Good
I am kind of struggling to write this review ..I have not read slot by this author for a couple if reasons .. But this book was written well and held my attention ..apparently this is the start of a new series for this author and she would seem to be off to a good start .. So good stuff first ..
Marion was 17 when he knew his fated mat had been born, he is a elite alpha protector and he had to wait for his chosen one to come of age , so he waited and watched her for 20 years ( and not in a creepy way ) he didnt feel attraction to her till she was 18 or so ..
Jezebel was born known she was a fated mate to a alpha elite , she was kept pure and watched (by the way he was pure too which I find FANTASTIC , for a change the alpha male didnt sleep with everything in sight)
They had their mating ceremony and he took her home where her life was about to change drastically.. Here is were it gets hard for me ..
I read DD/lg books but I am a huge fan of consent and being given choices in that dynamics .. Jezebel was given none of the choices , it was basically, well, I'm your Alpha and your fated mate , oh well deal with it because you have no choice . I do not like that to make him happy and to make him feel like she is 100 percent committed to her submission she has to use a diaper ..because it makes him happy ..if this is how the marked ones are going to be treated , then they should be brought to the mountains were the elite alphas live and trained and taught about whats going to happen to them and what will be expected of them , instead of going to regular school and taught crap that will never be used by them cause their daddies won't allow them to use it . there things in the book pushed the limits with me also but I don't want to spoil the read for anyone else ..
They are in love and the care deeply for each other so there was that.

not what I thought
Story wasn’t what I thought. While I love paranormal and like age play books but this one bothered me. , It seems to be more contemporary than paranormal to me. The backstory is what really bothered me. An entire town of repressed women, segregated from birth and taught to be absolutely submissive to the males. Bounded to a male not of her choosing, she has to mate to this stranger as soon as graduated school. She is on her knees with her head down so she doesn’t even get to see him beforehand, as soon as the bonded and allowed to stand up, she is drugged unconscious and taken to his home where she has no idea where she’s at, forced into an extreme level of age play submission (24/7, no adult headspace at all) and punished for any disobedience or negative attitude. Part of what he uses to control her is the matching marks on their inner wrists that when pressed together causes extreme desire that ‘encourages’ her to obey so he will pull their wrists apart to ease the painful desire. Arian is an extremely controlling A-Hole who doesn’t allow her any say in anything. Most other age-play books I’ve read (including by this author) allow some choices and some adult headspace. The lack of female independence and choices did not appeal to me. Hoping the next book will not be this extremely controlling, will have a less a-hole main male character, and that the main female character will be more independent & strong willed outside of age-play scenes. Or at least she’ll have more choices in her submission.

This book is bad.
The premise had promise, the execution did not.
Jezebel was born with a birthmark linking her to an Alpha Protector of the pack. Okay. I’ve seen that before. I generally like that concept. However, Arion uses it as a means to subdue her.
This pack is set up kind of weird, to me. The girls are separated from the boys. They go to different schools in different parts of the village. The girls wear modest clothes. Everything is covered from wrist to ankles. The marked mates are so protected they aren’t shown even the simplest of adult tasks, like cooking. They are taught they are meant to be pampered and that’s it.
The Alpha Protectors, the elite members of the pack, live in the mountains above the village. The Alpha Protectors can’t go into town for fear they’ll run into their chosen mates while the girls are still minors. They also don’t seem to want any woman once their mate has been born.
Arion was 17 when Jezebel was born. He’s always known who she was and would go into the mountains above her school to watch her as she grew. The day of her 20th birthday, she was married off to him. Neither had previously met each other.
Part of the ceremony was she had to kneel the entire time and couldn’t look at him until he gave her permission. Then he had her drink a potion that knocked her out, so he could take her to his cabin in the woods. Because that’s not creepy, right?
Once there, he informs her that she will be his Little. She has never heard the term “Little” or even know what it is. She’s being forced into this lifestyle with no say on if she wants it or not. Because they are married, she has to do everything he says. He makes her wear a diaper, even after she says she doesn’t want to, and forces her to use it at one point. He tells her she’ll get used to it. He wants her to wear them, so she will.
Every time he wants her complaint,he touches his mark to her, which forces the bond between them and makes her horny. Again, she has no say in all this.
Her mom talked to her about sex, but as the normal villagers have no idea how the Alpha Protectors live, couldn’t prepare her for the DD/lg lifestyle. He’s basically forcing this very sheltered, naive woman to do what he wants BECAUSE he wants it. She has absolutely no say in anything.
She is meant to act like a Little girl 24/7, while also being his sex toy and bearing his children. She’s an object, not an individual with her own wants and needs.
As this is a paranormal romance, they’re werewolves. However, she is unable to shift until after they’ve had sex the first time. I’m not sure if that’s standard for all women or just the marked ones.
I don’t understand why the marked mates weren’t taken somewhere and raised in what to expect upon mating? If they had been, then maybe this would have made more sense. They would have been prepared and know at least SOMETHING about the lifestyle they’re expected to now live. They would have been able to make INFORMED decisions.
But hey, she grows to love him and everything he makes her do, so yay?, I guess. At least there’s an HEA, right?

