Knights of ice and Masters in the bedroom, The Dartmouth Cobras struggle to save their franchise while losing their hearts to the only women who can handle how hard and fast they live. Between corrupt owners, pressure from fans and the media, and desires beyond the norm, they have to fight to make their mark as a hockey team. All the men share a common goal. Giving their all on the ice. And in love.
Tell you about me? Hmm, well there's not much to say. I love hockey and cars and my kids…not in that order of course! Lol! When I'm not writing—which isn't often—I'm usually watching a game or a car show while working on promo. Going out with my kids is my only down time. I get to clear my head and forget everything.
As for when and why I first started writing, I guess I thought I'd get extra cookies if I was quiet for awhile—that's how young I was. I used to bring my grandmother barely legible pages filled with tales of evil unicorns. She told me then that I would be a famous author.

Game Misconduct (Dartmouth Cobras, #1) 3.5 SPANK ME STARS
Okay, it was tough getting into the book. I was very confused by many of the characters. They go by either a first name or last name, which makes it much more confusing. Since there are many team member who are a major part of this story, that's what causes the confusion. There are names being thrown all over the place.
Also, there are varying points of view that happen from paragraph to paragraph. The story is a little basic, but the redeeming part of this story was the BDSM moments with her many lovers. Each one is crazy hot.
Though there was no clear reason for Oriana's father to treat her they way he does, even when it turns out she's been right all along. I get that her desire to be wanted, loved an accepted was the precursor for her relationship with the guys from the team.
On to the next book in the series.

Defensive Zone (Dartmouth Cobras, #2) 3 GOALIE STARS
Silver is the younger, spoiled, wannabe actress, sister to Oriana Delgado from Game Misconduct. She's back home because her father is ill. Instead of giving control of the Dartmouth Cobras to Oriana, who is an avid hockey fan and businesswoman, he's given the control to Silver. Silver, who knows nothing about hockey, other than the men are hot and she went slept her way through the team before she'd left town the last time.
Now she has to gain the respect of the team, Oriana's spouses, Dean Richter the GM, Dom and Silver's new love interest, as well as figure out her feelings for the new Goalie, Landon Bower.
I liked this one, not as much as the first one. Some of my questions from the first book were answered in this book. About why their father had so much hate for Oriana. Although I still think he's a hard hearted ass, especially to blame a child for his and his wife's actions, though they were unwarranted. He still treated Oriana terribly and deserves all the pain he's getting from his ailment.
I thought the relationship with Dean was great. Especially once Silver realized that Asher and Cedric were using her and she deserved so much more from a man who was in her life. I got her attraction to Landon, but still don't get why he thought he wasn't good enough for her and put himself into the friend-zone until Dean forced the issue.
I'm definitely curious about Sebastian Ramos and would love to get more of him. I also wonder if Becky, Landon's sister, will feature prominently any future story lines.
The one criticism I have that I think I forgot to put in the first book review, is that there are so many characters in these books and the author uses both first and last names when referring to them that it sometimes gets confusing. I find myself trying to remember who someone is when she's switched from a first name to a last name later in the book.
All in all, I found it a little longer than it should have been. Unlike the first book in the series, it took a while for things to get moving and the relationships to form. The author seemed to play with the idea of them more than in the first book. But I love my menages and will continue to read the next story.
Jami Richter is back and determined to make her past mistakes up to her father by showing him that she can share in his interest for Hocking by being a part of the Dartmouth Cobras. She's trying out to be an Ice Girl, where she meets Akira and they become fast friends. During a photo shoot, she meets and is immediately captivated by Defenseman Sebastian Ramos. Sebastian is immediately taken with Jami as well. More than any other woman in a long time. Their flirting is palpable and shows in the photos that her father and Ford Delgado (formerly Kingsley) both see.
