Ella finally knows what she is, but now she’s not so sure she knows who she is.
With Jack still on the loose her parents have her confined to the house leaving Ella to feel like she’s stuck in a prison. Coping with the loss of her best friend and the love of her life, Ella feels trapped in an endless cycle of torment. She feels she’s doomed to lose everyone she loves. In attempt to keep her safe and help her understand her new life her parents decide that what’s best for her is to go back to school, but not just any school.
Ella’s not alone though. The school is filled with students who are just like her, including her brother Dean. Her mission is to keep herself blended in the background and out of trouble, but unfortunately Ella isn’t that lucky. With the roommate from hell, her brother constantly breathing down her neck, and being pinned right away as the outcast, Ella wants nothing more than to just crawl under a rock for the rest of her life. Even the school’s sweetheart has it in for her.
Can she overcome her fear of the unknown? Will she ever learn to accept who she is? The most important thing Ella is concerned about is just surviving the semester at Hamilton Hill.
I live in a fantasy world and have an overactive imagination. But the best part is that I never stop creating new characters and stories to share. I love writing and expressing myself in a way everyone else can enjoy.
Jessica again shows that she is a skilled writer, who focuses on developing her characters. She spends a lot of time on that so you really feel close to the characters. I am very intrigued by Ella and her developing character, however I am still not a real fan of hers. She seems to make some seriously odd decisions and seems more conflicted than one might think she should be considering all of it. I have a tough time identifying with her, but that does not affect the fact that I do enjoy the book
The second book in this series is yet longer than the first one, however it reads a bit faster than the first one does. The plot in this one definitely picked up and draws you in. It does have an open ending and you just have to read the next one, which I did right away. She managed to add some nice twists that were not predictable, showing the authors imagination.
All in all, I do like this series. I just still think Ella might need something, to make her more likeable. I also think the book could be shortened, just not sure how and where. I definitely like the 2nd book in the series better and am looking forward to read the next one.
I have received this book from the author for an honest review. (LoP, Lovers of Paranormal)
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review from the author Jessica Miller and the group Lovers of Paranormal (lop).
This book was just as good as the first one, only a touch more paranormal. The characters in this are flawless, and I honestly have a hard time putting this book down. There is something about this story that just captives you and just draws you right in. Its magical really. The plot of this is amazing, descriptions are spot on. It's almost like being there yourself that you get to experience everything all first hand. It takes real skill for a book to be able to do that for me. I cant wait to start the third book!!!
This one was definitely better than the first book. Only thing I was missing was Tristan. Yes, he's a jerk most of the time, but that's why we love him!
In this story, we find Ella at her new school for the supernatural. The best part of this book for me was seeing Ella gain all her different powers. Lots of new characters are introduced. Some good, some evil (that would be her new roommate). Lots of entertaining scenes.
I loved the ending. Another secret is revealed along with a pretty big cliffhanger.

Book 2 in The Wanderers series was kick-@ss!! I read it while doing the dishes. That's how much I couldn't put it down!
Ella's reeling from the brutal murders of her best friend and boyfriend. To deal with her grief she goes on a tattoo spree and p's off her parents pretty bad so they're sending her off to a private boarding school for the supernatural to help her learn more about being a Wanderer, about her royal lineage and to keep her safe from Jack, the rogue vampire who murdered her loved ones and wants to drain her of her powers. She has a rough start but soon makes some friends and again, finds herself torn between 2 guys, Aidan the temporary principal, and Roman the sexy Irish guy that everyone loves. Ella starts self defense training to be prepared to defend herself when the time comes. She also makes an enemy that will stoop to anything to make Ella miserable. When word comes in that Jack is close by and is recruiting an army, Ella has to step up to try and save her new friends from the massacre that is predicted to come.
Hi! My name's Skylar, and I'm addicted to The Wanderers series! For real!!!! Even as I'm typing this, I'm thinking of book 3 just sitting on my kindle bookshelf, calling me, waiting for me to devour it! So excuse me if this is a little short!
