You know that book that says its about romance but its not? And also when it comes down to it the pace is so slow you have to wonder if its a high school relationship starting off or not? Yeahhhhhhh THIS IS SOOOOOO NOT THAT BOOK! lol
JESSIE 'SALAMI' ADAMS AND BLUE 'WITCH' DELANEY IS SMOKING FRICKING HOT!!!
Jessie and Blue have known each other for years. Their attraction is an animalistic attraction. ANIMALISTIC being the key term it is an all out magnetism towards each other and only for each other. Their chemistry flies out of the pages and fills your head and your panties with moisture. [insert smirk ;) ]. This book like the first is ROMANCE. Don't get me wrong there was SEX and great one at that, but there is also romance. Blue and Jessie go through a relationship that means something to both of them. They face jealousy, anger, lust, and insecurity amongst others. This is new to both of them especially for Jessie who is dubbed 'MANWHORE'. One of the great things about Skye Turner's writing is that she brings you both Point of Views (POV) and makes you understand why the characters do what they do and the reasons for them feeling the way they feel. Jessie and Blue's story (sighs) made me want to hug both of them when they're not having monkey sex. I could understand their relationship because we've all been through it at some point in our lives not with the whole rockstar thing, but with, you know, the starting of the relationship and trying to feel each other out and not just rush everything. Also how great is it that both of them went ALL IN and don't wade? (smile) To understand what I'm talking about BUY THE BOOK AND READ IT FOR YOURSELF. You will not be disappointed.
The characters are so off the charts crazy and I love it. I eat that up with a big ass grin! lol. Jessie, Blue, Jude, Lexi, Bradi, Micah, Alec, Erik, Liam, Cruz, Dade, and Clove are great supporting characters. Their friendship is natural and not forced and everyone is comfortable with each other.
My Loves:
- The gang is together AGAIN!!!! HELL YEAH!!!! I STILL LOVE YOU JUDE DELECROIX.
- Like Alluring Turmoil this one has a kickass heroine that doesn't take shit from her man. She keeps him on his toes!
- The romance is there and the great part of it is that its not rushed. If you really think about it they've had 8 years of foreplay. LOL
- This book does not throw around the word LOVE carelessly. If it is used it is used for a purpose and to show the depth of the emotion. NOTHING LESS.
My Dislike:
- That I have to wait longer to read about sexy Liam and Clove. OMG I just wanted to be in the story and play around with Liam. Is that bad? LOL.
Another 5-STARS for this BAYOU STIX love story.
BTW I was about 2 seconds away from booking a ticket to 'Nawlins' because I wanted to witness everything. LOL. I know I'm so corny, but it really makes you want to visit everything that they do. :P

As I sit to write this review for Skye Turner's Alluring Seduction. I've looked back at my review of her previous book Alluring Turmoil, and the notes I have taken while reading Alluring Seduction. I cannot help but to say thank you to Skye for writing such a captivating story, that delivers an emotional rollercoaster and involves my imagination.
This is NOT a typical romantic love story of boy meets girl. This is the story of a bitter, unfufilled Jessie Adams, lead guitarist for the epic rock band Bayou Stix and the frustrated, indignation of Ms. Blue Delaney, star reporter for Rock Hard Magazine, sent to cover the band's story while on tour. The seething tension and resentment between them puts everyone around them on edge.
If you listen to one thing from this review, let it be this, do not wade, do not test the water. Jump in and take the plunge. Buy this book and join the world of Bayou Stix, don't wait and wonder what everyone else is talking about.

I loved this book! It was even better than the first one. Then again what's not to love about a hot rock star being tamed by a strong feisty woman.
Jessie and Blue have been at each other's throats for years, turns out it's been sexual tension all along, and they decide to get it out of their system for just one night. Jessie's a man whore, and hasn't got a clue how to be part of a relationship so of course messes it all up. The story that follows is hot, funny and enchanting.
I love that we follow up with the rest of the characters from book one, they're like one big family, and as they think of Blue as one of their own it leads to fireworks amongst the band members as well.
There are some great descriptions of Baton Rouge and New Orleans in the book, adding background to the story as well.
I can't wait for book three in the series.

