Simple and straight to the point, just like his weight-lifting routine. I love his routine, using plain old dumbbells and a bench, the way exercises used to be. I followed his routine in this book for quite a while until I got too damn lazy. It's time to pick it back up. It's a book that definitely will stay on my home bookshelf forever. It's something I can try to do to stay strong even as I get very, very old....that's coming one day....for me and for you.
After seeing Montel introduce his juicing on his show, I bought a juicer, but whole food is better, and he says that too. It's eat food, not too much, mostly plants, but he likes his steak too. It's not all or nothing. It certainly works for him and his MS. That's the energy in part of the equation. And energy out is strength training, aerobics, and flexibility.
