Blazer Drive is about a young boy named Josh Ellroy, who plays in the WHL for the Kamloops Blazers and was drafted to the Buffalo Sabres, a NHL team. His family owns a ranch in Kamloops and one night finds over a dozen of their cattle dead. Then they see their hundred and fifty-thousand dollar prize bull dead too. Josh hears that three other bulls were killed from the same bloodline a couple weeks ago before his bull, Big Boy. So he decides to look farther into this situation. This could be dangerous and could maybe get him killed. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading a sports fiction or realistic fiction text.

In the book Blazer Drive, a country kid plays hockey. He gets a blonde girl's wig caught in his zipper at his award ceremony. The country kid named Josh, who got the girl's wig caught in his pants, goes on a date with this girl named Stephine. Josh finds out that Stephanie has a prize bull like Josh, and both Josh and Stephanie's prize bulls were killed, and they go on a mission to go try and find the killer of their prize bulls. While on their mission, they face many difficulties
I like the beginning so far. It is a very funny book, because it starts with a guy getting a girl’s wig stuck in his pants. I connect with this guy because I love going outside and doing outdoor stuff, and he also plays hockey, and so do I. I liked the end of the book because of the way Luke and Josh hate each other and have to figure out how to get along. I can connect with this because my brother and I don't always get along, and we have to figure out how to get along. I liked the book because it presents multiple viewpoints from various individuals, allowing me to connect with them at different times and in different ways. Like when Josh went on his first date with the new girl, I felt the same way as Josh did.

I think people who love the outdoors and love hockey would love this book because it talks a lot about each and the different ways many different people connect.

I read Blazer Drive a fictional book about a teen who plays hockey and also lives on a ranch. So its mainly set on the ranch and on the ice. Its basically about how there are these people who are going around killing all these cattle including cattle on his ranch and during this he meets a girl who also lives on a ranched that also gets attacked and together they have to try to find out why this is happening and who is doing it. I can relate to this book because i have also had an animal who died and we didn’t know why, and i felt like i wanted to go try and find out what happened. I wood strongly recommend this book to anybody who like sports and/or mystery.

If you're looking for a short, quick sports themed book then read this one. However, if you are looking for a sports book with lots of action and something you cannot put down, avoid it.
