Summary- There is a meteor shower happening tonight! Doc and her neighbor want to watch it through a cool new telescope. Oh no! The telescope is blurry, the doc is in. Doc fixes the telescope and they see the meteor shower.
Review- This book is nothing short of good. I really think it captures a story every level one reader will enjoy. The artwork is outstanding and captures a true episode if the Disney Junior show. The story as I said, is fairly entertaining. I would recommend to anyone in the targeted demographic.
This book excellently recreates the events of an episode of the show "Doc Mcstuffins", in which Doc helps Aurora the telescope see better with her eyepiece.
Doc Mcstuffins teaches readers about the night sky and the functions of a telescope as she fixes its focal point. At the end of the story, readers are able to see the stars through the perspective of someone looking though the telescope. The illustrations are neat and tidy, but somewhat too realistic and TV looking. They do not really encourage creativity.
