This book is the end result of what happens when you rush an ending. Making Cruze into a serial killer?! Wtf was that about? He was such a "good guy", Talk about coming in from waayyyyy left field, in no way was that believeable. The abrupt ending of friendship, I mean wtf was that? I thought they were inseparable and the only family she had left. After catching her best friend having sex with Cruze whom she apparently doesn't give a flying fuck about. Really? Really? Ugh!
I don't even want to get started on her being abducted. I mean seriously? She was stripped naked, strapped to a chair, sliced for shits and giggles, and finger raped. Then someone gets shot and lands on top of her but no worries all is peachy freaking king. So much so that.... hey I've got a great idea! let's kinky fuck, let me meet your children whom by the way came out of nowhere, let me not even question the fact that you were married once upon a time. Or the fact that you knew the idiot was a murder but still chose to USE ME AS BAIT! Man, I think I love you so much more now. Let's just run off into the land of beaches and make believe where we can live happily ever after and never get questioned by police or media or anything for that matter.

Ok this series starter out really good. Then it took a turn for the worst. John Cruze a serial killer really!?!? And he killed Zane's wife and Zane knew about it yet in one of the books he tells John Cruze to take care of Cadence and treat her right. Come on he's been waiting years to kill this guy yet his only excuse for letting him near the new love of his life is because he didn't want to come off as a jealous asshole come on. So much potential for a good love triangle till this writer completely blew it! Wouldn't recommend this series no matter how good it started.

Hmm… where to start? How about WTH this book and how it ends was definitely NOT what I was expecting!! Breena!!!!! You had me screaming at my Kindle today! That was one hell of a crazy twist!
Without giving away any spoilers, let’s just say, HOLY HELL this is one messed up book! I’m sad this series is now over, and I think I still need some time to process how it all ended, but I think Cadence ended up with the right guy.
Throughout these 8 books, we’ve met Cadence, John Cruze, and John Zane, and watched as Cadence really became herself and found two guys she had feelings for, and watched her finally fall in love. She started off as a hooker, and ended up someone in power and a true lady. Now everyone has their opinions on who she should end up with, mine opinion has changed throughout reading these books as well, I was still not sure of who she should be with, till tonight when I read Gratifying Lines.
My heart is still beating from some parts of this book, I mean, REALLY, I never saw this one coming! It was a cool twist to everything, but I think even if it didn’t happen, she had made the right choice.
This series grabbed me from the start, and I absolutely loved the Blurred Lines Series, and am sad that is over, but looking forward to anything and everything Breena writes. This series definitely needs to be on your TBR list, it’s hot, sexy, has two hot ass guys, a strong lead character who knows what she wants, and has some crazy twists and turns.

Out of all the books in the series this one has to be the best. It may be the conclusion but there are so many twist and turns, secrets revealed and an out of the blue plot you would have never seen coming. My mouth fell to the floor when I started to read the direction the author took the series and it was a bittersweet end for the man Candence chose. You find out what the future holds for Scarlet, her ex-roomate Julie, and the movie but my only disappointment is you do not hear what happens to the make up artist and Zane's bodyguard, Lincoln as that was mentioned throughout the series and in this book Candece and Mindy become close since they both lost loves, so I was hoping there would be a glimpse. Come to find out Christams Pleasure's is their story. Yippe.

Sooooooooo..... I'm sorry 2nd installment did nothing for me but made me seriously consider the fact that it seemed rushed and unrealistic in so many way with a ton of unanswered questions. You build a character up that I'm sure was loved by most and I'm pretty sure he was the main person readers were going for in this crazy love triangle (I personal would of like it better if she ended with both of them). The layout was good until the writer turn J.C into a jerk, then an idiot,and lastly a psychopath. It just didn't match the original character. And is the one of the reason I didn't enjoy the read. Not to mention the boat load of unanswered questions.

Well bugger me I did not see that happening! This for me was amazeballs, I loved the darkness of it that brought terror and fear yet I loved the heart warmingness as well. One John the complete opposite to the other. Cay-dee-bug is just the cutest and I wouldve seriously loved an ickle epilogue to extend their happy ever after ♡

This might be one of my favorite installments. I didn’t see the twist coming at all. It was dark and twisted just the way I like it. I’m happy with the ending. My only complaint is that I wish the reader knew a little bit more details about why Zane took off.

Gratifying Lines by Breena Wilde is the eigth and final book in the Blurred Lines series of serial novels. They focus on Cadence and her two "Johns" and are really quite AWESOME!!!!
So that really was an ending to end all endings huh? Oh, you haven't read it yet? Take my word for it, I did not see THAT coming. At all!
Cadence is moving on past Zane, so she thought, except he's snuck back into town on her birthday to be with her. She is so much in love with him but when he tells her he doesn't want her with him, she hands back the pearls, a symbol of her willingness and acceptance of him, and walks away. She is also over Cruze. He just doesn't feel right to her anymore, not when she feels this way about Zane. She likes him still, acknowledges his god-like hotness, but Zane is her One. She hopes they can be friends though. He's a nice enough guy...

