He’s ready for more…
Sole Regret’s sex-obsessed bassist Owen Mitchell has always rocked with the ladies and rolled with the punches. He knows Caitlyn’s just looking for a fling with someone more fun and adventurous than her ex-husband, but Owen is drawn to the geeky temptress like a rocker’s drawn to a heavy riff. He’ll keep thrilling her in the bedroom to keep her coming and coming back for more. He has faith that someday she’ll admit that they’re meant to be together.

She’s not sure where this is going…
Successful in life but not in love, Caitlyn isn’t ready for a serious relationship so soon after her painful divorce. But she’s more than ready for a good time. So she writes out a long list of sexual fantasies and knows just the rock star to fulfill them all. Owen, as always, is eager to please, and the more time they spend together, the more she starts to think he’s good for much more than ticking fantasies off her list. Now if only that pregnant groupie of his would get lost.

As a teen, she discovered her second love, romantic fiction -- first, voraciously reading steamy romance novels and then penning her own. Growing up as the daughter of a career soldier, she's lived all over the country and overseas. She recently moved to Galveston, Texas.

I'm happy to report that the author has promised that from here on out she will focus solely on this series until completion. She hopes to release a book every few months so that it will be finished in our life time. The series is broken up as follows: Books 1-5 “meet and sparks fly” Books 6-10 “tons of crazy shit happening now”, and books 11-15 “all the resolutions you’re craving’.

If you think the baby daddy will be revealed and/or that Lindsay has given birth the answer is NO. Lindsay the groupie, is still pregnant. This has been the longest pregnancy in book history… four long years!

description

This is Owen’s second book of the series in which he is kind of conned into taking full care of Lindsay. She’s not dumb she knows he’s got the biggest heart out of all the guys and yet truly isn't certain that Owen is the father. Even though things with Caitlyn seem to be going well he moves Lindsay in and introduces her to his mother…

description

Well of course you can for see all the trouble this will pose for Owen as Lindsay seems to have started nesting. Owen's mother is thrilled at the grandma idea even though Owen warns that he may not be the father.

description

Caitlyn has made a sexual fantasy list and her and Owen begin marking stuff off and become closer. Owen is her rebound guy after her divorce yet they do seem to have something more between them.

”I want you to help me find my kink, Owen. Thrill me. Do you think you can do that?”

description

The story does go backwards because we have read a few of the other’s band member’s second book and thus this does follow that time frame. There are two pretty shocking events that occur at the end of this book one involving Shade and the other Kellan. Luckily for fans, Kellan’s second book is coming next in the series.

description

In total each band member will have three books and I’m assuming at this point Lindsay will give birth to a first grader by the completion of the series. Just kidding, I’m still a fan a Sole Regret and am excited that 2017 will be its year!

I have been in a committed relationship with the Sole Regret boys since 2012. There have been long periods of time between these books so that Olivia can also satisfy us with the Sinners and Exodus End stories but she is now committed to finishing this 15 books series before anything else now.

The is the second part of Owen and Caitlyn’s story. Owen is a guy who falls hard and fast, which means he has had his heart broken many times. When he meets Caitlyn in a sex club one night he gives her a night she will never forget.

However, their fun is interrupted when a pregnant groupie, Lindsay, shows up claiming that one of the guys is her baby daddy. She doesn’t know which one it is seeing as she bonked them all in one night, well except Kellen. Owen is the only one to take pity on her and offers to help her out until she gets back on her feet.

Owen is not interested in anything more than helping Lindsay out and is keen to pursue more with Caitlyn. Fortunately, Caitlyn is quite understanding and after she creates a sex bucket list, Owen sets out to make all of her wishes come true.

However, having Lindsay around is challenging, she has romantic aspirations when it comes to Owen and he knows she would nothing more than to marry him and play suzy home-maker. Owen wants Caitlyn though and she is who his heart lies with now. The no strings sex has blurred into more for both of them.

When things start to go pear-shaped with the band and then Owen receives some tragic family news, he wants to seek comfort in Caitlyn’s arms. Before he gets there though he shares a kiss with someone else. A deep passionate kiss that leaves his mind all over the place. And this is how Olivia leaves the story, she loves putting her readers out on a cliff nervously wait for the next instalment.