Skye Turner is a natural author who didn't disappoint with her first book. The same goes for this one. This book was FANTASTIC! I could not stop reading it. The love/hate relationship between Jessie and Blue just makes you want to root for them. Any woman who is strong enough to stick with a guy even when he drives her insane, is a saint according to me. Blue is such a badass woman who doesn't take any crap from Jessie. This in turn helps him see how amazing she is (Which the rest of us already knew). I liked the bad boy Jessie, but I started to fall for the sweet Jessie even more. This book is HOT! It will make you frustrated, because you just want them to get together. It will make you hot and bothered because their scenes are scorching! It will make you swoon over a sexy, sweet rock star. And it will make you happy, overjoyed and filled with love. This book truly has it all and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

HOLY FRIGGING HELL.This book was HOT.HOT.HOT... Two Words Ladies:JESSIE ADAMS...I absolutely fell in love with Jessie. Skye Turner did it again and wrote another Amazing book. I read this book in one setting and could not put it down. I love her writing style it really makes me feel like I'm right there with the characters. I'm from Louisiana too so I love that her books take place there. She makes me proud to say I'm from Louisiana. I loved Jessie and Blue and the passion between these two was of the charts. If you loved Alluring Turmoil you will definitely love Alluring Seduction. I would highly recommend you read this book. You will not be disappointed.

I got this book as an ARC for an honest review.
I gave this book 5 Rock Star STARS!
This is book 2 in the series of the Bayou Stix Series, but can be read as a stand alone. But I would suggest reading the first one so that you can familiarize yourself with the other characters.
A story of passion and love, of learning to let someone in and giving in to the way you feel and trusting it.
This story is about Jessie and Blue. For years they have known each other and there has been a very vocal hating match going on between the two of them, they seem to not be able to stand to be in each other's presence for too long. Everyone can see that these two are attracted to each other but Jessie and Blue.
But one day as they are put in a situation where it is impossible for either one of them to run. They give in to their passions (a little bit) and things just seem to explode from there.
Don't think that either one of them are done fighting how they feel now that they realize what they are feeling. This is a book of stubbornness beyond!! On both sides!!!
Blue is feisty and vocal, and amazingly unique! But who else would we want for our bad boy Jessie. He is a man whore and sleeps with anything that will have him. But can this beautiful vixen tame him?
Is there are part to Jessie that we have not seen yet? I think there just might be. Jessie has a heart of gold, and is loyal to the end. When he sees that he wants something he goes and he gets it!
Life happens and Jessie and Blue are tested more then one time on how they feel about each other. Can they stand up to it and fight for what would be one of the most beautiful connections ever?
You don't want to miss this book!! Jude and Lexi from the first book are in this one quite a bit and as are others from the first book.
It is beautifully written and is full of passion and very, VERY hot scenes. I didn't think that I could love someone as much as I love Jude but Jessie OMG !!! Hot guitarist has won my heart over! I might just have to read book one again to see why I fell for Jude.
But the great thing about fictional boyfriends is that I can have BOTH!!!
Thank you Skye for another amazing book of gorgeous, hot sexy rockers!! I love them bad boys!! I cannot wait to read the next book in the series!! I loved the way you ended the book by the way! In a beautiful way but still making us want more!
This story is far from over people so jump on the Bayou Stix wagon and join the ride!!! But hang on .. These beautiful rocker men are breathtakingly perfect. You may never be the same! <3

Jesse obviously has some issues where female emotions are concerned, "is she crying? Oh s***. I didn't mean to make her cry. I just wanted to get myself under control and put some distance between us. That was intense. I didn't mean for that to happen. We were fighting, like we always do, and I just noticed how sexy she was. I wanted to kiss her and shut her up. That's it. I didn't mean for the rest of...that to happen." I mean he really has trouble with the female emotions, "Blue. Dammit, look at me. I know you aren't. I'm sorry. I didn't think about it. I... I just acted. I am sorry, but don't cry. Stop effing crying. I didn't mean to make you cry." I'm pulling my hair and praying she stops crying. I don't do women's tears." Ladies the boy is endowed and Blue's thoughts around the endowment are pretty entertaining, "my eyes widen as I take in the girth of his manhood. Not only is he long in length, he's also thick. The veins are clearly visible and the tip is glistening with a pearled bead. Oh my God...is that even going to fit?" Blue she makes Jesse see some common sense, "we need to get dressed. I don't want to be sitting on the couch naked, leaking cum when everyone walks in. I'd also prefer that Lexi, Bradi, and Erik not see firsthand that magnificent di** of yours!" I have to say I enjoyed Jesse's story more then Jude's.

