A Hood Affair
Take a ride down the streets of Charlotte NC better known as the Queen city. Shaneice, bka Neicee and her boyfriend Quentin, known as Q takes you on a whirlwind of surprises. Q loves Neicee with everything in him, but he can't remain faithful. Neicee is from the hood and she grew up the only girl of 6 kids. She was determined to never have to go back to the hood. Despite where she is from, she graduated from law school and has built the reputation as the baddest hood lawyer to ever grace the streets of Charlotte.

What’s done in the dark will definitely come to light. NaNa will soon find that out with her sneaky,grimey,backstabbing tail. I pray Neicee do her just like she did Ron. Q made some mistakes but being with Neicee isn’t one of them. What will Tone do once he finds out that he’s been sleeping with the enemy. Will Peanut remain in the friend zone or will he cause problems

I'm enjoying reading this true enough. However, I must admit Neicey being with Q just don't feel right. It seem so unreal. It just don't seem like they make a good pair. Neicey belong to Peanut. Peanut my boy lol any way I sure be glad when they catch and kill this stalker. She getting on my last nerves! Well here I come book 2!

I enjoyed this book! Had a few errors but great storyline and held my interest the whole time. I definitely will be reading other books from this author after I read the 2nd book of this story. You did your thing Shmel Carter!

3.5 stars....Not a bad read could be better. A drug dealer and a lawyer, what a combination. These two had love for each other but unfaithfulness keeps drawing a wedge through their relationship. If Q could only be honest and handle his business then Neice wouldn't have the trouble she is having. Something is fishy in this here story and I guess I won't find out until part 2.

Exciting Story
NeNe is classy, yet cold to the bone. Minute by minute excitement. I've got book two waiting in the wings.