Ella is still infuriating with her mood swings. I wanted to slap her around the head a little if I'm honest! But she is who she is and I just go with the flow. Her chemistry with Roman was hot! He is lovely, and I tried so hard to read him with an Irish accent! I thoroughly enjoyed the boarding school atmosphere and what would a school be without a group of nasty bitchy rich snobs who like to make other girl's lives miserable?!
What I love about the concept is that it keeps supernatural lovers happy with the combo of vampires, witches/warlocks, angels and werewolves! What an intoxicating combination! With it's stellar storyline full to the brim with drama, comedy, action, intrigue, romance... Oh my!
This book was graciously given to me in exchange for an honest review.

☆☆☆☆ 4.5 Stars ☆☆☆☆
Reborn is a continuation of Ella’s life, trying to go on without Tristan. Ella struggled with every breath she took, losing her best friend Josie and her love Tristan and not having them around took a toll on her. Life was hard and she welcomed the pain in any way possible.
While book 2 is wildly entertaining, full of action and full of new characters, it was a little hard to read not having Tristan around. His presence in this book was very well missed. I really missed his very smart Alec attitude. I did however really enjoy the dreams that Ella had of Tristan, it was very sweet and enjoyable reminder why I loved Tristan’s character so much. The great part of about this book is we get to know a little bit more about Ella’s family, when she gets a chance to spend time with them. I love the family bonding time, before she got thrown into a whole new world. This book started a little slow at first compared to book 1, which to me packed a punch. This sequel goes through a whole lot of explanation of Ella’s world that she never knew existed. We get to meet a lot of really good character that becomes really awesome friends with Ella. As much as I loved Tristan, I did grow very fond of Roman who is almost as equally sexy as Tristan. Roman is another Irish guy who Ella becomes very attached to and takes a lot of her time. He is not very to be easy around, at first, but over time their feelings points them in the right directions.
There’s a lot of surprises that are in this book, that I really enjoyed and I cannot say anymore without really spoiling this book to new readers. A really good sequel to Jessica Miller’s series. I hope more people give this series a chance, because it’s a really good one. Lots of adventures, friendships, love and excitement. Be warned this book ends with a cliffhanger that will shock all readers, which is also a good start for book 3. Time to sink my teeth in book 3. =)
First off let me say that I was so distraught after book 1 that I truly considered not reading Reborn. I wasn't sure if I could handle anymore . And once again placing all grammatical errors aside I read it and I'm glad that I gave it a chance. Jessica Miller does have something special in The Wanderers Series.
We find Ella dealing with the traumatic events of book 1 in her own way. And may I add that I will forever be Team Tristan...
We join the McAllisters for the holidays as they all try and ease Ella out if her misery.
I love this family. They are right up there with The Cullen's from Twilight, the Townsend's from My Blood Approves and the Hayward's of The Eden Trilogy for me.
The entire dynamic with the family and the twists and bombshells with Danni & Hadley! OMG!
(BTW Xander is one of my fave characters)
I was worried then quickly relieved when I was reading about Ella's pain management method. She is beginning school in January so she can learn more about who she is and her heritage.
At school more of her unique array of abilities begin to surface Ella makes friends and enemies. She's pleasantly surprised when a familiar face ends up being at her new school along with Dean and Gabe. She's joined eventually by another friend who she shares a special bond with.
I was worried for her through so much of this book. First with the whole Aidan thing and the Mackenzie issues and always the Jack issue. I was terrified mostly for her friends and loved one because I don't think I can lose any of them!
I like the circle of friends and the enemies are great characters too. Jack is a good villain. Oh yeah and I love the way Billy blazes into the school. LOL That was great!
After a visit from her parents plan payback is underway and I was nail biting seriously. I like that there's werewolves and witches mixed in with the vampires.
