I did it anyway after I said I was not going to read another one. This book was slightly better than the last with all its issues but overall I could really see where she was going with the story. It seemed like they were all over the place, way to much going on without enough detail but like I said overall I could see where the author was going. Good job, just take your time and make sure it flows. P.S. If you're paying to have these edited, FIRE them!

WOW UNBELIEVABLE!!
For real for real! I am so confused! This book is worse than the first one. In the beginning of this book she is 7 mths pregnant then she is barely 4 mths. And when did sacario start beating her her? Then,the time jumps to 5 yrs later then 7 years later! What was going on? Where's the build up the carry through? It just kept leap frogging! And when did Lanya become a boss with connections?!? Just out the blue! Details details, details! So many errors. Make us know the characters we dont know too much about any of them! I'm still waiting for Lanya to tell Sacario about being raped and conceiving a child with her stepfather! I am so tired of the back and forth with her and Sacario! You keep beating a dead horse! The book is to long to be drawn out as it is! No direction at all! I know I may be seeming harsh but, it is what this book is. It had thr potential to be a great storyline but, there just wasn't any follow through on anything its like the author forgot what she was writing! I'm gonna get book three just to see if it gets any better!

Wowwwwww 😳!! Let me start off by saying that there is a weirdness in this family. Sacario’s brothers and his wife are just too close. And he is blind. Well not actually I think he knows more than he lets on. So I hated Lanya a lot in this book....And then she won me over! I turned page after page thinking there’s no way in the world I am going on with part 3 and that kind of upset me because I’ve read Deuce’s story and it was really good. So picture me reading about Deuce’s parents and not liking it. Well, well, well, well, well....!!!! I was definitely shocked! Very disappointed
2 stars because this is the hardest book I've ever read. The grammatical errors are atrocious. The storyline is great but this author needs to take English classes. I'm ashamed for her.

I chose this rating because of the damn errors in the book. Was it even edited? Don't get me wrong, the book was good but I just couldn't get past all the grammatical errors. No quotation marks around the dialogue made things a bit confusing. I am going to continue the series but I just hope it's not as messy & full of mistakes like this book and the first one.

Wow
Nya has had it hard her whole life I just want her Cario to have a happy ending. She deserves it. She has gone through many obstacles and she needs a break. Wow this was a great read.

Man this book was good. I was little tight when Shawn got killed. I'm still worrying what happened to Ali I hope he don't die. And the ending have me wondering. So ima need to get book 3 asap.

Lost a star because of the same issues as the first book. The editing and structure is terrible, but the story is good.
