Ghost drives down Andrea’s street in his black new pickup. He parks a few houses down. He leaves the truck running. He leans back into his seat, gripping the steering wheel. He’s wearing black sunglasses.
Damn, I don’t like where my sweet Darlin lives. Those bastards down the street are up to no good, thinks Nathan. He grabs his cell and quickly texts Andrea that he’s waiting.
“Ghost this is a bad part of Los Angles. We need to hurry. We need to leave as soon as she’s here,” says Loco. He has his shades on and looks down the corner at the hoods gathering around a table, drinking. “Where does she live?”
“She lives down the street on the right in that yellow house. The one across from the hoods,” replies Nathan.
A few yards away from Nathan are some young boys playing with the basketball. They look at Nathan and his truck.
Andrea leaves her house and walks down the steps. She’s carrying her bag. She’s wearing her cute red dress, sexy black sandals and her shiny black hair loose down her back. She stops on the sidewalk. She grabs her sunglasses out of her purse and quickly slides them on. She looks down the street and smiles. Oh yeah, my Baby is waiting, she thinks.

Marcos takes a drink of his Corona. He’s a handsome young man that’s used to having the girls fall at his feet. He’s wearing crisp cotton grey slacks with a white fitted shirt, and black shoes. He has one leg on top of bench. His buddies surround him, playing cards on the table. .
He looks at the house across the street. Yeah, I have to talk to her. I need to get her into my arms. She’s a sweet pussy, thinks Marcos. He continues to wait for Andrea to step out of her house.
Damn yes, Andrea just came out of her house. This is my sweet opportunity to talk to her. Marcos leaves his buddies and strides across the street towards Andrea.
“Andrea you look beautiful,” says Marcos, smiling. He has his Corona in his hand. “When are you going to talk to me? I want to take you out.”
He stands on the curb, looking at her. He licks his lips. “Andrea you have me crazy for you.”
Andrea turns to look at him and turns away. She starts striding quickly down the street towards Nathan.
Marcos sees her walk away and this infuriates him. What’s her fucking problem? Does she think she’s too good for me, thinks Marcos.
He throws his Corona in the ground and starts following her with determination. That pussy is going to be mine. The boss wants her. She will bring in lots of money. I already have a list of clients waiting for her.
Andrea walks quickly, trying to reach Nathan. Damn I have to ignore him. I’m almost there, thinks Andrea, anxiously. She bites her lower lip with fear. Damn I’m so glad that my Baby is here. He’s so big and strong.
Marcos runs after her and grasps her arm. “Fucking bitch, what’s wrong with you! You’re always ignoring me. You think you’re too good for me!” yells Marcos. He pulls her close to him, glaring down at her.
Andrea yells with fear, her eyes expand. She trembles, her complexion turn white. She moves to take his hand off of her. “Let me go Marcos!” she yells.

“There she is, my Darlin girl,” whispers Nathan, smiling. He glances over at Loco.
“Yeah that’s her,” says Loco, laughing at Nathan. “Yeah brother your pussy whipped.”
Nathan watches her stop and slides her glasses on. He then watches Marcos walk over to her. Nathan grasps the steering wheel with anger. “What the fuck does that asshole want with her,” says Nathan. He watches closely to see if she’s going to talk to him.
Oh yeah, she’s not giving him the time of day, thinks Nathan. He smiles, and then he sees red when he sees him run after her and grabs her arm.
“That son of bitch!” yells Nathan. He jumps out of the truck. He sprints the few yards down the street, pounding into the asphalt, towards Andrea. His heart pounds hard in his chest, full of anger, anxiety, and the extreme urgency to get her away from him. He reaches Andrea and pulls her away from him.
“Mother fucker what in the hell do you think you’re doing. Don’t touch my woman,” growls Nathan. He glares down at Marcos.
“Hot Dang! Whup his ass!” yells Loco. He jumps out of the truck and runs after him. He stops right behind them.
He watches Marcos buddies start to run over. Oh hell this is going to get ugly, he thinks. They’re only six....

I thought I'd be reading something horror, something like a military horror scene. But my assumption is wrong. 😅😅😅
The style in writing is quite confusing but when you get into it, the story just flows. It's a good material but some questions are left hanging... (Maybe to be answered in the next?). An average read for me but I just want to highlight the kidnapping scene, it's a must read in this one.

From the first book till this one I was really excited to start this story. I love how this story started off. It truly unfolds nicely from the first book till the next. It makes you ready to start the next and to learn each individual character. Ghost is truly magnificent and just love how his character faces his challenges head on as they unravel throughout the story.
I felt sadness with Andrea as Nathan left on the mission that you read about in the first novel. You truly can feel what the characters feel about what they go through. P.T. Macias offers each individual thoughts and she has an unique writing style that I haven't seen in any other books that I have read. She mixes spanish with and what they mean as you read it.
Andrea was a great character. She faced and conquered something that you see happen in real life. If you have a chance i highly recommend you read this book and if you haven't already pick up the first book and read it. You will truly enjoy every minute of it.

