A truly fascinating book! A glimpse into the life of one of the most prominent Islamic scholars of our time. The book is written in a tone in which the reader is a companion accompanying the writer in all his vast journeys. The Sheikh travels across much of the world in a short-time and provides insights to the peculiarities of all the different countries he visits(which include Venezuela, Trinidad, Argentina, South Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore). The Sheikh gives us a personal insight into his momentary thought according to different circumstances(the loneliness he experiences when alone at a hotel, being scared at the airport when being unfairly interrogated, the warmth of a full family reunion, the love and importance of a supporting companion/wife, insights into many of the topics he teaches in his other books etc.) This book is a must read for all the followers and fans of the Sheikh, it is unique from all of his books in that it is a personal story about the Sheikh's personal thoughts experiences on a human level(compared to the more academically written books in which the Sheikh is teaching).

Very highly recommended and an extremely pleasurable read!

Brilliant and fascinating read - only thing that made it 4 stars vs 5 was that it wasn’t the traditional book format which has a lot of meat in terms of learnable content vs this travelogue - but if you read between the lines there are gems of wisdom by one of the most prominent scholars of Islam that God has given me the privilege to learn from and see in person at one of his lectures

I am amazed by this mans mission of dawah and how much he has achieved including touching my very heart with his wisdom and unique intellectual insight which in my opinion, is unmatched from least what I’ve seen elsewhere

I pray God blesses him with further strength and health so he can continue in his mission in rescuing and spreading the true meaning of Islam as it should be - a man with a backbone who unfortunately has hate amongst the Ummah ( embarrassing for me to even say such a thing and highlights how bad the state of the Ummah worldwide is) only because he will not bend the knee and submit - because he is a man dedicated to the truth and will not compromise at any price - Subhan’Allah - thank you Sheikh :)

To Our Continued Success!