YAY!! I’m so extremely excited about this new series by Paige Michaels 💜 I’m definitely all in 🤗 Words can’t possibly express how much I really enjoyed this new series!! Arion is a fantastic character ♥️ I really loved that he is so in love with his fated mate and all he wants to do is make her happy 😍 I really enjoyed Jezebel’s character, also. I really liked how she had this sweet innocence about her. She knew she was curious about her fated mate, but still was very nervous. I definitely can’t wait for Brock’s story in Book 2 🤗

Arion by Paige Michaels is the first book in her Alpha Daddies series, and it is such a fab new world to experience with alphas and their Littles!
Arion is a stern daddy but oh so loving, just wanting what's best for his mate. And Jezebel is so precious and sweet and eager to please. The two of them navigating their traditions and new life beginning together is a lovely journey to witness.
The setting development, the world building, the characterization, and the dynamics are all intriguing and setting things up for future books. There's underlying drama brewing with potential enemies whilst our two are coming to learn how to live their lives together and it's exciting to see how it all develops!
Trying to do the right thing by the ones you love, learning how to build a new life, trust, and loving and accepting love are just a few of the factors that make this a touching and engaging read. He's protective, she's worth it, and their push and pull as they find their new normal is so much fun to experience! So, enjoy!

Paige Michaels is definitely one of my most favorite authors and has now hooked me even more. She have so many amazing series, and is adding another one to her collection of epic stories.
Arion is the first book in the new series, Alpha Daddies, and is just as sweet and steamy as her other series.
Jezbel has had a loving, but sheltered upbringing, and has known that she will be mated to an Alpha protector when she turns twenty. What she doesn't know is that her mate will also be her Daddy Dom, and will take care of her in the most intimate ways.
Arion has known since he was 17 that Jezbel was to be his mate, and has watched her grow into the beautiful young lady from afar.
After the ceremony to have them become one, Arion brings Jezbel to her new home at the top of the mountain and starts to show Jezbel what her new life will be like.

Ms. Michaels has taken her mastery of “little” stories in a new direction with this venture into the paranormal shifter genre, and she absolutely NAILED it. Arion is a full grown Alpha male, and is a Protector within his pack. He has been patiently watching, and waiting, for his fated mate to reach the age of twenty so they can be wed. Jezebel has been aware of being watched, but has not been able to see him so can only day dream about him. When the date does come, fate delivers and with a little added impetus from matching birthmarks an explosively erotic relationship ensues. The story is so well written and moves at such a good pace that you just can’t put it down. It’s sweet, it’s sexy and it’s graphic. I admit to not being a fan of paranormal stories but gave this one a chance because of the author and I’m sure glad I did. An absolute delight to read and savour, with the promise of more to come. Hooray! 5 Stars

This new series by Paige Michaels is going to fun. Kind of like arranged marriages in the human world, but with the shifter world and the Goddess' choosing and determining when you'll meet. All the girls go to a special school, where they are kept pure, for lack of a better word, and they know they are destined for someone. In Arion's world you are hidden from the humans, but he needs to see her and know she is safe, he watches from a far; Jezebel knows that she has a higher purpose and takes it seriously, even if it's a bit unnerving. She can feel him watching, but can't see him, her best friend thinks she's crazy. She wears the mark for that means she is mated to one of the Elite Alpha Protectors. He's waited 20 years since her birth, and she is leaving home for the first time on her birthday. Ceremonies, rituals and faraway lands makes your imagination bring you with them. Can't wait to read the next in the series.

