Heather's first venture into the world of book writing was a short story in kindergarten about Winnie the Pooh, and a mishap in the Hundred Acre Wood.

A super short read so there wasn’t a ton of time to develop the characters or really play up the fake dating trope due to page count restraints, still Rachel and Landon were likable, as is his dog, and their attempt to fool their matchmaking mothers by fake dating all comes together in a cute way in the end. A satisfying option if you’re in the mood to read something light and breezy without a daunting time commitment, it’s a quick forty-four pages.