All in all it really did turn out a good read full of twists and turns and action. Throw in the mind blowing revelations and the cliffhanger and I'm hooked!
I was given the book free of charge in exchange for an honest review(Lovers of Paranormal). The following review contains spoilers.
Rating 8 of 10
The second book in "The Wanderers" series. I must say I liked it better than the first one. But let's starts from the beginning. Tristan is dead, Josie too and Ella is devastated. I got the tattoo rebelion and that was an interesting idea for self pain inflicting. But why she was so opposed to the new school I didn't get. Obviously Ella still have a great problem with autority cause I think she didn't really mind going to the school, she minded that she was told to go. Anyway, for the rest of the book I sort of liked her. She figured it out that something wrong is going on with her and Aiden and I really liked the fact that she devoted to training without much complaining. I didn't questioned as much her age in this book. I questioned her gender once or twice thought. I have never seen a girl so clueless about a boy having hots for her. Girls usually sniff things like that from miles away and I personally thought, that in Roman't case it was way obvious actually. The stupidiest thing in the book Ella did for me was chasing after Jack in the maze. Come on, girl, he is after you, not the other way around. You get to pick the fighting ground if he wants to get to you. Instead Ella let him lead her where he can have more help. Dumb, very dumb! Altogether, Ella didn't annoyed me as much in that book as in the first. I liked Roman but not overly so. He is a nice guy, but he tends to make assumptions without all the facts. I think he is a good match for Ella actually. I liked Billy even more in this book. He is becoming a very interesting character. Dixon holds a special place in my heart from the previous book and I was so pleasntly surprized to meet him again. Overal solid 4 stars for that book and strong interest for the next one. Hope Ella will finally start acting her real age and not as a spoiled kid. Off to book 3...
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
I wasn't sure if I was ready to read this after the tragic ending of The Wanderers. Again, this book picks up right where The Wanderers leaves us and I hadn't expected it to be so well written and interesting after what happened in the previous book. I felt like the author, herself, trapped herself in a corner and wasn't going to be able to right an awesome sequel. However, I was wrong. Obviously, this book was amazing.
The plot. I give it an A. Not an A+ or an A- but an A. So, Like, remember, in the first book? There was Kyle, who died so she moved onto Tristan. He died. So now she's moving onto Roman. (Spoiler Alert for the rest of the paragraph)And then she finds out Tristan is still alive, Kyle is an angel, and Roman is still her boyfriend...So, What I'm wondering is what Tristan will do when he finds out Ella is dating Roman? Or what will Ella do when she sees Tristan? What about Roman? There would be a love triangle, which I'm not so happy about, if Tristan were still alive.
The Characters! Oh, Jesus. So good. Outstandingly written. Very descriptive. I felt like I was literally there. And yea, the book was very unpredictable. Like the previous book. I hadn't expected Jack to attack until the near end of the book, I expected there to be many other attacks from him. What I didn't like was the fact that someone came and told Ella that an attack was coming from Jack. And I was like: "Seriously? Like, really?"
The story unfolded at a great pace. I loved it. It wasn't too slow or too fast. I just didn't like the fact that so much information was being told in one sitting. I wish it would've been more evenly spread out throughout the story where Ella learns more and more, instead of just getting everything thrown at her at once. Overall, I loved it. It was a great book. Definitely will read the 3rd book. So excited!
I received a free copy of this book, through LoP, in exchange for a review.
Ella had a bit of a rude awakening, into what she is, vampire. Why he parents decided to keep it from her, well, they're her parents and they wanted to protect. But things did not pan out the way they all thought it would. Now, Ella is off to an elite school, one that is for people like her, not just vampires, but other supernaturals. Another thing is has is her brother Dean and a whole new group of people she does not want to deal with or come close with, after all that has happened. But, again, things happen for a reason and there is really nothing you can do to stop it. At first, she is deemed as the outcast, but she slowly starts to make some close friends and life is starting to become as normal as it can for her. Actions are in motion and old friends and enemies are reintroduced. Ella has a lot to overcome, but this is what she is training for.