But, Sebastian has complicated tastes. Jami isn't sure he wants her or someone else. But once she knows what he's like, though he's trying to take things slowly, she can't help but fall into her old patterns with his guidance. Sebastian becomes her Master and feeds her desires.
Jami also has a few strange things happen to her, which causes Ford to ask his friend Colt to watch out for her. Though they aren't together anymore, he still cares about her. If he hadn't targeted her to get to her father in Defensive Zone, she probably never would have overdosed.
Luke Carter also has to figure out who and what he wants from their relationship. Once they all come together, they are a real unit.
I thought the sex was great. I also thought that the mystery behind who was after Jami was well done. I like that the author is finally writing a real story with these characters and not just a platform for them to have sex. I like that the thread of one story builds into the next book. Like what happens with Rebecca, Pearce and Demyan, and not all together.
Also, I'm freaking out about what will happen with Oriana, Sloan, Max and Dominik. I always wondered how that would fall out as Sloan, as a sadist, is so possessive of Oriana and a little jealous of Dominik and his control over them all.
I am willing to read a book on just how that falls into place. But I'm sure the author will throw it into one of the next books. I like how the previous couples have moments in the next books.
Now for what I don't like... I couldn't believe that with everything that Jami was going through the author would have her father front and center at the beginning, then he seems to drop of the planet when things really get real. She writes later that he's been trying to call and she wasn't picking up, but we got none of that through a large part of the story. Just was like an afterthought since she hadn't written about him in a while. And since he was all of a sudden becoming a helicopter parent, why wouldn't he try to track her down?
Anyway, on to the next book which looks like it's crazy long.
OMG I LOVED this series! This series has it all - so be prepared! It is the ultimate in BDSM smorgasbord. Menage, multiples- but the sex is SUPER hot it is not just sex but making luuuuvvvvvv. A number of characters fall in love during this box set.
This series has M/M/F,F/F, female and three hot men, bondage, whips, various toys, super hot hockey player Dom's and subs. Knife play...good lord. Did the author miss out on anything? Not that I could see!
There is also an unexpected and entertaining plot. This was fun for me to read. True, I LOVE HOCKEY. And the games were almost as exciting as the sex. Ok. That isn't true. But they were exciting.
Genres; Adult, Contemporary, Erotica, Romance Read Game Misconduct (The Dartmouth Cobras, #1) back in 2013. Even with the typo/editing errors, I loved it. Went crazy when I found this bundle.
Read Defensive Zone (The Dartmouth Cobras, #2) Feb. 2016 Then Breakaway (The Dartmouth Cobras, #3) in March 2016.
I'm not into to sports much and know nothing about hockey. But these books make me care not only about the characters, but also the sport.
Ms. Sommerland's stories don't just sizzle, the combust!
I have become an avid fan of her stories. Nobody writes MFM like hers. Unique and erotic. Super sexy and steamy.
Thank you to the author and Netgalley for providing a copy for an honest review.
I enjoy reading erotic books. I do not consider myself a prude so when I could not bring myself to finish reading this series I was surprised. I have attempted to pick back up a few times and I just cannot get into this series. There are more multiple partner scenes than Carters got pills and I did not even get 50% through book one. These are not short erotic stories, for a book of this length, I needed more than the multi-partner sex to get me through. DNF, not for me.
Well this was a huge mind fuck! I'm not sure how I feel about everything that happened in this. Oriana was just so fucked up, she was a smart woman but had huge 'daddy issues'. At her age that shit just made her look pathetic. Its not like her dad ever showed that he even remotely cared about her so why the obsession with becoming the perfect daughter is beyond me. The man was an asshole in every sense of the word and she still sought his approval.
Her relationship with the guys, was a bit crazy. Her indecisiveness was frustrating, it was hard to know what she wanted because she couldn't make a decision to save her life. At times she was feisty and wicked, which I loved, but most of the time she was just a shy wallflower who was loyal to the wrong people..again pathetic.