Jezebel could feel him watching her as she sat outside in the school yard.
Once the mating ceremony was over Jezebel had a lot of things to adjust to. Primarily being treated like a baby and being pampered and coddled. And of course spanked when she was naughty.
This is such a sweet book with a great storyline and fabulous characters and this series is destined to be a favorite of mine.

Arion is the first in a new series by Paige Michaels. And what a delightful start to this series. It has all my favorites in one place - daddies/littles and werewolves. Arion is an interesting take on the traditional mated werewolves trope and I am here for it. In this world, the werewolf knows who his mate is from the moment they are born and they have to wait for their intended to grow up. Once their mate reaches maturity, the two are bonded and disappear to the Alpha Protectors home in the mountains. Jezebel discovers an entirely different world where she is treated as a treasured baby. Arion is firm but caring as he introduces his mate to her new life. This story is well written and the characters are delightful. If you are a fan of age play romance, you will definitely have fun reading this book.

Arion has been waiting his whole life for his mate. He just needs to wait a little bit more to have her in his arms and in her nursery. Jezebel can feel her mate. She knows he is out there watching and waiting for her. She is anxious to meet him. When the time comes, it’s nerves and surprises. This is a bit of a change, little shifters. When Arion introduces Bella to the new world, she is shocked but also interested to learn more. He keeps her protected which also doesn’t help. Bella loves being loved and protected but there are things that she needs to know to be safe. Arion is keeping things from her. When danger does strike, she is upset that she was never told. I do like that she stood up for herself. She didn’t want to be babied all the time. She was his equal and needed to know what was out there. This is a different spin on shifters and littles. It was interesting.

This is a great start to a hopefully long series. The story line is very interesting and will grab the readers interest from the first page. I loved how interested and protective Arion is in Bella from the beginning. Bella is sweet with a steel spine. I enjoyed their growing relationship. The new world that this author has created is very picturesque and alive. This author writes age-play with a flare for real and long term relationships. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and I highly recommend it. I really enjoyed reading this story and I am looking forward to the next books in this series.

Jezebel's upbringing is a bit different as she is already spoken for, an Alpha Protector's
mate. Arion sounds pretty swoon worthy, he thrives on his Daddy duties, and the bond between the two is enviable.
I really enjoyed the buildup and background to this new series. A good foundation was laid and now the intrigue and mystery commences.
I eagerly await the next piece to the underlying danger that will be the common thread within this set, although I expect they will read as standalones. There is no cliffhanger.

It's just me.
This story was only ok for me, but that's just me. As much as I love DD/LG stories, I'm not really into 'baby littles' with diapers and bottles and total dependence. And it sounds like neither does Belle. She's just conceding to his alpha. I keep forgetting that that is Paige Michael's DD/lg-type trope. Arion was a gentle and caring Daddy, but he was a chauvenist, too. Everything was his way. I like little's who are older and are loved for their adorably cute and outgoing personalities. It felt like Arion took complete advantage of Jezzabell's naivety and innocence. I'm glad he wised up at the end, but it doesn't make me want to read more. Sorry. 3.5 stars.
This story was only ok for me, but that's just me. As much as I love DD/LG stories, I'm not really into 'baby littles' with diapers and bottles and total dependence. And it sounds like neither does Belle. She's just conceding to his alpha. I keep forgetting that that is Paige Michael's DD/lg-type trope. Arion was a gentle and caring Daddy, but he was a chauvenist, too. Everything was his way. I like little's who are older and are loved for their adorably cute and outgoing personalities. It felt like Arion took complete advantage of Jezzabell's naivety and innocence. I'm glad he wised up at the end, but it doesn't make me want to read more. Sorry. 3.5 stars.