“I don't ever want to hear you say that. You belong to this family just as much as I do. Whether you like it or not you're stuck with us and we're not going to let you give up. Yes you're different, but you're different for a reason.” He turned me making me face him. “I believe you are destined for greatness. We may not know what that destiny is yet, but I know if anyone can make a change it's you.”
Nice transition into the second story. The characters are great in the sense that you really hate the ones you're suppose to, like the likable ones and then just kind of tolerate a couple. Great way to end it, so I'll be looking for the next one!
Ah! This series leaves me hanging every time but I love it. It's like a little bit or torture along with all the goodness that's within the pages.
After finishing the first book in the series, I was totally heartbroken, hoping that it was all a misunderstanding, and as soon as I started book 2, it would be set right.
I liked where the author took the plot - sending Ella away to the school. I liked the new characters that were introduced. Roman was questionable there for a while. I wasn't sure if I liked him or not. He was so wishy washy and couldn't make up his own mind. It was like he was totally bipolar. Things are explained the farther you move along in the novel. Then it was Ella who got on my nerves because I felt like she was leading on Roman and still pining after Tristan (who could blame her though - loved him!)
Then you hit the climax - the battle. I was alittle shocked that it wasn't more drawn out and climactic. It seemed almost too easy and over way too quickly. But then the kink is thrown in what you think happened and you're back going "OH MY CRAP!"
The ending left me feeling awful for Roman but excited for Ella. I can't wait to see where the story goes next. But again, I'm really sad for Roman :(
This book was provided in exchange for an honest review.
Thanks to that psycho Jack, Ella is now lost yet again after the death of both her best friend Josie and boyfriend Tristan. Add to that the fact that she is a half vampire and her family has hidden this fact from her her whole life. Her overly controlling family is now forcing her to attend a private school just for those of her kind. Her new life at Hamilton Hill is anything but easy with an evil socialite, a new guy named Roman that makes her feel things again that confuse her, and the fact that even in a school full of supernatural people her abilities still make her the school freak. Jack is still alive and trying to hunt her down to kill her and steal her newfound abilities from her.
This book does an amazing job of following up on the first book. I really like how Ella’s character progresses in this book. Even after all the hits she has taken in the last year she still pulls herself up and becomes one very formidable chick. Not to mention after the way the first book ended, you are definitely going to want to read what is in store by the end of this book.
Reborn ( Wanderer’s #2) by Jessica Miller I received this book in exchange for an honest review by the Author and the “Lovers of Paranormal” Group on Goodreads.com This is a brilliant book that I absolutely loved.. This book has well crafted elements of mystery and intrigue and will keep you guessing until the very end. The plot is excellent, and very well thought out. The style of writing is rich and descriptive and flows well, making the book an easy read. The characters are well described and true to life. The romantic element between Ella and Roman is touching, but it is not as dynamic as the relationship between Ella and Tristan in the first book of this series, which was a little disappointing, but didn’t actually take anything away from this book.. This book is a real page turner that will have you hooked until the very end. If you love books with a Supernatural theme, then you will enjoy this one. I can’t wait for the next book in this series to come out. I will definitely be looking for more of this talented authors work.
I was given a copy for free in exchange for an honest review. Ella has a rude awakening she finds out she is a Vampire. Why did her parents keep it from her? Well parents protect there children and they didn't want her to feel different. Now Ella is off to a special elite school for Supernaturals. Where she will meet others just like her. Her Brother Dean attends there and a whole new group of people she does not what to become close to or deal with after all that has happened. But things happen for a reason. At first she is the outcast but slowly she begins to make friends and life is starting to become normal. Ella has a lot to over come and old enemies and friends are reintroduced. Her Family won't let her give up they believe she is destined for greatness. The characters are well written in the sense that you really love and hate the ones your supposed to I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.