Overall it was an okay read, tons of BDSM elements for fans of that genre. There are way to many unanswered questions.. 1) What happened to Paul after the owners found out about his fixes? 2) Why exactly did Oriana's father hate her so much when all she did was abide by his barbaric rules? 3) Why appoint Silver as his go to after the way she humiliated him? (Her father)
BTW..Dominik Mason...a black guy who plays hockey and listens to country music! WTF!!!!
2) Defensive Zone 11.01.17-11.02.17 3 Stars
This wasn't so bad. It was really hard to like Silver when she acted like an entitled brat but when her vulnerable side came out, it was hard not to like her. I felt bad for her because despite her shitty attitude she really did have a low opinion of herself. Yeah she made some bad choices but she wasn't stupid, just sadly misguided. Once she fully accepted both Dean and Landon, her life became so much better, she still had a crappy attitude but it was much easier to get where she was coming from.
Again we are left with unanswered questions in this second book, my biggest question is regarding Ford? WTF! Anthony Delgado is such an asshole but despite his godawful attitude, he has two daughters who are willing to do anything just to get his approval? He isn't worth dog shit on the bottom of their shoes, so why are these two girls so fucking loyal to him? All the fuss and muss and he once again proves what a twat he is by accepting Ford fucking Kingsley as his son! Hope Mr. Delgado knows the devil is waiting for him with wide fucking open arms! Douche!!!
3) Breakaway 11.02.17-11.05.17 4 Stars
I enjoyed this book much more than the first two. Sebastian was super hot! Loved him because even though he was a super alpha Dom, he was so vulnerable and wasn't afraid to show that side of himself. When Luke walked out on the relationship, he hurt Sebastian so much. It was enlightening to see someone so strong and resilient wear his heart on his sleeve.
A lot was going on in this book, my biggest question..what is going to happen between Max, Sloan, Dominik and Oriana? Why do I get the feeling that Dominik is going get left behind...
Must read in order. After reading this book box set I bought books 4-9 to continue reading this series. BDSM Erotica mm mmf mff, family, hockey, so good keep you on the edge a lot wanting more.
OMG this author was new to me and when I started reading this super steamy series about Hot hockey players I could not put it down! I can't wait to read more from this series and from this author.
#1 I enjoyed this book and it was not what I expected at all. The synopsis did not relate to this story as much as it should. Oriana Delgado is a nice girl with low self esteem and Being the daughter of a millionaire has not helped. Daddy has some issues and the fact that things happen in this book to help further his team just pissed me off. Paul has some nerve to treat her the way he does and think she will take it. The fact that she is in love with Max helps her out in her time of need.
Now,I am all for sharing and do not descriminate, but Paul and her dad has major issues. I wanted to see what happens with Paul and her dad. I wanted her to confront them and I wanted to see her to stand up for herself. Oriana took over one part of her life. Why not that part? I think she should have been given the inheritance of the team and Silver the estates, but maybe there is more to come in the next book...hmm. I guess we will see. #2 I enjoyed this book a lot more than I expected. I did not like Quiver in the first book. Ok...I lied I really really really did nit like Silver in the first book. Her character was a spoiled rich girl. Unlike Oriana who tried to do things on her own. she was strong and knew the game. Now, Silver shows a different part of her self. She really is just insecure and wants to be loved. The author did a great job with these characters. Richter sounds well balanced and Hot! Now for Landon Bower....oooweee!! The scenes where steamy and awesome. I rarely give FIVE stars, but wow! Blown away! Good job Bianca!! This is a good series and I am going to read the next in this series! Hopefully there is justice for these girls. Their father has definitely gotten to my nerves!! I want to slap him and knick some sense into him!! Definitely worth your time!