Book 10 will be the last drama filled story and the next five will be everyone getting their HEA’s – I am so looking forward to that!

Owen has been my favorite guy in this series and I was excited to read his second story. He's so sweet, funny, crazy sexy, and I just love him. I confess that I definitely ship him with Kellen more than Caitlyn. And I'm glad Olivia explained the three arcs in this series because the whole pregnancy thing seems never ending. The thing to keep in mind, and it takes some thinking..-s the time lines and how they are somewhat concurrent with previous books. Owen's book ends with some serious emotional drama and I really need his HEA!! I am probably in the minority but I want him with Kellen, not Caitlyn.

And so the saga of the baby daddy continues...

But I knew that going in...even though I'm frustrated with how Owen is being TOO DAMN NICE. So much frustration with him.

And it's clear that Lindsey is manipulating the situation. She's good though because for chunks of this book she had me fooled...but you can't hide Lindsey...

But let's talk about the main couple. I absolutely love how open Caitlyn is about experimenting with her sexual fantasies. And she's up for anything!

Image result for try anything one gif

Also, this was my first time reading an MFF scene! As was expected from Olivia Cunning, she can write the hell out of a sex scene!

There's progress in Owen and Caitlyn's relationship, but not without some bumps in the road. But I'm glad the drama doesn't last and they realize that admitting to each other that they'd like to see where this goes is the right call.

The story arc in this middle batch of novellas in the series was dubbed by the author as where all the drama happens...and oh boy did she throw in a doozy of a plot twist with that . I can't wait to see where THAT goes!!

One more book to go (Kellen's) and we finally enter the last arc of this series where everyone get their HEAs.

It's interesting, this series has spanned YEARS (due to many reasons, the author hasn't been able to write and release these books how she'd originally intended) but every time I pick up a book, I'm right there in the middle of it. I don't feel lost for more than maybe a chapter before everything comes flooding back to me.

I can't wait to see where things progress from here and more importantly, I can't wait to finally have the baby daddy issues resolved!

Thrill Me is Owen and Caitlyn’s story or is it Owen and Lindsey’s story? Either way I loved it. Talk about relationships and complications Owen’s relationships come with more complications than any one man should have. I loved Owen and Caitlyn’s storyline because the chemistry these two had was off the charts and along with all of that chemistry were actual feelings. Lindsey’s connection with Owen seemed to be with Owen feeling responsibility to take care of someone who needed help just like he was taught from his parents. That is the “good boy” Owen but the “bad boy” Owen gave some of the sexiest, dirtiest loving to Caitlyn.

With all of the women trouble Owen was trying to sort out his band was falling apart before his very eyes. With so much drama within the band at in his love life you wouldn’t think things could get any worse…until it gets much, much worse.

I received this ARC from NetGalley for a freely given and honest review.

Seriously the drama never ends for this band and poor Owen seems to be the cover man for the night that could change everything for the band. Getting to see Owen at his home was a treat and made me fall harder for the quiet member of the band. We also get to learn about what has shaped Caitlyn into the strong women she is and let's not forget what a horrible ex-husband she had. I wanted to kick that slimeball in the nuts when he showed up unannounced to her house.

I really want to get my hands on the next set of books in the series as the way things are left at the end with Jacob on the news leaves a horrible taste in my mouth!!

I have enjoyed all nine of the books in this series and would quickly recommend them to a friend. The series is a fun sexy read and you will never forget these characters or the storyline.
I would like to thank Olivia for taking the time to write this series. I read her acknowledgments at the end of Thrill Me and I am glad she explained her writing situation. Life is hard and so many people are cruel, so thank you for sticking with this series. No matter how long it takes to write I will we be waiting to read it to the end.

I don't care for Caitlyn . Owen is truly overwhelmed and I just don't see Caitlyn as his rock....just too soon. She's also so far different than rockstars. I'm not saying Lindsey is the one but she's closer to what would work. His other choice in this book is bizarre. I keep thinking it'll be a dream sequence.....
One star off for cliffhanger.