I have to admit. I LOVE it.
I know I wrote it, but I absolutely love Jessie and Blue.
Jessie is the man you want, knowing that you shouldn't, but then he surprises you and ends up being everything you've EVER wanted.
Blue is the woman who is strong and fierce and knows what she wants, who will settle for nothing less than she deserves.
These 2 are electric.
Get ready for the ride, but wear your seat belt. These 2 will take you on a bumpy journey!

Jessie.....oh Jessie....I love it when a bad boy finds his made match!
This book was exactly what I was waiting for since reading ALLURING TURMOIL, and I got everything I wanted and...WHOA...so much more. Blue and Jessie hit the sheets and it was like COMBUSTION!! Loved that Blue could match Jessie in the bedroom...or every other room of the house BUT the bedroom!
Skye Turner definitely turned up the heat with ALLURING SEDUCTION, so you will certainly NOT be disappointed if you are looking for some STEAMY Love Making, but she also wrote about one of my favorite things....Watching my Bad Boy FALL IN LOVE!! No, she didn't rush the "L" word on anyone, Skye took her time, by making Jessie and Blue fight for every moment that they tried to stay away from each other. (But with those interfering Band Mates/Friends) these two didn't stand a chance!
Romantic, A little Wild and SO SEXY is how I would describe ALLURING SEDUCTION, and Skye Turner can certainly write a Bad Boy who will have your heart melting into a puddle of mush!

This book was given to me as an ARC , and trust me it does not disappoint. Jessie Adams is the rockstar with a heart of gold, and Blue Delany is one fire cracker. I give this book five stars, and would give more if allowed. Skye Turner does not disappoint, and can not wait for the third installment in the Bayou Stix Series. This book is the second novel, and does not leave you hanging. Skye Turner is really going places. It doesn't hurt that her books are based in my home state of Louisiana also! Get this book, but make sure you have time because once you start it you will not want to put it down!

We met Jude in Alluring Turmoil and got a to know a little about his band members. Alluring Seduction is about blue eyed, bad boy Jessie and Blue, a fiery, kick ass woman who has a BITE ME/LOVE ME relationship.
I have many book boyfriends and I have now added one to the list.
What a good book!! I can't wait for everyone else to get a chance to experience these characters!!!

If you loved book one be ready to fall even more in love with book 2. I can't wait for book 3 now :)

Wow is all I can say! I LOVE this book! I was honored to ARC read this! Skye Turner is an amazing author with an amazing creative side! Both her books are out of this world HOT! Jessie is a hot sexy band member with an even sexier romantic side. Blue is a sexy reporter with a strong mind and even stronger will when it comes to Jessie. When these two get together it's an explosion. This is definitely a Must read series!!!!

