EEEEEEEP! I love love this book and seriously can't believe this series is over!!! Danielle needs to come up with another book or at least make on about Jenelle.
Jada and Tobias are amazing and can finally have happy lives. Jada's history is now in the past, and Tobias has never felt healthier. Together they live with their daughter Jenelle and Tobias's mother. Things have been good and I can't help but be happy because of how happy the couple are.
They just celebrate their daughter's first birthday and the birthday girl has decided to nap. Tobias goes into the kitchen and then comes out with this look to him and Jada can sense something has gone wrong. Shortly after telling Jada what happened, things start to get into gear. Jada makes a visit to the jail, which goes horribly wrong. Which then leads to her and her family packing up and moving away.
Now years have past and things were fine for a while and then suddenly it gets tense again. Tobias's mother moved with them and retired so she can spend all her time with her grandkid. As you should know from book two, Tobias shouldnt have lived this long, let alone have a kid, so his mother is very happy right now. Shortly she passes and you learn more about that in the book. Things are also tense because Hawk has been out of jail for a bit and nothing has been heard of him. Maybe he gave up, or he just can't figure out where they are. I bet you can guess what happens.
I love how Jada and Tobias are so in love and they are raising their kid so well. Each day Jada goes to work and Tobias stays home and takes care of Jenelle. Tobias plans to work once the doctors clear him, since they could use money. I love Jada's job. She works with books and scanning them to basically become ebooks. I'm not happy about what's going with the print books, but luckily its just a story.
So as you have probably thought, things have not stayed easy or calm for long. Hawk figure out where they are and must hurry because they have been warned. Only issue id that Jada gets the message late and they must scramble to get out. That doesn't happen. Hawk finds her and the kid and things are speeding up and getting very addicting at this moment. Hawk takes Jada, and now Tobias must figure out where she is and save her, while keeping Jenelle safe.
The ending was absolutely perfection. I'm so glad it had such an amazing ending and Tobias and Jada have a lovely life together with Jenelle and maybe even a new addition (: I loved how there was a few pages about Jenelle when she is older and it was really good and I wish there would be a book about it! Also you will learn there is something even more special about Jenelle. You can probably guess what it is as you read the book, but it all gets revealed in detail near the end.
I love love love this book and the whole series, and it gets 5 stars!
I received this eARC novel from Red Coat Publishing. This is my honest review.
Jada and Tobias moved from their home to try to hide from Hawk when he got out of prison. Tobias is terrified of what Hawk is going to do for revenge, and is scare of what Hawk has become. Jada didn't think Hawk was that far gone, but when she went to visit him, she saw how unhinged he has become.
And they are both terrified of what will happen to their family, but they started to see a silver lining when they heard nothing after Hawk got released.
But after a horrifying phone call, Tobias and Jada will be thrown into chaos again. And they are going to have to rely on their Twin Flame connection to make sure they don't lose each other in the horrible situation that is ahead. Because if they can't save each other, history may be repeating itself again and again...
This was a good ending to this series. I was a solid 3 star girl for all three novels because there were things I liked and things I didn't like. This third novel, though, nicely summed everything up and made a great 360 turn to fix things that were super mixed up from the previous novels.
I really wished that I had a better connection with the characters, but ALL of them were just too flawed and damaged for me to find strength in them. I mean, they did at the end find the strength they need, but that took 3 books and many many pages of my life to get there.
I thought it was fitting how Hawk was able to help Tobias in the end, and I absolutely loved the epilogue. That alone was redeemable in my mind of all the horrible things that happened in this novel.
I'm glad I got a chance to read this series, even though it wasn't my all time favorite. I definitely will not be forgetting certain things about these books!
An excellent way to end the series. I really enjoyed this one as a wrap up of the series and it was really interesting to see some things come full circle. A great series to read.
***DO NOT READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU HAVE NOT READ PULLED AND PULLED BACK!!!***
The Twin Flames series sucked me in with book 1, Pulled, and I have been hooked ever since. In my opinion, the series has done nothing but get better and better. Paranormal romance is one of my loves, but it all depends on the authors writing style as to whether I enjoy it. In other words, the author can make it or break it for me. And, Danielle has made it, with this whole series!!!
So let’s recap the first 2 books. Naya and Etash are killed by her crazy ex, Seth, in book one. And, on that same night, Jada, Tobias, and Hawk are born. Then in book 2, Jada and Tobias and Hawk all become friends and a love triangle starts. In the end of book 2, Jada and Tobias get together just as they are meant to, and Hawk loses it over that revelation. So, we are left with Hawk in jail and the love birds trying to live happily ever after with their daughter Janelle. But, we all know Janelle is not Tobias’ daughter and that little bit of info is going to be a huge problem for them soon. Hawk is not the kind to give up and he is not ready to give up on what he thinks is the love of his life and his daughter. So now it all begins in Pulled Back Again.