STORY
Another freaking cliffhanger!!!!! Nooooooo!!!!

It had been a long, long time since I read Owen’s story in book #4 and because Ms. Cunning presumably enjoys torturing her readers by leaving huge gaps in between each of these installments, I had practically zero recollection of Caitlyn or the dynamic between her and Owen. I did have a slight memory of Lindsay and her, “tryst” with several members of the band but like Caitlyn, I had absolutely no memory of her personality or the emotions I had felt while reading about her relationship with Owen. Because of that, it was very difficult to feel a connection or have any emotional feelings towards any of the characters in this installment. Sure, the sexual tension and the actual sexual acts were fun to read about but without the an emotion provoking plot, my appreciation for this book was negatively impacted. And speaking of the sex scenes, there were so many and they were so lengthy that I actually fast forwarded through several! Also causing me to fast-forward was the duplication in this book as we have to hear the exact same scene as we heard in the last book when the band realizes that Adam is missing. Overall, this installment is entertaining most of the time but it’s simultaneously lacking plot at times frustrating and worst of all, and again ends with a cliffhanger (with no sign of the conclusion being published anytime soon).

PERFORMANCE
I listened to the Audible audiobook narrated by Justine O’Keefe. I listen to a lot of audiobooks and have heard some really fabulous narrators but O’Keefe might very well be the best! She is truly amazing! Not only does is she a stellar actress but she is great at altering her voice to help readers distinguish which character is which. When emotion is required, you can always hear it in her tone of voice, emoting just the right amount. And unlike many audiobook performers, she very clearly differentiates between dialogue and narration. I have only great things to say about O’Keefe who I look forward to listening to much more of in the future!

I normally don't complain about publication dates but I really wish these books were released closer together. I do not mind reading a series where in continues from one book to the next but I'm starting to dislike this style of overlapping everyone's books. Perhaps if they were published faster but the has been one long ass night. Owen is a sucker. Lindsey has wormed her way in and she's not leaving anytime soon. Right when Caitlyn realizes she has feelings he's over there with his mom touching the baby tummy. As a big time band why haven't they contacted their lawyer and all went to take a praternity test. I'm hoping her friend that was with her comes back to bust her for lying. If it's anybody's baby from that evening I hope it's Tex. What happens on the bus doesn't always stay on the bus cheating bastard! Even though Owen was not with Lindsey I didn't like him thinking about her in a sexual way. I disliked the club scene. I guess I'm a prude and feel like that's cheating whether the guys on board or not. I guess I can't separate sex and feelings. Kelly and Owen?? So did Kelly semi cheat on Dawn by kissing and perhaps fantasizing about Owen. Hopefully I don't have to wait forever to find out. Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll all come out a month apart.

Oh wow what a shit storm. This book had a lot in it and not just with Owen and Caitlyn, First with regards to Owen and Caitlyn....these two burn up the pages in this book. The sex scenes for these two are amazing. Loved ever single bit of it. Owen is by far my favorite. Now with regards to the cluster fuck that has become of the band and Lyndsey and Kellen. OMG I did not see that last part coming at all. I loved it!!!! Won't get it away but it was very nice surprise. Can't wait to see what is in store for the guys in the next set of books. One more to go then waiting begins.

Didn't like this book at all. I will like more character development. The very bare bones story is predictable and not much plot, only lot of sex, sexual content was way too much, but this was ridiculous. Every other page was total explanation of their sexual act, and body parts, etc. Got boring really quick and the pregnant chick twisting her self with the guy was annoying. I would catch myself rolling my eyes at some of the things said.

I have always enjoyed Olivia Cunning's books! Each character is it's own. They are strong and there is not one that is the same. They each have their own personalities. You LOVE each character even if they are wrong, but you livye their dirty minds more!
Jacob is a sweet man even though he comes about to others as rough around the edges. I really dislike his wife (my mom never let me say the word HATE). That is really how I feel about Tina. Amanda would do something to make sure the people she loves are not hurt worse by being selfish! LOVE HER!!!!
Owen is such a sweetheart and I love him and his goofy, foolish, naive ways! He kind of is clueless when it comes to women and it just makes you LOVE him more! There is a lot that happens between the rock group and the women in their lives. There is a bombshell at The end of this read and I want to know what happens!!! I will be definitely reading the next in this series!! You have to read these books! In order is a way to go or you will be confused throughout the book!!

