here's the thing, I can read a book that is nothing but sex without a problem but the fact that her pussy was referred to in the third person constantly and that it was called a 'kitty' just made me snicker all the way through the book.

It could have been so much hotter if it wasn't for that word. I can deal with pussy, cunt, vagina but kitty just doesn't give me sexy thoughts at all.

Yeah.. OK... this book was nothing but fucking the whole way through.. Seriously.. I think every page was them going at it. This man's weenie would have been sprained..Now it was hot.. it was really hot. It was silly at times at all the sex they were having especially with her being 18 and him 35 but hey..whatever... it's not until the very end where something happens and Wham! We've got a plot lined up for book 2. Then looking back you can see a couple of red flags that came up during the story, that didn't really mean to much at the time.. but when the end comes and we get our first dose of SOMETHING BESIDES SEX happening you realize those were warnings. I do like Jordan Silver's writing style though and this is my 2nd book by her and her alpha's are really alpha... she writes a good over the top protective caveman guy. And so far both men from both books have really HUGE PECKERS. LIKE 11 INCHES. So.. hot alpha guy, lots of wild rauchy sex, huge peckers, no drama.. yep, quick little fun steamy raunchy sometimes silly read. Going on to book 2 now :)

Personal Overview
This book really caught me off guard, it's only my second book by Jordan Silver, so I'm not very used to her writing style, I found the book too fast paced (I know, I can't believe I'm saying this because normally I complain of the opposite!), but sometimes the dialogues and time transitions were a bit of a mess. The plot was almost non existent, and I can't help but point out the amount of sex in this book, it seemed only sex all throughout, it had to be at least 85 to 90% of the book. And OMG was it not only hot but filthy (LOL), they really went for each other (again it is not a complain, I was just not expecting it). Let's go to the review of the second part...

I read this book so you won't have to... Sometimes you just want to read something really trashy, something you can't take seriously. This is a very interesting read you could say but I knew not to expect anything from this book. It was actually pretty fun. It was sex scene after sex scene after sex scene, and I'm sorry to say that it wasn't even that good AND YET I had fun with this book nevertheless. I knew not to take this book seriously from the first because Dmitri Stanton became Chief of Staff at the ripe age of 32 (I'm no expert but he's not even supposed to be finished with med school yet or at least his residency), calls himself a "heart doctor" crudely rather than cardiologist, and has the word "ain't" in his vocabulary.

It irritates me to no end when readers know the book is about Sex and more sex, spanking/discipline dark erotica, bdsm, &what have you and buy the book anyway just to give it a low rating.

Hey hater/idiots get a clue. We buy it because we love it. This is a very short read full with sex sex sex and more sex... Around sometime you just lost the count.

I'm trying not to compare books before giving a rate, instead I see what the book has to offer and check it it accomplished.
So this book was a true erotica with not much story, but I still enjoyed and I also got very curious to see what was that all about in the ending!

I was enjoying this book up until the FMC became an idiot. Why this author thinks nympho’s and dumb are synonymous idk. The FMC started out as normally as insta-love and over sexed for the MMC as usual, but then “the don’t stop get it get it”, nonsense started and I just couldn’t anymore. I hate that the FMC’s always devolve into blowup dolls for the MMC’s by this author but I was hoping for a maturing with this one. Especially as she was knocked up twice in one book! Smdh. Other than the FMC’s lack of any other capacity than that of one giant erogenous zone demanding daddy’s cream every two sentences, I was entertained by their romance for the most part.

It’s really not much more than sm#tt in this book. Barely any story and it leaves off on a cliffhanger I’m only barely interested in finishing. I probably will never read this book again as there is nothing standout in it. Good luck.

I know they say Never judge a book by its cover, but this is exactly what I did here.
Going into this book, I thought it would have some actual substance to it. I was mistaken, as this is pretty much a p*rn movie in written form.
I don't like labeling myself as racist, because I am the last one who can be that way, considering my family. However, this book had a very 'ghetto' tone to it, and I'm not one for that genre of books. The banter between the characters sounded immature and turned me off completely.
Do not get me wrong; I like sex, and enjoy it on a regular basis with my fiance. However, our lives are not consumed by sex, and this is how the book came off.
Dimitri was supposed to be a doctor, but he's spending what seems like every waking moment of the day having sex with Derry. When was he attending to his patients?
Derry is a housewife/stay-at-home-mom, but again, it seems like she was screwing Dimitri more than taking care of the house and the kids. When the kids are sleeping, they are screwing... who is doing the housework?
I made it to 77% before throwing in the proverbial towel and marking it as a DNF book. There was just too much that irked me about the book for me to finish it

Disappointing story, it was just never ending sex. Plot was non existent, like totally no background storyline, unfortunately half way through got really bored with him and her Kitty (really!!?? what was that vagina-pet?) and DNF. The language was unimaginative, poor descriptions of characters, too much swearing, a lot of repetitive scenes. The whole book just didn’t do anything for me.

I’m definitely not interested in the second book, and I’m not sure if I return to this author in the future for other stories. At least not in the near future.

A Hard read

There are way too many grammatical and spelling errors. It made it extremely difficult to read. It lacks any sort of plot or story line ND then gives a random issue at the end of the book. The chapters mix with her viewpoints and his with no indication of the switch. Tons of sex that is unrealistic and the same. The characters have no personality and the choice of words is odd.

I usually can't help but to finish a series but I'd be tormenting myself to read another of this.

Is this written by a 14 year old boy who has a C in English class? Is your editor in the room with us? Sorry, it’s just not good.

I’m not sure if the kindle version needs to be reviewed or if this applies to the physical book, but there are multiple times where the pov changes and there is no header or indication of the switch. In addition to that, there are multiple huge page breaks.

This is actually book one, but heads up… It ends on a cliffhanger, so be ready with the book number two. The story is good and contains over the top hot, really hot sex.