First off love the disclaimer-it is gonna save her from getting some bills for things ha ha. Being this is winter time when reading this had to turn the heater off I put to good use the cold. Since I have read the first one and knew it was a five star looked forward to this one to see how they carried on. A sign of a good author is the ability to keep a reader into the next one and new reader can also read as a stand alone and not get lost. I was pleased to see that she has the talent to do just that and then some. The characters from the first one and focus now on a different set basis here are how I like to read a book so yeah kudos for her. The talent used to breathe life into the characters enables me the reader to feel like I am right there with them through it all and could carry a conversation if it were possible. She hooks the reader and has you falling in love with them and caring about them all. In this one we see Jessie and Blue and travel with them on their road. The tour is coming to a end and the hilarious interaction between Jessie and Blue is about to get even better and there is going to be more to it, about to explode like rockets. Great turning point and wish I could of been a fly on the wall of that elevator. Funny how two people who really like each other can be such knotheads with each other just to protect themselves. And why do the good ones always have to be so bad and most times alpha so when that girl that would change their world is near they have to travel "long way home". Good thing I was ready this time when it does start and turned that heater off. Great to have those good friends and there are some great relationships on that depicted in this book. Those girls know how to party. Guess who's wedding also is coming up in this book? Jude and Lexi's-that's right and so glad. Of course pals of Lexi's also become pals to Blue-Bradi and Erik. Gotta love a man that will go after what he wants and Jessie does just that. Awesome relationship experience between the two and so surreal it is wonderful to read a budding one that grows to the level these two do. Just could not stand very well at times when done reading some of scenes,plus disclaimer or no just might have to send a bill for new unmentionables. It does this ole heart good while reading this and also seeing the continuance of Lexi and Jude. Gorgeous wedding gown, sometimes wish books had pictures still for some stuff. Humor off the charts and a must in a book like this. This is no longer a debut author but now a author who definitely knows how to write and will keep her readers thrilled. Let me start of by saying that I received a copy of the book from the author in return for an honest review.
When I received this book, I knew that this was part of a series, however, I wasn't really sure if it was different characters stories for each book, I didn't read the synopsis, but glad I didn't, it wouldn't have made a difference.
Again, like Alluring Turmoil, I was captured pretty quickly, I honestly wasn't sure how I felt about Blue in the first book. I guess I compared it to other books that I have read where the previous flings are out to get the new love of the heroes life, however that's not what is was. During the second book, you get to see Blue and Jessie's very hot, HOLY CRAP, is it hot, love story.
O.K. Let me let you know about Blue. Blue worked for a large magazine and had to go on tour with Bayou Stix, she left before the last show, because of some things that happen. Blue is confident about her job, yet she has some insecurities about her body (I love that Skye doesn't write that “perfect” female into her books). From the description of Blue, she is stunning!
Jessie, what a jerk.... no I am totally kidding.. maybe, who knows. Read it and figure it out for yourself :-)

I love Skye Turner..and I adore her Bayou Stix men. And Jessie did not disappoint me! Jude is still my number one..but Jessie held his own!!
Jessie is a rock star--living the rock star life--all about girls and booze and parties galore...but even the biggest stars can find it's lonely at the top, and whether they admit it to anyone or not, they all crave the love of a good woman!!!
Blue is a reporter with a high ranking music magazine sent on Bayou Stix tour--8 weeks of hell for her. She is a friendly vivacious little pixie and I LOVED her!! Strong, independent, stood her ground, took no ones crap and would stomp all over any guy that thought he was going to take advantage of her--she was a woman who had had enough!!!
Jessie and Blue have a killer chemistry, that neither wants to own up to. Blue has no desire to get hurt again, and Jessie is not a one woman man.
Circumstances throw them together and fate helps them to discover what everyone around them sees---that they are each other's perfect matches...
This series is so much fun!! I love how the author delivers a little bit of drama for effect, but not so much that you want to throw your kindle and scream...The guys are delicious, the girls are not fantastic. First, this was an ARC that I received for the blog tour. I had never heart of this story, but WOW this is a great book that you need to read.
Alluring Seduction is book 2 in the Bayou Six series.
The story starts out between Blue and Jessie. They both have an longtime attraction that both where scared to act on.
Jessie is the Rock-Star in the band and is also known as the "manwhore", he has a different girl each time. He has never been intimate with someone twice.
Blue is a reporter for the magazine Rock Hard, and has been traveling with the band for a while. She still has a friendship with Jude in the band.
Jessie and Blue are put in an stranded elevator where their attraction is tested. Obviously, there are huge sparks between the both of them, but as stubborn as both of them are, nothing more happen for a while.
All of the band mates are very territorial over Blue and they don't want Jessie hurting her.
You will love both of their fiery personalities and the sexual chemistry is so sensual between them that you will make your significant other happy after reading this..... lol
You don't want to miss the steamy sex scenes in the book....... HOT, HOT, HOT...........

