My friend sent me the first three books in this serial, but there are four books. I am so distraught right now because now I need the fourth book but I'm not supposed to be spending money...

I love Kassana, but this book was not my favorite.
I was looking forward to reading Nix and Boris' love story, both characters made great impressions in the other book, Nix is kick-butt and Boris has alpha male written all over him, but overall too short and a little rushed, which was a bit disappointing since I was really looking forward to this book.
With that being said my biggest complaint is that while Nix background is delicately handled, the S&M was not. I just needs another twenty pages of actual love story and maybe five less pages of hardcore "get it on."

These are really getting better and better, the errors aside, I’m enjoying the ride with this one. I knew Nix would be a problem when she first pumped the shot gun and she has not failed yet. I thought Boris would be a bit more stressing in his pursuit but this was just right for the two. Now I can’t wait to read just what Tee is going to bring to the table.

Can I just say I flove Boris!!!!!!! He's a bear shifter wit a Teddy Bear heart when it comes to Nix. Can I just say I hate a running Nix but love the way Boris got her hooked on him. Loved this book, it's the best in the series so far :o)

Enjoying the series
I have been a Kassanna fan forever and I am am enjoying this series. Alpha males with badass women finding love with one another is always invigorating. Nix is such a hell at and Boris is the balance she needed to feel secure. The road to HEA was Rough, but they made it. I gave 4 stars because I thought her character was a little too stubborn at the wrong times.

The bear and trouble
Trouble blew into town ready to save the day. But she has caught the heart of the bear and she is the honey to his soul. There’s no running, hiding, or denying what is inevitable - true mates. There are those that try to get in the way but they are dealt with.

Quite enjoying this series as a whole and Nix is just kick ass fantastic. Boris is incredibly understanding and just about everything you could ask for in a guy. Dislike the overwhelming 'things are about to get really bad around here' vibe as enemies of Volkshire continue with as yet unknown plans causing major problems for them. So, like the relationship stories here just not the main story arc, too much nervous tension for me especially when it isn't resolved each book and keeps getting progressively worse.

Nix is the best friend of Fre and she's happy for her friend finding a mate and maybe a little jealous. Boris is the brother of Rhys and after meeting Nix he knows she's his true mate. Nix is resistant at first, but Boris wears her down. Unfortunately, trouble shows up in the form of Boris' ex Seri on an assignment from the shifter council to investigate the pack. Let's just say things don't go so good (except Nix and Boris mating) and now war is pretty much imminent. >_<

Another good one. Can't wait for the next. Love the action. I am a little thrown by the snake shifters, I don't know if I will be able to read about that. I am not partial to reptiles at all. I don't know, if I will be able to get through there stories without tensing up. We shall see.
