This book is the sequel to the book Invaluable. It was very suspenseful, exciting, and humorous. I loved how this book seemed very realistic. It resembled what really happens to a girl when she is waiting for her missionary. She is going through the point in her life where she is meeting new people and discovering other things that could determine the rest of her life. I like that the book included another boy and how she had to choose between him and her missionary. Everything she was doing was determining who she would become and who she would end up with in her future. Every time Eliza found herself having to make a choice, I found myself talking to the book. I would keep trying to tell her through the pages not to do something and to do something. Everything that happened in the book was very surprising and suspenseful that it kept me continually and literally on the edge of my seat. I loved this book and I would certainly read it again. Go team Luke(the missionary)!

Words could never fully explain how much I loved this book!!! I was captivated from almost the first word I read. Reading it caused emotions to boil up inside of me: anger, sadness, joy, love, and so much more!!! I felt like I was Eliza (haha) and I knew exactly how she felt!! As soon as I was done reading it I wanted to read it again, and that's what I did!! I've already read it twice all the way through!! The book was inspiring and a true love story. I came to care for every single one of the characters like they were my own friends! I loved this book and I would suggest it to anyone who has any interest in reading it!!! You won't regret it!

I don't usually read LDS teen fiction so I was surprised by how much I thought about this book and how anxious I was to finish it. Again, I liked how the author wove the teachings of the Relief Society into the decisions Eliza made every day. This is great book for LDS teens and young adults.

A really good sequel to an amazing book. I love the points it touches on moving from a teen to womanhood. Well done. I love the continued look into Eliza and Luke's lives. So happy we go to see what happened next. Easy read and worth the time, definitely.

While I enjoyed Eliza’s continued story, I missed the spiritual lessons from her grandmother...(there were fewer and didn’t seem as powerful). I still enjoyed the book but I’m on the fence on continuing to book 3.

Unconditional, Holly J. Wood

A book that is a follow up of the Invaluable novel. This follows Eliza Moore, now a college student. She is faced with struggles of the heart when she meets a man that makes her question her commitments to her missionary. With the help of her dreams, she finds help in what choice she must make.

Not as good as the first book. It was good but I despise a love triangle and in the first book there was a love triangle but it wasn't the whole plot of the book. This book was all about the love triangle. I love that I got read how Eliza matured from her high school days into her college days. All I've got to say is that it was a predictable ending.

I had such strong feelings for this book that I had to give it its own shelf. The unconditional shelf of shame I called it.

For one, I had a really hard time liking Eliza as a character. She was immature (embarrassingly so to tell you the truth) and spent the book completely blind to reality. I couldn't stand it. She has already experienced a healthy relationship with Luke, and for some odd reason, she's okay with the way Sawyer treats her! Eliza and Sawyer's relationship was nearly 100% physical. All he did was make-out, kiss, flatter, and shower her with gifts. There was no emotional connection, no key moments that built them as a couple. That is not a good relationship. And yet she seriously considered, as an 18 year old girl with hardly any life experience, that she was going to marry him?

That is my complaint with this book. I never liked Sawyer, and Eliza shouldn't have either. Just because a man can make you swoon doesn't mean he possesses all the qualities you should look for in a husband/boyfriend. Relationships need to go much deeper than physical attraction. Eliza had many warnings; Sawyer pushed her to do things she was uncomfortable with and even knew would not be safe. Is that not enough of a sign to back off? And maybe that was the point of the story, to show that Eliza made a poor choice and already had someone much better. But I hate that the book sets it up as a difficult decision for Eliza. And how after turning him down she patched it up by gushing about how amaaaaaazing Sawyer was.

I just hate how many readers loved Sawyer as a character. Don't. Just don't.

I love the way that Holly Wood writes! She does a really great job with the characters, the romance aspects and the story line. This book follows Eliza as she tries to navigate her first semester of college, all the while waiting for her missionary, Luke. I love that the book shows the ups and downs of life for Eliza, she's excited for Luke to come home, but just like in real life, things happen. Things like not getting a letter for a really long time, or the crazy boy sitting behind her in class not leaving her alone, meeting a new boy and feeling an attraction to him. I really liked the way this book showed Eliza trying to learn to get her own answers from the Spirit about just what she should do about dating Sawyer and waiting for Luke.

I loved that her Grandma is back and teaching her new lessons, this time about Relief Society. I wish that as I was transitioning from Young Women to Relief Society I would have had someone to teach me the same lessons! It would have mad the transition so much easier.

