International, founder of the Change Capability Community and originator of the annual global Change Capability survey.