Noooooooooooooo.... I don't want this to be over! HOLY SHIT. Awesome freaking series. The last book held more surprises than I think is possible to fit into one book, but damn, there they all were. Love love.

PERFECTION!!!! This last book took me by surprise I was flipping pages and didn't put it down till it ended. Honestly i didn't expect that... It was amazing! It's not often a book takes me by surprise and this one totally shocked me! Candence accepts her feelings for Zane but she has once again to live without him. Zane reveals his emotions for Candemce but he has to stay away from her even it's killing him and face his own demons for her own good and Cruise reveals a dark side, the man behind the cameras and yes sometimes some things are indeed too good to be true... The unexpected and at the same time brilliant ending of an amazing love triangle. An instantly absorbing story from beginning to end. With so many twist and turns, secrets revealed about things you least expecting and you would have never seen coming. The whole series were mesmerizing and i am sure that I will miss them all!

What can I say but PERFECTION!!!!
I am speechless with this last book! Actually the whole series is amazing and had me wanting more. Shit it just ended and I would so read more of Zane and Candance.
This last book took me by surprise I was flipping pages and didn't put it down till it ended. I couldn't believe what was happening to say I guess it from the beginning like other books would be a lie.
The emotions, The twist I mean just everything was so not what I expected!! Yet I don't see how else it could have ended.....

A hooker, a kinky billionaire and an A-list Hollywood actor.....
The lines are definitely blurred and people aren't what they appear to be at first. I loved this series and was so surprised by the turn of events in this installment. Each part ended in a cliffhanger but with this being the final part the story ended nicely. However, it was still a shocker to me. I was team Zane from the start. I like stories that flip from the male POV to the female's and in this case it flipped between all three main characters.

This was a really good series. Cadence, a prostitute trying to survive, encounters John Zane. He helps her in more ways than one. When he runs off and leaves her behind she turns to actor John Cruze. Little does she know he is one effed up person. In the end she finds everything she was looking for and more. One part of the series was some twisted shit but so worth reading. The story has balance and everything you could want to read! You will definitely want to have all of them handy once you start because you won't be able to stop.

Wow, what can i say, this has been one of the best series of books i have had the pleasure of reading. My only regret is that the series is now finished.
Gratifying lines was truly a worthy book to finish with, i'm not gonna reveal any spoilers but what i will say is i soooo.... did not see that coming! It had me on the edge silently screaming at my Kindle, (& that is all i will reveal).

ah-may-zhing!!! not what I expected at all!!!!!!! at first I was upset with Zane but I uhh understood somewhat it still hurt though to be strung along and not fully come out on top... cruze!!! omfg such an asinine!!!! like what was he thinking in that no good brain of his don't he no Zane don't play ugh crude was just no words can say!!! Jesus is rude but plays the puppy eyes ever well I love Mindy tho

What a finale! Some very unexpected twists in this book. Cadence turns 21 and has a surprising birthday party. The movie is almost done filming. What will the cast and crew do next? Cadence has decided which John she wants but will he want her? I am happy at the way that the series ended. Whew- what a ride!

I enjoyed this series, I think the author tied everything up nicely in this last installment. some people were surprised by the twist with Cruze at the end but I felt that in the
previous installments the author was leading up to a big reveal with him. To mr he was starting to sound knd of off. The conclusion was good and true to the story that she was dveloping through out.

Wow!!!!!! what a ending to the blurred lines series. I loved ever book in this series always kept you wanting more and more. I was shocked about Cruze never thought that about him, that was a SHOCKER. Just shows you really don't know a person deep down. I'm glad Candence and John finally got together. Can't wait to read more books by Breena Wilde. Amazing :)

I have loved this series from the beginning but the ending was just a bit too extreme and hard to justify when you look at the behaviour of both John's throughout the books. There needed to be even the slightest of indication with each of them. Still loved it nonetheless!

Omg! I LOVED the twist in this last installment of this series!!! I did not like John Cruze from book 1, so I was good with the ending- although I wish Zane was allowed to finish how he wanted! Wonderful and exciting! Kept me on edge through the entire series!

Jaw dropping! I didn't see this coming at all! Cadence wants to be with Zane, but Zane has some situations to take care of before he can even think about really having anything with her. I just couldn't believe everything in this last book, but what a way to end it. Memorable.

Omg that was a twist that I did not see coming.. Still boggles my mind how it turned around. I just don't think it fitted the previous books. But it was still an amazing story.