There are some really fun moments in this book, I love the prank war that goes on between the boys apartment and Eliza's. So funny! It reminded me of my own college apartment days as I was reading it.

I love that I was able to read another book about Eliza, if you haven't read Invaluable, go find it! Then make sure to read this one too!

This book is amazing. I think it is very well written full of inspiration. If you are looking for a book to read this book is only 276 Pages long. I can read this in about a day and I’m an average reader. This book will make you contemplate your life a lot it is simple reading but it has infinite life learning lessons in it. It is about a girl her name is Eliza and she is a graduate striving to find out what to do with her life now. She uses a lot of her religious beliefs to contemplate who she will marry and what she will do after collage. I love this book because, Eliza can really relate to me with some of the things she is struggling with, and I can use her inspiration in my life to make my life better. I know as a teenager I love this book I think its incredible and I would recommend this too you too I think you would too!

So here I am at almost 4 in the morning, finally finished this amazing novel! I just could not put this book down!It was powerful and towards the end, I definitely could feel Eliza's emotions as if they were my own. The whole time I thought that I'd predicted the ending but indeed I was wrong - it turned out much better than I thought it would be. In my opinion, the scenarios in this book were definitely pushed a little too close to the extreme it was still an inspiring read and I hope that any young LDS girl gets the chance to read this.

Another fabulous read by Holly J Wood.

This book, the second story about Eliza Moore focuses on her beginning her college years and the struggles that come with dating, etc. While the first book, Invaluable, helped teach the importance of the YW values, this book focuses on the values of the RS. It is a well written book, with an uplifting message of how it is possible, and important, to hold to the values you believe in. Can't wait to buy the paperback and to share this book with family and friends! Thanks for another great read!

Oh. My. Gosh. At several points in this story, I became verbally frustrated with Eliza (she was being over-the-top stupid and not thinking about the consequences of her actions). This led to weird looks from my parents. But at the end...oh my gosh. I was overflowing with happiness for Eliza. And, somehow, this book reminded me why we do Personal Progress. It also gave me a message that I needed to remember: For time and all eternity; don't settle for less.

Loved this book. It is a continuation of her previous book Invaluable. Instead of the young women values she is teaching about the Relief Society mission. Easy to read and a worthwhile message that everyone could use as a reminder that we need to stay close to our Heavenly Father and let the spirit guide and direct us. Love story that has a nice ending with you rooting for the right guy to get the girl.

The book was incredibly intense. I was able to put myself in the book. I found myself using all the fertile I could to finish reading it the second time. I would recommend this to any young women, especially if they are of the LDS church. Any age girl/women could read it, but read the first one before reading this one. I've read it multiple times because of the intense way it is written!! LOVE Holly J. Wood!

Not as good as the first, which I was a little disappointed about. I loved how the first book was so much more focused on the spiritual nature of trying to be more Christ like, and seeing how she applied it to her life. This book seemed to be more focused on the love triangle than her spiritual growth. I knew it would be cheesy, but it was little much some times. Still not a really bad book though and worth reading if you really liked the first one like I did.

I like the first book a lot better. I enjoyed the love Tri-angle deal. But I felt it carried on to long. sawyer was great at the beginning but it was easy to predict her decision. I could never see Eliza getting serious with a boy like him. I love the suprise she got from Luke returning home early. And thank goodness luke is so forgiving or else who knows what would have happened. I wished there was more spiritual messages in it (more dreams) other than that I loved it. They are great books

What a wonderful story! Holly J. Wood has done it again with this sequel to Invaluable. I got pulled into this book from the first page and couldn't put it down. I love Eliza and her great grandma and the adventures they have together in her dreams. I didn't appreciate Sawyer, but his character made for some great drama! Absolutely a must read!

To be honest, I don't know if this book deserves nearly 5 stars, but I really enjoy it. Reading it for the 2nd time was still exciting. It can be a bit cheesy at times, but sometimes I just need a sweet read like this one.

I really loved this book. It's a nice continuation to Invaluable and still had some great points. All the way through the book -beginning to end- I felt the emotions that Liza did. This is on my top 5 favorite contemporary books

I was only expecting the first book because it ended in a place where you could predict the future. But to have this book and have those turn of events was a wonderful journey to be a part of.

This is one of the only series that i can actually read over and over without boring myself