I really love this series because even though each book focuses on one couple, the rest of the “group” are still in and out of the books. This book is about Jessie, the lead guitarist for Bayou Stix, a famous rock band. Blue is a writer for one of the top rock magazines in the country and is touring with the group on the last leg of their tour. While she is very close with some of the band members, she abhors Jessie. She thinks he is arrogant, obnoxious and a “slut-bucket”. Jessie is known for loving them and leaving them and there is no shortage of women in his life. They fight and argue non-stop and make a point to stay out of each others way as much as possible.
While staying in a hotel, Blue and Jessie get stuck in an elevator together and alone. Let’s just say after this happens, they see each other in a different light. Could romance be blooming for these to that once hated each other and fought non-stop?
This is a really cute and well written love story with some steamy, sexy, freakin hot scenes!!! It was fun to see their inner struggles with dealing with feelings that they both thought they would never have for each other! Loved their chemistry together and It was also fun to watch Jessie realize there is more to women then a one night stand and to see him realize how deep his feelings for Blue really are. I am looking forward to reading the next book about the next couple in this fun group!

When I read books in a series I usually don't like the second or third as much as I liked the first. This was NOT the case with Alluring Seduction in the Bayou Stix Series. In Alluring Turmoil, Skye Turner gave just enough information about Jesse and Blue to make me want to find out what happens with them.
I won't say too much because I don't want to spoil the book before it's released, but I will say enough, hopefully, to make you want to read Alluring Seduction if you don't already.
Skye Turner has the perfect concoction of drama, love, hate and sex in Alluring Seduction. There are times you'll want to reach in your imagination and smack Jesse in the back of the head and maybe a few times you'll want to scream at Blue and ask her what the heck she's thinking. Then there are moments that will make you want to hug Jesse and Blue and be their Jude or Lexi.
All I will say about the hot steamy sexy bits is, those cute Bayou Stix panties Skye has for sale on her page, yeah, you don't want to wear those while reading Alluring Seduction. You'll be changing them shortly after you put them on and start reading.
I most definitely recommend Alluring Seduction to anyone over the age of 18! If you're looking for a sweet, sexy read, you've got to pick up Alluring Seduction!

I really enjoyed Jessie and Blue. Mainly because the two of them fought so hard against the attraction they had for each other. It's always said there is a thin line between love and hate, Jessie and Blue were the epitome of that saying.
Jessie was never a man who wanted a solid, monogamous relationship with a woman. But his best friend and bandmate finding that made Jessie suddenly want what those things. He fought those feelings and his growing desire to find out if Blue was that woman, but when he stopped fighting he knew she was everything he wanted.
Blue was looking for that lasting relationship. She was positive Jessie Adams was not that man. But when he turned this seductive ways on her, she knew she wasn't going to be able to fight him. But what she found was a man who wanted the same things that she did. She had to put faith in him, hoping that he'd given up his manwhorish ways. But in the end, she got exactly what she wanted.
I liked Jessie and Blue's story. There was a depth to their characters and story that had me anxiously reading to find out what happened next. They were a very hot couple and the sex scenes showed the depth of their feelings and where their relationship was going...rather overtaking the bigger story.
I look forward to reading more in this series.

Skye Turner did it again!
This is a great book! It's what I call a "comfortable" read. It's the second book of the Bayou Stix series, so I'm now familiar with the characters (all of whom I LOVE by the way!), so it's like sitting down and catching up on old friends. It just so happens that a couple of the old friends are headed down a steamy, passion-filled road and you get to go too! I enjoy the writing style used in the book. I like how you get both of the main characters' points of view in every chapter. I can almost hear the dialogue in my head as I'm reading and I like that, too!
This isn't an overly complicated book. There isn't a ton of external conflict, it's a love story that develops between two stubborn people who are in denial. It's their journey of discovery, both of each other and of themselves. There is a lot of graphic, hot and steamy lovin' going on between these covers, too. There are some hubby and boyfriends who should benefit from their women reading this one. ;-)
Go BUY this book, you'll love it!
PS... I missed Erik a little in this one. I adore him and he didn't show up enough for my taste. =)

