I've met the author of this book Mr. Jaime Licauco a couple of weeks after reading this book and I've ask some questions about him regarding the content of this book and meditation. He told me that I can attend on some of his seminars in order to enlightened me a lot. But anyway this book solves some of my mysterious questions regarding unexplainable things.