Caution Review may contain spoilers if you have not read book one.
Devistation. After what happened in Vermont Ella is just trying to find a way to keep living, but being back home isn't making it easy with everyone hovering all the time. When she gets in trouble for doing something her parents come up with a compromise for her "bad" behavior, special school for new vampires and other paranormals. New school, new friends, new possibilities for love, same jerk coming after her except this time it'll be even tougher than before. Ella will have to learn as much as possible as fast as she can if she wants to save herself and those she cares about.
Ella is a bit more grown up in this one. Shes learned allot about herself, but still has a bit of naivety at times. She has so much to deal with, but does the best she can with it all. She's also learned to trust her instincts about how to trust and who not.
Ella now knows who she is. She is learning to adjust and her parents have sent her to a school (Hamilton Hill) for people like them. While there she makes some friends and enemies. She just wants to blend in and no longer be an"out cast"
The story goes deeper into her family history and what she is. She has to learn how to adjust to life with her new found abilities. Also she has to stay safe, and protect herself. While her past still haunts her, she has to learn to come to terms with what happened and accept her life as it is. Will this be too much for Ella? Who can be trusted? Ella has to find out for herself.
I really enjoyed Reborn. Ella is very likable. The story is filled with more details about her life. It gets very intense, I could not put it down. I look forward to book three in the series; Unforgiven.
** I received this book in exchange for an honest review. Lovers of Paranormal, LoP**
This series just gets better. 'Reborn' grabbed me from the beginning and didn't let go, just like the first book in this series 'Wanderers'. I loved the storyline and the way it played out was great. It was sad seeing Ella trying to get through the deaths of Tristan and Josie. But she did surprise me with how bad-ass she is getting. Full of drama, suspense, action, romance and the paranormal aspect rocked. Roman is a good match for Ella. The only reason I gave this book a 4 star rating is due to the lack of editing. Other than that, it's a great add to your tbr list. I'm glad I have the next book in this series due to it ending with a cliffhanger, just like book 1. I do not like cliffhangers, but I do understand the reasoning. A recommended read.
At the end of book one, Ella learns that she is a vampire, and royalty on top of that.
Jack, who was the shadowed man, is still on the loose. Her best friend and boyfriend have both perished in a fight to save her. She becomes a prisoner in her home, being confined for her safety. Slowly loosing in her mind in grief her parents finally relent and let her go back to college, but a different one. One where vampires, witches and werewolves attend.
She is on a path to keep to her self afraid that anyone who befriends her ends up dead. She is also there to learn about herself and her families history. Slowly she opens herself up and gains new friends and a boyfriend.
Just when she is in a groove and starting to become less fearful Jack reappears. He is determined to take her powers from her. He also holds a secret that could change things.
This book was really good. It made me really sad at the beginning knowing that Ella would be going to a new school without knowing anyone but her annoying brother and not having the love of her life (Tristan) and her best friend (Josie) with her. I thought the book really started to get good after she met yummy Roman and Aidan. I thought the ending was really great!!! I was happy when the author Jessica Miller added in a enemy for Ella, Mackenzie, she made Ella better in the book, because Mackenzie got Ella to fight more and not be so lame and mopey like she was at the beginning. It made my day when I found out important information at the end of the book (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). I can't wait to read book 3!!!
Another solid 3 starts for Reborn. Ella is growing as character and the general setting of the book has changed dramatically from a college life to go attend Hamilton Hill a school for “freaks” with age range from (16-30)like her to learn about being a vampire, werewolf and witch. I was reminded of all the other school for paranormal books out there is the hot boys, ‘mean girls,’ and the somewhat outsider than doesn’t fit in main character, Ella. There is action in the book what could be a love triangle. Again, the ending is a cliff hanger, but I am still interested to read the next book! If you enjoyed the first book, I think you’ll still enjoy book number 2!
