"I'm not your run-of-the-mill pampered playboy--I'm a Blaylock!"
-- Tyrell Blaylock, corporate warrior and defender of his family land

This loner came home to find peace--not to wrangle with Celine Lomax, the hot-mouthed firebrand who'd invaded his mountaintop retreat. She would stop at nothing to reclaim her birthright--land she believed Blaylocks stole from her family generations ago. And the more the seductive spitfire insisted on taking Tyrell's rich Wyoming legacy, the more he dreamed of taking her. Because one taste of her inexperienced lips and Tyrell knew he was destined to introduce Celine to the bliss of womanhood...and the joys of a real family--typical Blaylock style...

The author saved the worst heroine for the last. She deserved to be jailed and prosecuted. She sabotaged the hero's career and engagement with her lies and then gleefully recounts them to the hero. Coz you know knowing what jerks her grandfather & father were the smart heroine believes their lies that the hero's family cheated them out of land and a fortune. Even when all the evidence points to her being wrong she pretends not to notice. Why the hero fell for her I cannot fathom. She was a vile, hateful person. I think all the heroes in this series needed therapy because why else would they fall for such hateful women?

"Cutter's revenge had been passed on to his son, Celine's father, and she'd teethed on revenge. Now it was hers to carry out." Celine was raised on the hate for another family family and was hell bent on getting revenge, willing to lie & cheat to get it. So nasty & hate-filled this lady was. I don't want to read books with leads like this.
