With a thematic structure corresponding to the seven major "chakras" or energy centers of the body, this unique collection of 108 original poems, short essays, and quotable aphorisms explores the human journey towards conscious identity, self-acceptance, and psychological freedom.
Eric Micha'el Leventhal is a philosophy instructor and holistic educator on the island of Maui, Hawai'i. A graduate of Stanford University and San Diego's International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB), he lived and journeyed extensively in Japan, Brazil, India and elsewhere before trading everything for love.
WOW! The way he writes is magical! The power and meaning-beyond-words Eric Micha'el Leventhal can pluck from just a few syllables is astounding. There are many quotes in his book that made my head swirl, but I think my favorite is this:
"The shortest interval between two points is the awareness that they are not two."