Alluring Seduction is the second book in the Series by Skye Turner. These are the stories involving the members of the Rock Band Bayou Stix (Jude, Jessie, Liam, Cruze and Dade). In this book it’s all about Jessie and Blue.
Jessie is a womanizing man whore, who has no clue about relationships and how to form one. When he sees how happy Jude and Lexi are he starts to think about what it would be like to settle down with just one woman. Blue and Jessie have known each other for years and they have a love/hate relationship, well more hate than love but everyone else sees that they are attracted to each other. One day they are forced to face the attraction they have for each other and things flow from there.
I love Blue’s character, she is uniquely feisty and very strong willed. She doesn’t want the one night stand with Jessie but is more of a relationship girl. Jessie soon sees that he is very attracted to Blue and he decides that it’s time to have a one woman relationship.
This book is great and I enjoyed it more than the first one. Well done Skye Turner on a great “rock star” romance.

At the very beginning of the book Skye gives us a disclaimer from Jesse's POV. In the disclaimer it states " You will need to change your panties after reading out book. Ice and a fan are also a good idea." I think it should of also came with some kind of health warning, like maybe seek medical attention if your pulse or blood pressure get's to high. This book is smoking HOT!!! Blue and Jesse's love story is just that, a love story with amazing chemistry and hot sex. I enjoyed catching up with all of the other Bayou Stix member's and getting snippets of Jude and Lexi. This is defiantly a good read and Skye will suck you in within the first pages of this story. I have waited what feels like forever the this book, Alluring Turmoil was amazing and left me wanting more. Alluring Seduction did the same thing. I will once again be waiting for the next installment of the Bayou Stix series. If I could ask Skye anything, I would ask her about Blues past, there is nothing mentioned about her life before she became a reporter. It has absolute no barring on the book, just my curiosity because I got so wrapped up in her characters. Awesome work Skye!!! Waiting patiently for the next book.

Blue and Jessie can’t stand each other in the beginning of the novel. It’s not related to a specific incident – they just get on each other’s nerves. Oh, and they’re crazy-attracted to each other at the same time, but are too stubborn to admit it.
Skye Turner takes the reader along as Blue and Jessie start to spend time together, which at first they are NOT pleased about. But as their walls come down, they slowly realize how much fun they have together, and how much they mean to each other.
This progression of their feelings is paced perfectly and full of very believable “is this really happening” moments. It’s a fast read, too – I couldn’t wait to see how Blue and Jessie worked their way from complete disdain to love.
One more note – for Alluring Turmoil fans, there is just enough of Lexi and Jude in this book to make you feel like you’re still in touch with them. I love when authors include characters from prior books in the series. It makes the series seem more complete and satisfying! 5 stars!!

Skye Turner's series is becoming a really good rocker series! She is taking the members of the Bayou Stix rock band and writing about their romances and relationships. While the books center around one member's romance, they also integrate all the band members (and previous book's romance) so that the reader has a continuous feel to the characters. While Alluring Seduction is a standalone with its own HEA, it immediately jumps into the story's continuation from Alluring Turmoil so readers should read that first. I always like stories with a strong female lead and Blue certainly fits that description. She was not enamored of Jessie's rocker status and lifestyle (in fact it was a turn off to her). Their relationship was rocky at first - this was not a fall into lust, fall into bed, fall into love type of story. But as they got to know each other, they discovered that there were true, sincere feelings to explore. The book also sets up the next in the series, which I will anxiously await!

Okay so I loved Alluring Turmoil and now Alluring Seduction. Jessie and Jude are at a tie with me. I would take either one. This is one book you don't want to miss out on. The sex scenes.....ummm OMG. I didn't know some of those things were possible...lol j/k Seriously you will love Jessie in this book. The poor guy has never loved a woman before and is not sure that what he feels for Blue is love. It's cute to see how confused he is about his jealousy and need of Blue. In the beginning the two of them could not get along but you know how that goes. That hate they have for each other soon turns into passion and EXPLODES!!! After reading this book I was so hot and bothered that I had to wake up my husband in the middle of the night. That's how HOT these sex scenes are in this book. Now if you can't handle very detailed and scandalous sex scenes then this may not be a series for you....but if you can handle it then you will LOVE this book. I already can't wait for the next book!!!