Running…hiding…it’s not enough when it comes to Hawk. But, help is so much closer than either of them even thought. Will Tobias get to Jada in time?? I was anxious. Anxious because Hawk was so damn unstable and poor Tobias couldn’t fight off a fly if he wanted to, with that bad lung. I have to say that this one brought me the most anxiety. I just wanted them to get their happily ever after, but that damn Hawk keeps getting in their way. And then, poor Janelle, she doesn’t need to even know that she has a daddy like that
I truly have enjoyed every word of this series that Danielle has written and very much recommend this series to those who are a fan of paranormal romance. There is no hot sex or sexy guys in this story but you know what, I didn’t need it!! I just enjoyed reading about how two souls that are meant for each other, come together, over and over and over :)
Pulled Back Again by: Danielle Bannister 5 Edge of your seat Stars
***Arc provided for honest review***
After a moment, the sound of music swells and I know it’s time. My feet begin moving of their own accord, and I don’t resist. I let them pull me back again; toward the only man I’ll ever love-in this life and the next.
Jada is a broken girl enduring so much pain in her life. She is depressed until she has her daughter Janelle. Janelle changes everything for her. She has a beautiful daughter now and the love of her life Tobias. Everything is going pretty good until Hawk gets out of jail, then all hell breaks loose. Will she be able to survive what he puts her through?
Tobias is a sweet loving boyfriend. He loves Jada, his ma, and Janelle as if she was his own. He has a bad lung which hinders him a lot, but that will not stop him from protecting the people he loves.
“I will always find you, Jada. Always. Our souls are bound together forever. Nothing can keep us apart for long. Not even death. No matter what happens to us, I will always find you again.”
Hawk/Seth I really do not know what to say about him except he’s fucking crazy, batshit crazy.
“You're wilder than I remember.” I smile down at her in the darkness. “It’s gonna be so much fun breaking you.”
This book was wow. I didn’t read the other 2 books in the series so I believe this can be a stand-alone since she gives a back story. The book was nothing that I expected. I felt sorrow for Jada because she has had to endure so much and I felt bad for Tobias because of his sickness he seemed so weak. Now Hawk/Seth is a crazy ass, I mean like certifiable. Janielle is one hell of a kid; she has a sense about her that you’re not sure what is till later in the book, she’s like an old soul. This book had me at the edge of my seat I couldn’t read it fast enough trying to figure out what the hell was going to happen next. The book is fast paced with so much suspense. It really has everything, true love, drama, suspense, and a little something “extra”.
This review is my overall for the series which was fantastic and actually left you wanting more which the author left it to where she could add to it if she wanted to later.
I loved Tobias and Jada and fell in love with Janelle. This series had kept me on the edge of my seat and always kept me guessing to the end how this would finally play itself out. I was hoping for a HEA for Tobias and Jada all the way through. I felt sorry for Hawk being brainwashed by Seth's spirit at times. He was always on his own and never had anyone love him but the villain came through and took over once again. I hope you enjoy this series as much as I did!
This story picked up a couple years after the ending of Pulled Back, and it flowed into it well. I felt like I hadn't missed anything, and I was able to stay in the story - even though I hadn't read Pulled Back since its release.
I was glad to have the characters back as well, especially Tobias - because he's my favorite. I enjoyed how the characters related to their counterparts in Pulled. It was amusing to figure out what fit and how.
This is a series that people should definitely read. I love it!
...and the end could CLEARLY be the beginning of a spin-off. *hint hint*
After reading PULLED and PULLED BACK, I had to read PULLED BACK AGAIN. I wasn't disappointed. It was a great ending to the series. Ending? Maybe not. The author has certainly left an opening to revisit the series again.
I have to give this author props on her ability to connect everything together. All three books marry so well. The detail she put into the plot, all the twists and turns, are well written. Her use of foreshadowing is excellent.
I loved this book. I loved how it concluded the twin flames trilogy. There were many parts that I just held my breath because I was so scared to see what happens. This was an amazing book that kept me on a roller coaster ride of emotions. Danielle is an amazing author and I love her books. I recommend this book to everyone.
I am sad that the story has come to an end but I am so glad that I read the series. Pulled affected me as no other book has. I was literally pulled in. In the end, I felt sorry for Hawk. He was tortured by demons that were not of his own making and led to his problems. Thank you Danielle Bannister for a wonderful series.
I Love this series. The pull between the characters is beautiful. I like how all the characters from each book tie together perfectly. The ending was awesome!