#3 I really like this author's style of writing. I enjoy these characters and enjoy seeing them together as the books and series continues. They all are not forgotten and are linked together in certain ways. Luke has some issues and has scars. Literally and figurtively speaking. Sebastian sounded wicked hot in the previous book with Silver. I mean a man that can look at you and you just want to bow your head and kneel!! What!! Sounds exciting and intense!! Then there is little Jamie Richter all grown up. They all have a lot to learn and has some big choices to make. I am so glad that she is doing well and has overcome her issues. Well, I love this series. It is a little raunchy and that is what makes it worth it!! Loved it!!
I received this ARC from the published via Net Galley for my honest review. Thanks, Net Galley!!
These are the stories of three women, Oriana, Silver and Jami and the men who love them.
Book one is Oriana's story. After finding fiancé that she didn't really love in bed with another woman, she runs to the man her heart really desires. But Max has some serious kinks and if she wants to be a part of his world, she will have to be open to things she never even considered before in her life.
Book two is Silvers story. The "bad" sister, Silver has been thrust into a life she didn't really want. When her father falls ill, she has to take over running the hockey team which pairs her with the GM Dean. Dean is dangerous and everything she tells herself she doesn't want anymore but there is no denying him or the other man that is desperate to be a part of her life.
Book three is Jami's story. Jami is no stranger to the BDSM, lifestyle...her father is a club owner after all, but she never thought she would be a part of the life...it was never something she wanted, until Sebastion. Now, Jami finds herself drawn into things she never thought she would do with a man she can't deny.
These books were amazing...definitely not for the faint of heart. They are heavy duty BDSM, with the characters really into the lifestyle. They is a lot of sex, most of it ménage and some male on male action in book three. All three books are full length, well written books with a lot of character development which is unusual for erotic novels. There is a lot going on in each book and the characters show up again in each book as the story goes on. The only thing I didn't like is how the author uses both first and last names to refer to the men so at first it is confusing keeping everyone straight.
My thoughts:
Quick hook or slow starter? 5 (I was hooked from the first chapter) Character development: 4.5 Level of Romance between characters: 4.5 Passion/Heat level: 5 (hot and off the charts steamy throughout) Angst/Heartbreak: 4 (there are issues for the characters in each of the books) Cliffhanger?: Not really a cliffhanger, but the stories are defiantly not finished for these characters.
Overall, I loved it and can't wait to jump into the next book and see what the author has in store for these characters.
I received a fee copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

**This review is a DNF review**
Alright, I've tried over and over to finish this book and I just can't do it.
It started off badly for me when I couldn't keep up with all of the characters I was supposed to know and care about. In addition to Oriana, the heroine, there were nine characters that I could count. That's nine main male characters. I can't believe how anyone could figure out who was who. I literally had to go back to the start of the book, and write down the names of all of the characters. I think the worst part was that the main characters were sometimes referred to by their first names and sometimes by their last. I think it was unwise to have 10 or more main characters to start with but to switch up what they were called is beyond my comprehension.
I also couldn't tell what anyone's motivation was or what was really going on. Were they all going to have sex? Were they going to have sex together, like, at the same time? Does Oriana WANT to have sex with all of the guys or does she just want to have sex with Max? How does she really feel about Max, who seemed to be the main love interest? I couldn't tell who was the main character and maybe there wasn't one, I don't know.
BUT, the sex was insane, plentiful and crazy hot! I mean, in just the few chapters I read, there was a little bondage, anal sex, menage sex, group sex and it was all amazing. Like, blew my mind amazing.
But I need more to connect with than just amazing sexy scenes and I wasn't able to connect with anyone, not even the heroine. This book wasn't for me but I wouldn't be comfortable turning anyone away from this series since I read so little of it.
I've read and review Book 1 and Book 2 on their own. This box set I received complementary from NetGalley & Fido Publishing for an honest review. My review will be concentrated on Book 3, Breakaway!
Another outstanding menage story from Bianca Sommerland. As Ive mentioned before, her story telling is fiction but not fantasy land. she doesn't tell a 'menage' story like it's all hearts and whistles. because it isn't. it isn't the norm in society so therefor it should not be written as such. that's why I love this series. so far, all three books have been very realistic in the telling of the life of people who are involved in menage relationships.