Disclaimer: I was given this book in exchange for an honest review from Lovers of Paranormal (LOP).
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review for LoP. This book is amazing. Ella has have a hard year. She goes rebellious but she is okay. She goes to college with her brother Dean. Mckenzie is a drama queen and a bitch. The action in this book was good. I honest couldn't put this book down, I highly recommend this book.
Note: spoilers for the plot of The Wanderers present
Reborn, the second novel in The Wanderers series by Jessica Miller, picks up where The Wanderers left off. Ella has returned to her parents’ house, where she is spending the summer with her family, attempting to deal with the ramifications of her discoveries and losses in the last novel. Trying to cope with the recent deaths of her best friend and boyfriend is a big enough challenge. The pressure of understanding and accepting her new identity as a powerful half-vampire with a great destiny is not what she needs right now. All she wants is to be normal and to fade into the background. It’s hard to do that when your father insists that you can’t step foot out of the house without a slew of guardians to accompany you. When her parents decide to send her to an academy for special students like her, she thinks maybe she can take this chance to start fresh, be normal, and learn more about her society. Hamilton Hill can be her new beginning. Things don’t happen exactly as planned.
Between being the new girl with a noticeable blue streak in her hair, the screaming nightmares, and the possible ghost sightings, she’s afraid she’s going crazy, and is constantly singled out as an outcast. Add to that the worst roommate possible, her brother attending the same school, a hot headmaster, and a “good guy” that’s surprisingly mean to her, Ella would like the earth to swallow her up. But that’s not the way things go. Ella needs to find a way to fit in and learn more about herself, and the people surrounding her. When the threat of Jack resurfaces, Ella must recognize the signs around her and take action to protect the ones she loves. She can’t deal with more losses. But when the bad guy does show up, he throws another wrench into Ella’s life, one that she’s not sure how to process.
My reactions to this novel were a bit mixed, which is why I settled on a three star rating in the end. The beginning of the book was very slow and was hard for me to get past. Once Ella arrived at Hamilton Hill and things started rolling, I didn’t want to put the book down. But before that, I felt like I was trudging through. I think part of it was that I was feeling the loss of Tristan along with Ella. He was my favorite character in the previous novel, so his death was disappointing. Having an absence of him (except in a few dreams) probably added to my feeling that the story was dragging. When Ella got to the school, we were introduced to a new cast of characters and I felt his loss much less. I became more intrigued with Aidan and Roman, and the other cast of characters in Rhode Island. The story in this part of the book would be a solid four stars for me, as I really enjoyed it.
I feel that can’t write a complete review without noting that the end put me off quite a bit. After all that she’s been through , how is it that Ella’s just going to pack up and go off to Ireland, without saying a word about it to him? On what amounts to a rumor from a very untrustworthy source? I really didn’t agree with Ella’s choice on this one. Although I very much love the character involved, I don’t think she should leave without so much as a goodbye.
As before, there exist some critical flaws that interfere to some extent with the potential of this novel being realized. As I mentioned, the beginning was very slow in pace and didn’t hold my interest as much as I would have liked. There were a few things that were not explained or tied in very well. For instance, one of Ella’s new powers is mentioned when it develops, and then not really brought up again. Is she even trying to learn to control that one? Or is she just deciding that it’s more useful to block that power instead of trying to use it to her advantage? The other flaws that I noticed were primarily technical—misspellings, awkward grammar, wrong word choices and extraneous capitalization. The errors were not frequent enough to really detract from the work for me, but they might for some.
Overall Reborn was an enjoyable paranormal romance novel. If you enjoyed The Wanderers I would absolutely suggest you continue Ella’s story. I know I’m anxious to find out where things go from here.
This book was obtained freely from the author, Jessica Miller, in exchange for an honest review.
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review (Lovers of Paranormal aka LOP).
**Contains some spoilers**
2.5 stars.