I received this ARC from the publisher via Net Galley for my honest review!!

3.5 stars. While I really enjoyed reading it, I felt the rehashing of moments in others eyes has started to get to me. This section of the series is all the same timeline and while sometimes it’s nice to see how others saw it, it started to feel a little too repetitive. Maybe because Owen was at most of the events that happened? I just felt like we were going back to so much stuff from the last two that it was harder to enjoy.

I’m starting to dislike Lindsey, the ending was super drama and sad and I think what made me most sad was that Kelly took THAT moment to bring that out. He’s going through something & that, to me, was super wrong and felt icky. He doesn’t need to feel confused two seconds after finding out, it’s selfish and cruel. I liked Kelly up until now.

I wish it focused more on the relationship but than the sex but I also get that she didn’t really want a relationship.

Overall an enjoyable read & still plan to continue.

I love the One Night Sole Regret series...This book is filled with sizzling hot sex scenes between Owen & Caitlyn trying to fulfill her fantasy list. You get both of their pov's so you get to know what they are truly feeling.
Owen still has the problem with the pregnant groupie on his hands, the list of possible fathers is like a shopping list, but she thinks the baby is Owens.
There's more trouble brewing that has put the band at jeopardy.
The book ends on a cliff-hanger with life altering situations for a couple of people.
Will Owen & Caitlyn be able to continue their relationship on a deeper level tham just sex with the hurdles that need to be jumped?
Will there be a future for band?

Olivia Cunning has written, yet again, another fantabulous novel. There are some series that I get bored with but this isn't one of them. She really knows how to keep you glued into reading. Her books are never slow or boring. They have a great flow. I loved reading more about Owen & Caitlin & how they're trying to move on in a relationship, but there's also some hurdles that interrupt some parts of the story. Just like her other stories, there's heartache, love, anxiety & hotness. Soooo much hotness going on. Loved it!

Is it weird that I actually ship the two "heterosexual but bi-curious" men together moreso that I ship either of them with their respective female romantic partners? I think I am supposed to feel that way, but not sure. I love that twist of a complication, where it should otherwise be easy for either of these guys to have clear feelings for these women that are actually pretty great for them. Can't wait to see how she wraps up this arc.

I was so excited to FINALLY get a SR book AND it’s Owen! I tried not to let my expectations get out of control...but, I did. I was letdown. I wanted story, I wanted conclusions, i wanted sex. The sex was great! Dirty, sweet, fun - lots of it and more. There were no conclusions and even more curveballs. Plus, the story is told from different characters so it’s told multiple times. I’m ready to have the whole series done.

As the book ended I was reminded of how upset I was at the end of Jacob's last book. It brought back the angst and the sadness. UGH! I'm really looking forward to the resolution installments of this series.

It's been so long, I had to go back and read Share Me, to remind myself of exactly what happened that first night with Lindsey.

I love this series!

I find everything about it intriguing: the format, the evolution of the story, and the characters!
Owen is the heart of Sole Regrets, the one who's love will grab your heart! And the innocent yet strong Caitlyn is such a contrast. I can't wait for their third installment!

ok. so it was obvious that Kellen and Owen had a more complex, loving and très différent relationship but I was not expecting that love smooch tbh :o .but now i'm even more hooked on these guys. *not so patiently awaiting the third and final chapters of this head banging, rock and roll love train!!!

Could have done without the FF action, but whatevs. In the grand scheme it was such a blip in this one. The last 30% really picks up and people start to get on the same drawling page. Only left with a couple of WTF moments really.

Will probably read next one bc of how this ends, even though it’s not an Owen/Caitlyn installment.

There is no substance to this episode of the story.
Story amounts to less than 50 pages ,all the rest is sex scenes.
Some sex is expected from this book, but this was way too much .
Much of the story was already told in the last book.
