While this is taboo, it really didn’t come off as overly taboo to me. Other than the first couple scenes, it was almost forgettable that it was an issue.

I do not like to read stories with gangbangs/free use when there’s an established couple. However, seeing as that’s how they met and this being Bey’s work, I was able to enjoy it despite aspects of it not being my normal cup of tea. Also it's still heavy on the porn with no plot side.

I'm not sure if this is the filthiest thing I've read yet or not. In any case, it comes close. I understand Bey Deckard's need to get this off his chest and get back to more serious stuff after this. 🤭
Now how do you describe this without just emphasizing that there's a ton of sex in it and there's actually no plot? You can see the beginnings of real emotions and even if Uncle Zach and Owen confess their love for each other, it's hard for me to recognize that as such. In any case, I don't think that the book really wants to work towards a real romance. And that's ok. Anyone who has read the author's warnings before knows that this is just porn.

This is a short book, like 150 pages or so long. But it took me over a week to finish because my parents were visiting, and I literally could not read this book with them in my house, so filthy was it. I love when very talented and otherwise Serious Writers take a pause and write 150 pages of absolutely filthy smut. And it’s written so *well*. Mr. Deckard, thank you for your service, sir. ☺️

1,5/5 stars. I gotta stop reading reviews and making my decisions based on them... Well, the author is honest when they tell this is just smut. There is no plot really, and the little there is, is cheesy and ridiculous. It’s too fast-paced and the smut gets very repetitive and boring. I wished it would have had more emotions, but didn’t get it. The writing isn’t bad, it’s just very dull.
But when you don’t take this book too seriously it is a fun read. Will I be reading more Deckard? Yes, I always give more than one chance.