Three people. Three different backgrounds. Coming together to create their own relationship dynamics while outside forces threaten to tear them apart. That's the nutshell you get from me on the synopsis of this book, because if you want to know the details of the plot, READ THE BOOK!
This book is going to take you on an emotional roller coaster! It is both heart-wrenching and heart-warming because of the growth and stigma behind all the characters. It deals with some serious issues, which again, i WANT you to read the book and find out.
Bianca Sommerland is an outstanding writer that makes you feel the moment and really LOOK at the world. Read her work, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
I finished the first book in this bundle, but I can't make myself read the rest of it. The level of WTFery in this book is incredible. There's just too much going on to make any of it coherent. I'm a hockey fan, so I thought this would be right up my alley, but it's fairly obvious that the author knows little about the game. If you can't at least do your research and get the terminology right, don't put your books in that setting.
My biggest problem with it is that it's another example of bad bdsm, which just pisses me off. I mean seriously, if an experienced Dom takes on an inexperienced sub, he's going to explain things to her. There is no discussion of limits or boundaries here. What makes this all the more incredulous is that the author supposedly had insight from Cherise Sinclair on this series. Cherise is without a doubt the master in all things bdsm, but I'm sorry, if she gave Ms Sommerland any advice on this, it was obviously ignored. This reads more like Fifty Shades than Masters of the Shadowlands.
I just couldn't get enough of this series, it took me about 4 days to get through all 3 books and I'm sad that it has come to an end but glad to see that there is still plenty more story to be read.
These books contain an onslaught of melt your panties kinky sex and Ms. Sommer has added so much variation that you'll never find yourself bored from the same ol' scenes. These books build upon each other and the characters are so widely different that the story seems so dramatically different from one book to the next. If you're into sizzling sex that involves anything from anal, to BDSM, to orgies, and (by the third book) M/M, then this series might be your ticket to a long cold shower!
I'm usually hesitant to start a new erotic romance author. I have a few go to favorites when I'm in the mood for a little more spice with my romance and I don't tend to add to that short list. That being said, I'm glad I read Ms. Sommerland's series even if I did originally only start it to get it off my Netgalley.com shelf.
Sommerland's bdsm is nothing unusual that I've read but I found I like the hockey combination. She did a great job of giving her male characters fully developed personalities in and out of the bedroom, something the erotic romance authors often tend to be a bit lax in. However, her female characters were dull and flat. I didn't like a single one of the three female leads. The plot movement was largely sex driven for al three books and I found by the third I was just plain bored of sex scenes that seemed to similar for my taste.
Overall I'll give the series 3 stars with my favorite book having been the third in the series.

Read the first book of this series over a year ago. I loved the book and wanted more. Did not realize at that time there was more. Then it showed up as a bookbub feature and got the 3 book set. I enjoyed the read and will be getting the others too.
The story took you in depth with all the characters, you got to see into their lives. show the tender side .
The humor was right on the mark for me and the scenes were hot. As you got going with the series you found you liked characters you did not think you were going to like, but then you got to see the human side and not the asshole. But even the assholes were fun.
Well entertaining write, I loved that the characters carried over into the next book so even though they were not a main character, you got to see where their story continued.
I have to admit, I like a story that develops the character. It is nice to feel like you know them and a get into their head.
Guess I am off to order the following 4 books to this series.
~*~My Thoughts~*~ A 4 Star Read I really enjoyed these three books. I'm a huge fan of reading BDSM themed books and these were quite awesome if i do say so. Plus all three full length novels in one set isn't a bad way to keep yourself entertained for a week lol. The only reason i gave this a four star was because there was something in the first two books that put me off just a tad. The first book I loved it Just took me a while to realize who was who. Their First names could have been last names and while Oriana used first names the guys used last so i was like who the crap is this lol. But finally i got it and all was good. The second book the only thing that was wrong was it took me a while to really like Silver. It took quite a few chapters before i actually started liking her. All in all though this was a great series and I can't wait to read the rest of them.
received a complimentary copy from NetGalley for an honest review.