Ms. Miller’s writing is still great in this story. I enjoy her descriptions and her character depictions. With that being said, that still doesn’t mean I enjoyed all of her characters. There were more characters that were introduced and I though they brought more depth in this story than the first book.
Ella has changed since the last story, which is expected. She doesn’t speak her mind as much as she did; she tries to isolate herself from the world which was frustrating at times. I was also frustrated with her because she has lost a lot of common sense since the last book. She asked a lot of questions that she should be more aware of. For example, she was in disbelief about werewolves even though she is half vempire. She was always in disbelief through out the whole story when she found out there were other beings that exist even though she is aware that she is a vampire. This was frustrating along with the fact that Ella could have killed the enemy several times and decided not to. I felt that Ella lost more common sense as she "progressed" through the story. She missed her opportunity to kill the murderer after her because she was distracted by information… and so the enemy lives and there will be another attack and chase story.
There are many unanswered questions that I had by the end of the story. Some things just weren’t explained and I felt needed some closure or more background information. For example: Who were Jack’s spies? How was Jack able to build a rogue army? How did Jack become so strong? Why is Jack specifically targeting Ella? Why wasn’t Jack dead after the force field since everyone else was so injured they couldn’t get up? Why wasn’t Mackenzie punished for putting a spell on the head master? Why wouldn’t Ella stand up for herself and take action after almost being raped because of Mackenzie?
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review for LoP. This is a review of the first two books of the series. The author grabs us and pulls us into the life of young Ella from the very beginning. The story is touching and the characters believable. It moves along fluidly most of the time. Sometimes we get a little information overload which could be presented better. A little too much alcohol consumption by underage juveniles for the YA audience in my opinion. In reality they’d be dead of alcohol poisoning, in fiction they wake up and recover fast. I liked the different take on vampires and other paranormal creatures. To enjoy you must be able to overlook the poor grammar, misused words, and poor punctuation. There’s a switching between tenses that often becomes confusing. A good editor could resolve most of those issues would make these stories worthy of five star ratings. I will read the next in the series.
After having loved The Wanderers, I didn't enjoy this as much. Still a really good book but I have to say I miss Tristan, I loved him in the first book and kept hoping he might make an appearance as some of her other friends did.
With Ella being the new girl and trying to distance herself from people she still manages to make a few enemies along the way, Mackenzie a witch who takes an instant dislike to her.
Still plenty of action with the return of Jack who has found out where she is and still intent on having her powers and even acquiring some new ones.
There was a few mistakes I have to say and had a bit of a job trying to decipher some of the sentences but there weren't many, so thankfully didn't distract me away from the story too much.
If you read The Wanderers this ones a must read, can't wait for the next one!!

I received this book in exchange for an honest review from the Author and the “Lovers of Paranormal” Group on Goodreads.com Reborn picks up where The Wanderers left off. Unfortunately Ella has to move on from the tragedy that is her life. She needs to move forward but, as we all know, that isn't always easy. As she starts her new life at her new school she just wants to be left alone but things never work out the way she plans. She makes new friends, and some not so nice friends. She finds herself with some amazing powers that she has to learn to control, not so easy. She meets a new guy, Roman, they have their ups and downs and their relationship has it's struggles. Roman is no Tristan!! Jack has not forgotten about Ella and he still has plans to steal her powers. I enjoyed this book and now I need to know when the next book will be out....I don't think I can wait very long!!
Although this book was a little bit slow, it was still good. This book was good and funny, but a few of the morals were off. There were also plenty of times that I just wanted to yell at Ella. In the sequel to the Wanderers Ella picks up her life, having to say good bye to Tristan and Josie and heads off to school once more. At school Ella discovers new friends and new powers. At school she has to meet up once again with her worst nightmare. The ending was once again a cliff hanger, but not as bad as the first one. There are a couple of neat plot twists with neat characters involved. I recommend this book to anyone who likes the Vampire Academy series.