I enjoyed this book,the author writes in the present tense and lets you know what the characters are thinking. It took a while to get used to the writing style, but after the first couple of chapters, I really didn't notice it because I got into the story. I enjoyed the characters in this book, Nathaniel is Ghost, he is a good southern boy from South Carolina. He is a member of a Delta Force team called Razer 8. He meets Andrea in a bar and falls immediately in love with her. Andrea is having trouble with the head of a local gang, and he wants to kidnap Andrea and sell her as a prostitute. Ghost gets the help of his Razer 8 team to help Andrea. This book is full of romance, action, and suspense. I can't wait to read the other books in this series.

I like ghost he a southern guy with a tortured past his father was abusive and he has to fight to overcome the many obstacles in his path. he joins the delta force he meets Andrea and she thinks hes handsome and she makes his life happier and he want to protect her at any cost but is called to duty andrea is taken by the mob and ghost and Infinity go and recure her.

If u like romance and suspense and intrigue come give these a try they really are good stories. Ghost is a southern boy bad ass and is pretty hott. His story is full of action and romance. i will read more by Patricia Macias.

This book was really good. I didn't like a lot of the stuff that happened, but it was good enough to keep me reading. I also felt like some stuff happened too quickly, but sometimes that's how life is. Good job to the author.

This book is a page turner with lots of action. The storyline is really good and keeps your interest. It is a pretty good story. Plus it has a mix of MC and military. I liked reading this.

This book is about a group of elite Delta Force members called the Razer 8, Infinity for his particular group. He has had a hard childhood protecting his mother and sister from their abusive alcoholic father, and is the strong, silent, yet gentle type of man.
Ghost and his crew are on a short leave from their service when Ghost meets his soulmate at a bar while he is with his friend and team member, Loco. He sees her from across he bar dancing and he is instantly sure she is his soulmate, Andrea. Kind of hard to believe, right? I struggled with that one, too! I'm all for and truly people that some couples can and do meet one another and know from the beginning that they have found the 'one'. However, knowing from across the room, just on sight, and before you're even talked to that person...... I'm not totally convinced that's possible.
The two lovebirds dance to a few songs, and end up back at his place where they spend all night.The next morning finds the two deciding to spend he rest of Ghost's leave together at his house....
Enter the bad guy, Marcos, a long-time family acquaintance of Andrea's family. Marcos is a very bad guy who is planning on abducting Andrea and using her in a secret prostitution operation. Her sudden relationship with Nathan (Ghost) certainly puts a kink into his plans.....
The beginning of this book was a little scattered in my opinion, only in the fact that the story uses the thoughts of the characters as part of the main story telling process. It jumps from person to person and back again, and for me personally, it would have been less distracting to have it in distinct sections for each character's thoughts.
That being said, the main plot to the story- Andrea's kidnapping and rescue attempt, was really good. The dialogue flowed normally, and the details were good. Being married to a military man myself, I enjoyed this part of the book! I can't tell you much more, or it would be pointless for you to read this book. If you like military men and their alphaness.....you'll like this book! There are a few plot twists, and I'm not totally sure if the story continues on in the next book or not, but there are a few questions left unanswered for me at the end. I'd like to know if Nathan and Andrea ever find out if...... Well, as for that... I'll never tell!

Ghost is on the Razer 8 Delta force Special Team. His childhood was not all that great, he had to deal with an abusive Father. He always worried about his mother and Sister. He will not have to worry as much now about his sister since she will be heading off to college soon. While on his leave for a few days Loco and Ghost head to a club for a little fun. Loco is not only his best friend but just like a brother to him. While in the club Ghost bumps into a girl grabs her waist to keep her from falling and he believes she could be his soul mate. His love is snatched from the streets and taken to a club to be forced into prostitution.Ghost calls on Ifinity,his Delta Force team to rescue her from the clutches of a ruthless pimp. This story is a powerful one, dealing with the underworld, the sex traffickers who prey on young women and men to feed their hunger for money. The Delta Force Team is faced with the task of entering the club and extracting the women from inside. They are not prepared for the odds they face but are none the less committed to the task.
I loved this book as I love all the ones I have read. I say THIS IS A MUST READ!!! I love how you can feel what the characters are feeling as you read these books. P.T. Macias did another AMAZING job..

This book is so Awesome, and my Ghost is so sexy!. It seems all the characters in this series are amazing. A beautiful read...This is a military based book one of the best I have read in sometime. Author Macias takes you on a journey with the patanormal that you will never forget. Her books have a little splash of the Latina flair in it that I find refreshing just a touch. She writes in present day so it feels as though its unfolding right before your eyes. Her charcters are in the military both male and female which I truly love and they ate also shifters which I love. They have their bonds and mating for life.The special ops is a wonderful flate to this story. I shall follow this Author to see where her story will take me and cross my fingers that this is a long series as I love the chacters, their jobs and their hot and spucey love. Way to go

Ghost is a member of an elite group of men.While on a short break Ghost meets Andrea.Sparks fly.The two spend alot of time together and become very close.Andrea is in danger from a neighbor who wants her for evil purposes.Ghost gets called away and Andrea gets into trouble.Ghost and his team soon realize how bad the situation is.Andrea is so afraid she doesn't realize it is Ghost coming for her.Two of Ghost's team sense there is something going on with Ghost's lady.I like how the Razer 8 team all works together as one unit.The team is close and they watch each others backs.Good read.