I grabbed this boxed collection after reading Bianca Sommerland's Deadly Captive books. Holy smokes...FIRE!!!
If you are looking for a series of books that offer a little harder BDSM, you've found it. Unlike the Deadly Captive books, no one in this series is being forced into anything. Don't think that it by any means lessens anything. It doesn't.
All of the Dartmouth books revolve around the hockey association. There is a lot more than just sex in the series as well. Each book had depth within the characters as well.
WARNING: If you are not into reading about multiple partners, forego this series!!! There is absolutely not one book that has anything vanilla. Enjoy!!
Game Misconduct, the first book in the Dartmouth Cobra series, was a Kindle freebie, and I liked it enough to buy the box set and read the next two books, too. It stretches my credulity a bit that one hockey team could have so many stable poly BDSM relationships, but the author did make a stab at explaining so I went with it. In the second book, Defensive Zone, I was disappointed in how the heroine handled a birth control failure. Sure, it all worked out, but there was an opportunity lost to demonstrate good and responsible communication. Granted, erotica is probably not the place to learn relationship skills like that anyway.

This was one of the most raw glimpses into bdsm I've seen so far. The sensual energy leaps off the pages. The characters and relationships grow and develop beautifully throughout the story. I was enthralled. It's definitely not for the faint of heart or with delicate sensibilities. The last story was particularly of note to me. There's some serious internal conflict. I have personally avoided M/M scenarios thinking it was a bit more than I could handle but the author eased me into it seamlessly. It's the first one I've read and it allows me to look at the M/M genre from a different perspective.
This is the first time I have read anything by Bianca Sommerland. I thought that the first book started off a little slow but I am so happy that I stuck with the series as each one improved in my estimation. I definitely want to read more of the series. These three books were surprisingly long and each one contained plenty of kink, (BDSM, ménage, M/M, knife play, and way more). I especially liked that while each book featured a new romantic interest, there were still updates from previous relationships since all the characters were interconnected.
I love this series, my suggestion is pay attention to the characters from the start. This book is a series that follows much of the team. The men, (and women) in this series become a part of your lives that leaves you wanting to know what is going to happen to them, or I should say who is going to happen to them, next. This series is definitely and eye opener to the world of BSDM and menage scenes.
Hot alpha males (and a few alpha females, too) and hockey? What more could you want! These are just great stories to get lost in. It's a strong story with strong characters that is centered around a Canadian hockey team. I like when a story has many elements and this one does; romance, bdsm, menage, sports, and more. Definitely worth checking out if you like erotic romance with a sports theme.
i'm friggen hooked on these guys and girls not your typical BDSM book but still leaves you feel hot an bothered and like your actually there and watching as it all happens.
ice hockey, nice girls, bad girls and guys to suit all your needs welcome to the Dartmouth Cobra's where will will introduce you to things you would have never dreamed off but want and that its ok to blur the lines their is no right or wrong there is just them.
First of all, I love a good deal and this is one, this three book bundle gets better with each book. My kindle was burning up as I stayed up far too late reading about these sexy hockey players. I do want to warn you if you are not into ménage reads these books are not for you. I loved how these individuals came together to form a hockey team and found something wonderful. Jaw dropping, sexy, kinky and oh so HOT read. Enjoy!
Holy Hot Hockey!! I am still flushed and hot and wet and don't know how to describe the the women and men of the Dartmouth Cobras! From Oriana and her 3 Dom's to Silver and Jami and their Dom's! These people were real and their feelings and desires were real and Bianca told their amazing stories with such feeling and emotion that I felt like I was right there in the rooms with them through all 3 stories! Can't wait to read the rest of the series now!