Was thrilled for this new series when I read about it and it didn't disappoint! Shifters and daddies, great combo especially this couple. They're mated but never met (well officially) until their ceremony and it's a great match from the start. There's things she wasn't aware of and finds out pretty quick but it doesn't stop her from falling for her new mate. It's not all smooth sailing but it's a new relationship so you have to except conflict, in all a great read! Can't wait for the next book,

Wow, I was absolutely astounded reading this book it was fantastic, this story was a paranormal book and the characters were really captivating. This story was about Jezebel (Bella), and Arion, live in a small town: the females would have the exact same markings if they are to be mated to the Alpha Protector. The Protectors are to protect the town. When these two mated it was hot and steamy and learn to live a DDLG lifestyle.

Ooohhh I was so excited when I learned that this author wrote a shifter book! I absolutely could not put it down!
Arion & Jezebel were pack mates but could not see each other until a certain time. I loved how all in Arion was. He knew what he wanted, and we wasted absolutely no time.
Jezebel was a sweet Little. She led a sheltered life, and I loved how open she was. She knew that her life would change once she met her mate. This story is a sweet and spicy age play story that I would definitely recommend!

What a start to a new series! The author has combined alpha shifters, Daddy/Little and fated mates into one great new book! Arion knows that Jezebel is his fated mate from the day she is born. Jezebel knows that she has fated mate as she grows up, but until the day she turns 20, she is protected by her family, but doesn't know who her mate will be. In this world, women are Littles to be treasured. It's a surprise to Jezebel, but she comes to accept it. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.

This series is everything I’ve come to expect and love from Paige Michaels! Arion is an Alpha Daddy and I am so here for it. He gets an A+ from me. Jezebel is the lucky woman who gets to be his Little Girl. Once I started I could not put this book down. It was filled with all the possessive Daddy goodness I love. A whole new Series from Paige Micheals. As she introduces us to the first couple Arion and Jezebel she seamlessly introduces us to their world, customs and traditions. Arion is an Alpha Protector and a Daddy who has been watching his mate and Little for 20 years waiting for her to be ready for him and his dominance. Jezebel knows that her mate has been watching her from afar waiting for her to turn 20 she doesn’t know anything about her mate except that he is an Alpha shifter.

I just loved this new series. It is super interesting and unique. The way the alphas are fated with their mate from birth but they don't get to meet her until their 20th birthday was amazing. I loved both characters and the side characters were rather funny. Arion and Jezebel are virtual strangers at their mating ceremony then the real fun begins; the journey to learning to know each other. Can't wait for the next one.

I love this first story in this series.. Arion has known for a while since he was 17 that Jezbell was his mate and he sat on a rock and watched her from afar now Jezbell has reached the age of 20 and now the wedding ceremony can happen lets just say they hit it off right away the chemistry is wow but when Arion brings her back to the mountain after honeymoon there is danger but of course they come through I cant wait for the next book

This was such a cute story. Arion waited so patiently for his mate to be ready and the time to be right for her to come to him. Jezebel is such a sweet natured woman who just wants to make her mate happy. But she also wants to be seen as an equal so she can help him through his struggles. This push and pull, along with how they live their life with age play, made for a good story as they got to know one another. Great start to the series.

Wasn't for me
This book covers para romance with wolf shifters and dd/LG lifestyle. It wasn't for me, but I did continue to the end, although I felt like dnf the book several times. It's heavy on baby age play that the fmc was almost forced into. Although done in a caring way, I just couldn't gel with that side of the story. I wanted more from the shifter side to balance it out more. Others may feel differently but it's a 3 stars for me.

I never thought I would like a shifter book but I received this book as an ARC and absolutely loved it. It was so different then any other shifter book I have tried to read. Once I picked it up I could not put it down. The time and enjoy put into making this a super sweet swifter Daddy is amazing. This couple is so cute and loving. I can’t wait to read more in this series again. Happy Reading.

This is a softer daddy little girl age play book. It is written well and has a pretty shifter theme to it. You get an alpha daddy to take care of his mate. It is a quick read and good if you like this genre. It isn't one of my preferred ones, but I like to switch it up sometimes. Be prepared because he treats her young all the time and it is an adjustment for her.
